Coal gangue(CG)is an environmental waste that faces an urgent demand for disposal in *** utilization of CG in construction materials has broad application prospects and gained increasing ***,the poor compatibility of polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE)with CG powder hinders its efficiency in a wide range of ***,this paper attempts to improve the compatibility of PCE with CG powder in cement paste based on the regulation of aggregation and the adsorption behavior of *** light scattering(dLS)and fluorescence spectroscopy tests were carried out to understand the improved *** results indicated that the addition of CG powder increases the ionic strengths of the cement liquid phase,which makes PCE tend to aggregate at a lower concentration compared with no CG powder ***(CH_(3)COO)_(2)Cu is beneficial for enhancing the workability of cement paste by reducing PCE aggregation while maintaining the compressive strength of cement ***,(CH_(3)COO)_(2)Cu extra addition can be regarded as an effective and sustainable way to improve the workability of cement paste with CG powder.

Accurate irrigation and nitrogen application are essential for promoting the growth and yield of cherry *** investigating the effects of irrigation and nitrogen on the growth,photosynthesis,and yield of cherry tomatoes,nine treatments including three levels of both irrigation and nitrogen were conducted over two growing *** stem diameter and horizontal stem diameter had the best performance at the irrigation level of 75%evaporation(E_(p)),although their responses to nitrogen were different for the two *** height increased with the increase of irrigation and *** dry matter(PdM)was significantly affected by irrigation and nitrogen *** lowest PdM was found in the highest proportion of root dry matter,which occurred under low nitrogen *** net photosynthetic rate(Pn)and transpiration rate enhanced with the increase of *** nitrogen showed promotion effect on all photosynthetic parameters in both growing *** of all fourteen indicators showed significant correlations with ***,single plant fruit number and PdM in 2018 Fall had significant positive direct effects on yield with the path coefficients of 0.648 and 1.159,while the significant direct path coefficients were 0.362 and 0.294 in Fruit dry matter and Pn for 2019 Spring,*** on the comprehensive evaluation of growth and yield by TOPSIS,the irrigation level of 75%E_(p) combined with medium nitrogen application produced higher yields by promoting the growth and photosynthesis of cherry *** provides a strategy for water and nitrogen management of cherry tomatoes in Northwest China.

To the Editor:Acne vulgaris is a prevalent skin disorder affecting both physical and psychosocial health.[1]Although photodynamic therapy(PdT)exists for moderate-to-severe acne,due to its adverse reactions,we are still looking forward to a novel therapeutic option with fewer side ***,radiofrequency has been used to treat moderate acne.[2]In this study,we aimed to evaluate the efcacy and safety of moderate-to-severe acne treatment based on a single microneedle with radiofrequency(MRF)*** during three consecutive sessions through a prospective,randomized,and controlled trial study.

Antimicrobial resistance in the laying hen production industry has become a serious public health *** antimicrobial resistance and phylogenetic relationships of the common conditional pathogen Enterococcus along the laying hen production chain have not been systematically clarified.105 Enterococcus isolates were obtained from 115 environmental samples (air,dust,feces,fies,sewage,and soil) collected along the laying hen production chain (breeding chicken,chick,young chicken,and commercial laying hen).These Enterococcus isolates exhibited resistance to some clinically relevant antibiotics,such as tetracycline (92.4%),streptomycin (92.4%),and erythromycin (91.4%),and all strains had multidrug resistance *** genome sequencing characterized 29 acquired antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) that conferred resistance to 11 classes of antibiotics in 51pleuromutilin-resistant Enterococcus isolates,and lsa(E),which mediates resistance to pleuromutilins,always co-occurred with lnu(B).Alignments with the Mobile Genetic Elements database identified four transposons (Tn554,Tn558,Tn6261,and Tn6674) with several ARGs(erm(A),ant(9)-la,fex(A),and optrA) that mediated resistance to many clinically important ***,we identified two new transposons that carried ARGs in the Tn554 family designated as Tn7508 and Tn7492.A complementary approach based on conventional multi-locus sequence typing and whole genome single nucleotide polymorphism analysis showed that phylogenetically related pleuromutilin-resistant Enterococcus isolates were widely distributed in various environments on different production *** results indicate that environmental contamination by antimicrobial-resistant Enterococcus requires greater attention,and they highlight the risk of pleuromutilin-resistant Enterococcus and ARGs disseminating along the laying hen production chain,thereby warranting effective disinfection.

Pancreatic cancer is one of the most lethal malignant tumors in the *** advances in diagnosis and treatment,the five-year survival rate for pancreatic cancer patients remains only 9%.1 Pancreatic adenocarcinoma(PAAd)belongs to pancreatic cancer,which occupies 85%of the whole pancreatic cancer.2 Reversible modification of Ne-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)has been shown to be involved in cancer progression,resulting in up-regulation of oncogene expression or down-regulation of tumor-suppressing genes and may affect the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer.

Active regenerative cooling with supercritical hydrocarbon fuel is considered as the most promising thermal protection *** existence of buoyancy force would lead to strongly anisotropic flow and thermal transport *** is closely related to the cooling performance of the *** elucidate the mechanisms of turbulent transport,the large eddy simulation(LES) was performed to assess turbulence statistics within different turbulence *** results indicated that the buoyancy and inertial force together dominated the change of turbulent ***,the spatial thermal buoyancy effect significantly suppressed the vertical velocity *** is due to the laminar motion caused by the buoyancy force,thereby weakening the thermal *** the statistics of velocity fluctuation,it was found that the buoyancy force and inertial force greatly weaken the vertical and streamwise velocity fluctuation,*** the statistics of thermal transport,the results pointed out that the near-wall heat transport characteristics need to be paid more *** thickness of the temperature mixing boundary layer led to the attenuation of vertical heat flux,which inhibited vertical temperature diffusion and predisposed to extreme conditions of heat transfer *** results can enhance the academic understanding of the heat transfer mechanism of supercritical fluids,and give guidance for further applications of thermal protection.

In this paper, we solve the output feedback control problem of stochastic high-order planar nonlinear systems with output constraint and stochastic integral input-to-state stability(SiISS) inverse dynamics. By employing a key coordinate transformation, a stochastic nonlinear system with output constraint and SiISS inverse dynamics is converted into an unconstrained system. By skillfully constructing an observer and adopting SiISS small-gain conditions, we develop a new output feedback control design and analysis method, and prove that all the closed-system signals are bounded almost surely, the output constraint is not violated almost surely, and the equilibrium point of the closed-loop system is stochastically asymptotically stable.

In this study, the fixed-time stabilization problem of stochastic high-order nonlinear systems with output constraint and high-order and low-order nonlinearities is addressed. A new coordinate transformation is employed to directly convert output-constrained stochastic systems into an equivalent unconstrained *** fully extracting the characteristics of system nonlinearities and using the stochastic fixed-time stability theorem, a new design and analysis method is constructed to guarantee that the trivial solution of the closed-loop system is stochastically fixed-time stable while fulfilling the output constraint.
