A new highly efficient and reusable Cu（I）-MOF has been developed for the synthesis of propargylamine compounds via the three-component reaction of secondary amines, alkynes, and aromatic aldehydes under solvent-free conditions. The desired propargylamines were obtained in good to excellent yields with a low catalyst loading. The catalyst may be recovered and reused for up to 5 cycles without major loss of activity. This protocol has the advantages of excellent yields, low catalyst loading, and catalyst recyclability.

Microalgae biomass is an ideal precursor to prepare renewable carbon materials,which has broad *** bioaccumulation efficiency(lipids,proteins,carbohydrates)and biomass productivity of microalgae are influenced by spectroscopy during the culture *** this study,a bilayer plate-type photobioreactor was designed to cultivate Chlorella protothecoides with spectral selectivity by *** to culture without spectral selectivity,the spectral selectivity of Ag/CoSO_(4)nanofluids increased microalgae biomass by 5.76%,and the spectral selectivity of CoSO_(4)solution increased by 17.14%.In addition,the spectral selectivity of Ag/CoSO_(4)nanofluids was more conducive to the accumulation of nutrients(29.46%lipids,50.66%proteins,and 17.86%carbohydrates)in *** cultured chlorella was utilized to prepare bioelectrode materials,it was found that algal based biochar had a good pore structure(micro specific surface area:1627.5314 m^(2)/g,average pore size:0.21294 nm).As the current density was 1 A/g,the specific capacitance reached 230 F/g,appearing good electrochemical performance.

OBJECTIVE: To examine the influence of cupping on the quality of life of healthy people who referred to traditional Persian medicine clinics in ***: All participants were examined by Traditional Persian Medicine specialists and their temperaments were determined. The area between the shoulders was cleaned, and cupping was performed with a disposable cupping glass for a few minutes. The questionnaire used in this project was the Persian version of the SF-36 questionnaire which assesses people's understanding of their health status. Before cupping and then one monthafter cupping, all participants were called and the questionnaires were completed again. Finally, all given data was ***: From a total of 290 questionnaires completed in the first phase of the project, 112 patients were excluded. Ultimately, the data of 178 participants was analyzed. After one month, the quality of life score of 155 participants(88%) increased, remained unchanged for 21 participants(11.7%), and decreased for 2 participants(1.1%). Asked about possible complications from cupping, 160 participants reported no side effects(89.9%).CONCLUSION: Our findings suggest that cupping therapy can improve the scores of quality of life in the participants in Tehran.

Poly (acrylonitrile-co-vinyl acetate)/polypyrrole composite particles with uniform size and morphology have been synthesized using one-step polymerization that involves swelling and coating of polypyrrole (PPy) into P (AN-co-VAc) latex nanoparticles. As an initial stage, free radical copolymerization of acrylonitrile (AN) and vinyl acetate (VAc) was synthesized by emulsion polymerization using ammonium persulfate (APS) and dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid salt (DBSA) as a surfactant. P (AN-co-VAc)/PPy composites were obtained first time by in situ addition of the pyrrole into the reaction medium. The electrospun P (AN-co-VAc)/PPy nanofibers were obtained from the nanoparticles with better properties and the effect of PPy on the morphology of nanofibers was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). High degree of homogeneity and molecular order induced by molecular dispersion of polypyrrole on copolymer matrix without phase separation improve the transport properties and stability of polypyrrole, which are critical for high-performance organic electronics.

We experimentally demonstrate the application of MoSe2 thin film as a nonlinear medium and stabilizer to generate a multi-wavelength erbium-doped fiber laser. The cooperation of a photonic crystal fiber and a polari- zation-dependent isolator induces unstable multi-wavelength oscillations based on the nonlinear polarization rotation effect. A MoSe2 thin film is further incorporated into the cavity to achieve a stable multi-wavelength. The laser generates 7 lasings with a constant spacing of 0.47 nm at a pump power of 250 roW. The nmlti- wavelength erbium-doped fiber laser is stable with power fluctuations of less than 5 dB over 30 min.

本研究的目的是结合我国现代建筑的电、热需求,形成以光伏热（PV/T）为基础的生产装置与以微涡轮为基础的热电联产系统的协同运行。所研究的重点是消费者的综合需求响应（DR）活动,其中包括用户对电力的偏好变化以及热能消耗随时间的变化。本文分析了网络的两个主要实体prosumer和微电网运营商（MGO）的经济性,考虑了基于价格的需求响应方案,以优化地管理电、热模型的双向流动。此外,蓄热装置与辅助锅炉紧密配合,以防止大量的热损失,这反过来有助于提高系统的可靠性,这通常由于微型涡轮机操作的任何偶然性或破坏而受到损害。将目标函数设置为生产者和微电网运营商（MGO）的利益最大化,两者之间的相互作用建立在需求响应的基础上。这种互动需要战略决策过程,然后通过使用Stackelberg均衡（SE）博弈（也称为领导者-追随者博弈）来完成。微电网运营商（MGO）扮演领导者的角色,而PV/T产品的生产者则扮演跟随者的角色。由于博弈中两方的协调是一个非线性优化问题,因此采用微分进化（DE）算法求解。最后,通过实例验证了该模型的优越性,并与仿真结果进行了比较。

自独立以来,哈萨克斯坦希望建立一个既可满足社会需求,又能顺应全球教育趋势的高等教育体系,同时,对高等教育管理体制上进行了多年和多层次的改革。根据国际标准,哈萨克斯坦通过体制改革和专业认证提高高等教育质量;实施产学研一体化,增强高等教育机构研发能力,促进高等教育机构与企业之间更密切地合作;逐步提高高等教育机构的管理和学术自主权,加强以市场需求为导向的教育计划,增进高等教育机构与劳动力市场的合作。但哈萨克斯坦的高等教育管理体制仍存在许多问题:高等教育管理目标的实现面临资金窘迫的困境,客体主观能动性不强;政府管理理念滞后,调控效率低下;高等教育机构行政化趋势严重,办学自主权缺乏;实施自上而下的单向管理模式,弊端重重;管理中介组织数量偏少,权威性偏低。自1978年改革开放以来,中国的高等教育管理体制改革历经恢复、调整、启动、探索、突破、深化等阶段,逐渐实现具有中国特色的高等教育管理机制,高等教育的规模、结构、质量和效益都取得了长足发展。2016年7月,中国教育部发布《推进共建“一带一路”教育行动》,提出建立“一带一路”教育共同体,这既推进了中国教育改革,也有利于与“一带一路”沿线国家加强教育互利合作。中国明确表示,愿意在其能力范围为“一带一路”沿线国家和地区的教育发展贡献更多力量。中国将教育对外开放视为“一带一路”倡议的基石,强调教育交流与合作是对外开放的基本途径和模式。哈萨克斯坦的高等教育管理体制与中国有诸多类似之处。面对“一带一路”带来的良好机遇,哈萨克斯坦应借鉴中国高等教育管理经验,加强顶层设计和顶层推动,倡导办学主体和模式多元化,明确权责划分,扩大高等教育机构办学自主性,拓宽筹资渠道,大力发展中介组织,推动高等教育管理体制法制化建设,从而促进哈萨克斯坦《2011～2020年国家教育发展纲要》中高等教育改革目标实现及高等教育均衡发展。

A small waterplane area twin hull(SWATH)has excellent seakeeping performance and low wave-making resistance,and it has been applied to small working craft,pleasure boats,and unmanned surface ***,with the increase in speed,the hydrodynamic resistance of SWATH will increase exponentially because of its large wet surface,followed by the uncomfortable situation of the hull underwater part relative to the water level and in terms of high trim by stern and high sinkage.A way to improve this situation is to reduce the depth of the draft at high speeds to ensure that all or a part of the volume of the submerged bodies is above the water *** on this idea,a new type of semi-SWATH hull form was analyzed in this *** two submerged bodies of the SWATH have a catamaran boat *** paper employed Sie-mens PLM Star-CCM+to study the hydrodynamic performance of an advanced semi-SWATH ***-hull resistance was estimated for both SWATH and CAT(CATAMARAN)modes in calm ***,the efect of fxed stabilizing fns with diferent angles on the vertical motions of the vessel in regular head waves was investigated with an overset mesh *** vertical motion responses were estimated at diferent wave encounter frequencies,and the present numerical method results have been verifed by already published experimental data.

Vanadium nitride （VN） was deposited by DC-sputtering on a vertically aligned carbon nanotube （CNTs） template for the purpose of nano-structuration. This led to the fabrication of hierarchically composite electrodes consisting of porous and nanostructured VN grown on vertically aligned CNTs in a nano-treelike configuration for micro-supercapacitor application. The electrodes show excellent performance with an areal capacitance as high as 37.5 mF cm^-2 at a scan rate of 2 mV s^-1 in a 0.5 M K2504 mild electrolyte solution. Furthermore, the capacitance decay was only 15% after 20,000 consecutive cycles. Moreover, the capacitance was found to increase with VN deposit thickness. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses of the electrodes before and after cycling suggest that the oxide layers that form at the VN surface is the responsible for the redox energy storage in this material. Such electrodes can compete with other transition metal nitride based electrodes for micro-supercapacitors.
