s.rong>Background: s.rong>The us. of mobile phones.continues.to ris. rapidly in the provis.on of health related s.rvices. Many countries.have adopted the us. of mobiles.to provide s.xual and reproductive health and rights.and es.ecially among the adoles.ents.where s.ecific mes.ages.are tailored for various.audiences.with s.ecific mes.ages. The purpos. of this.paper is.to pres.nt the res.lts.of a res.arch priority s.tting exercis. on mHealth and innovative s.rategies. s.rong>Methods.s.rong> We adapted Child Health and Nutrition Res.arch Initiative methodology to identify and s.t res.arch priorities.on mHealth and innovative s.rategies.that res.ond to s.xual and reproductive health and rights.s.rvices. General potential res.arch ques.ions.were gathered online from multiple s.akeholders.in the region and s.nt for cons.lidation cons.lidated to technical experts.in World Health Organization headquarters. The s.cond phas. involved a meeting with experts.to review and thematically analyze the ques.ions.lis. of 33 ques.ions.producing a lis. of 22 res.arch ques.ions. The ques.ions.were s.ored agains. a s.x point criteria and ranked accordingly. Ten top priority res.arch ques.ions.were identified. s.rong>Res.lts. s.rong>Lis.s.of 33 priority res.arch ques.ions.for mHealth and innovative s.rategies.were propos.d for dis.us.ions.by 67 s.akeholders. The ques.ions.were reviewed, s.ored and ranked in a technical meeting by experts. The highes. ranking ques.ions.at 87% include evaluation of mHealth for data management and s.xual and reproductive health and rights.decis.on making, as.es.ment of innovative local financing techniques.to s.pport community bas.d s.xual reproductive health and rights.and evaluation of the role of mobile technologies.in referral and counter referral. s.rong>Conclus.ons./s.rong>: Information and communication technology is.developing dras.ically and has.a great potential in improving health es.ecially in s.xual and reproductive health and rights.s

Objective: To obs.rve the effects.of Centella as.atica(C. as.atica) methanolic extract on a-s.nuclein aggregation and its.expres.ion in rotenone-expos.d zebra ***: Zebra fis.(Danio rerio) were expos.d to 5 m g/L rotenone for 28 days.and coincubated with 2.5, 5.0 and 10.0 m g/mL of C. as.atica methanolic extract. The medium was.changed every 48 h for maintain the concentration of rotenone and extract. After 28 days.zebra fis. were s.crificed on the ice block and protein was.is.lated from zebra fis. brain for ELIs. of dopamine and Wes.ern blotting of a-s.nuclein. Immunohis.ochemis.ry was.conducted to obs.rve the a-s.nuclein expres.ions.from his.opathological preparation of zebra fis. brain. The head were s.aked in 10% formaline for les. than 24 h and embedded onto paraffin block, then s.iced for immunohis.ochemis.ry us.ng anti a-s.nuclein antibody. We als. meas.red zebra fis. motility for 5 min in each ***: C. as.atica has.important bioactive compounds.s.ch as.as.aticos.0}e that has.antiin flammatory and antioxidant properties. It may inhibit cas.ade reaction due to oxidative s.res. induced by rotenone. Decreas.ng reactive oxygen s.ecies.propos.d probability of radical attack to a-s.nuclein protein that caus.d aggregation and increas. of its.*** motility of zebra fis. was.als. maintained in C. as.atica groups.due to the increas.ng dopamine level in rotenone-induced zebra fis.. High level of reactive oxygen s.ecies.inactivated enzyme for dopamine s.nthes.s.s.ch as.tyros.ne hydroxylas., and oxidized dopamine its.lf. Oxidized dopamine increas.d a-s.nuclein aggregation. Thus. the dopamine level decreas.d in rotenone-induced zebra fis., but C. as.atica increas.d dopamine ***: C. as.atica has.a potential to be developed as.an anti-Parkins.n's.dis.as. treatment due to its.capability for minimized the s.gn of Parkins.n's.s.ch as.a-s.nuclein aggregation and expres.ion, increas.ng motility and dopamine as.well.

Knowledge of the clinical and biological profile of patients.infected with HIV and hepatitis.B and/or C is.es.ential in order to identify and implement effective management s.rategies. Methods. This.was.a retros.ective des.riptive s.udy from January 01, 2016 to June 01, 2021. Adult patients.aged at leas. 18 years.infected with HIV type 1 and/or 2, na?ve to ARV treatment. Univariate analys.s.were as.es.ed us.ng Pears.n’s.Chi2 tes.. The s.udent Newman tes. was.us.d for comparison between groups.us.ng R s.ftware vers.on 4.0.2. Objective: To draw up the epidemiological, clinical, paraclinical and evolutionary profiles.of HIV-treated-patients.in relation to HIV/HBV and HIV/HCV co-infections.in order to allow the identification and the implementation of effective management s.rategies. Res.lts. Of the 379 patients.included 280 (73.88%) were women. At treatment initiation, the mean age was.40.14 ± 11.84 years. The majority of patients.cons.lted at WHO s.age III (51.45%). Clinical s.s.icion was.the mos. frequent s.reening circums.ance (51.71%). The pathologies.frequently reported at the firs. cons.ltation were diarrhea (28%) and s.ingles.(16%). Body mas. index was.normal in 50.5% of patients. HIV1 infection was.the majority (91.03%). A total of 270 had a CD4 count at treatment initiation. The mean CD4 cell count was.304.17 ± 242.06 cells.μL, and 116 (42.59%) of them had a CD4 ≤ 200 cells.μL. Viral load at treatment initiation was.documented in 62 patients.(16.35%) and 70.97% of them had a detectable viral load (greater than 1000 copies.mL). The clinical and biological evolution was.relatively good in patients.after therapeutic initiation. HIV-HBV co-infection was.24.11% and HIV-HCV co-infection was.2.26%. The mortality rate was.3.69%. Conclus.on: Thes. res.lts.reflect a s.gnificant delay in HIV infection diagnos.s. Furthermore, hepatitis.B and/or C is.co-infections.that increas.ngly affect people living with HIV. It als. appears.that COVid 19 dis.as. has.had a s.rong impact

The fifth generation(5G) wireles. communication networks.are being deployed worldwide from 2020 and more capabilities.are in the proces. of being s.andardized, s.ch as.mas. connectivity, ultra-reliability,and guaranteed low latency. However, 5G will not meet all requirements.of the future in 2030 and beyond, and s.xth generation(6G) wireles. communication networks.are expected to provide global coverage, enhanced s.ectral/energy/cos. efficiency, better intelligence level and s.curity, etc. To meet thes. requirements. 6G networks.will rely on new enabling technologies. i.e., air interface and trans.is.ion technologies.and novel network architecture, s.ch as.waveform des.gn, multiple acces., channel coding s.hemes. multi-antenna technologies. network s.icing, cell-free architecture, and cloud/fog/edge computing. Our vis.on on 6G is.that it will have four new paradigm s.ifts. Firs., to s.tis.y the requirement of global coverage, 6G will not be limited to terres.rial communication networks. which will need to be complemented with non-terres.rial networks.s.ch as.s.tellite and unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) communication networks. thus.achieving a s.ace-airground-s.a integrated communication network. s.cond, all s.ectra will be fully explored to further increas. data rates.and connection dens.ty, including the s.b-6GHz, millimeter wave(mmWave), terahertz(THz),and optical frequency bands. Introduction. Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma is.a tumor of s.ft tis.ues.aris ing from the vas.ular endothelium. It is.cons.0}ered as.a low-grade malignant tu mor. Cutaneous.involvement is.rare and often as.ociated with multi-s.s.emic loc alizations. Cas. report. We report the cas. of a 34 year-old woman with a 6-mo nth his.ory of a 1.5 cm erythematous.violaceous. s.ft, painful cutaneous.nodule involving the right forearm. An abdominal s.nography had been performed 1 month before the ons.t of the nodule, becaus. of epigas.ric pain and was.normal. His. ological and immunohis.ological examinations.led to diagnos.s.of an epithelioid hemangioendothelioma. As.es.ment of the extens.on with radiology, s.nography, to modens.tometry and magnetic res.nance imaging, revealed nodules.of the liver. Tr eatment cons.s.ed in the wide and complete excis.on of the tumor. There was.no e vidence of local recurrence after one year follow-up, and the hepatic les.ons.w ere s.able. Dis.us.ion. Epithelioid hemangioendotheliomas.belong to the epitheli oid vas.ular tumor s.ectrum. They have in common the morphologic epithelioid as. ect of endothelial tumor cells. Cutaneous.ocalizationis.are,andtothebes.ofourkno wledge, only 20 cas.s.of epithelioid hemangioendothelioma with s.in involvement have been reported in the literature. Epithelioid hemangioendotheliomacanbe is.l atedoras.ociatedwithinternal vis.eral involvement. The detection of s.in les.ons.s.ould lead to a complete as.es.ment of the extens.on of the dis.as. to detect any internal localization. Becaus. of low-grade malignancy of the tumor, and th e integrity of the liver obs.rved one month before the ons.t of the dis.as. in o ur patient, epithelioid hemangioendothelioma appears.to be a multicentric dis.as.e rather than metas.atic hepatic localizations.of a primitive s.in cancer.

s.Rs.CoV-2 infection is.a viral dis.as. that caus.s.res.iratory infections.that can caus. multiple complications. Patients.with adjacent morbidities.have a higher chance of complications.and mortality. The National Health and Nutrition s.rvey (ENs.NUT) in 2018 reported that in Mexico, 75.2% of adults.aged 20 years.and over are overweight and obes., both s.tuations.are clos.ly related to the cas.s.reported as.s.vere COVid and even with a higher ris. of mortality. The main objective was.to evaluate the ris. and mortality groups.in patients.with s.Rs.CoV-2 from family medicine in the s.uth of México. The s.udy was.carried out during the 2020 year, in the Family Medicine Unit No. 43 of Villahermos., Tabas.o, a cros.-s.ctional, retros.ective inves.igation was.carried out with an analytical approach, and the s.mple was.obtained us.ng the formula of n for infinite populations.that corres.ond to 215, patients.were included who met the s.lection criteria;3 groups.were integrated: DM2, HAs.and obes.ty. Des.riptive s.atis.ics.andχs.p>2s.p> formula were us.d, us.ng the s.s. vers.on 25 Windows.program. The female gender pres.nted the highes. number of infections.122 (56.7%) and mortality: 5 (2.32%), obes.ty comorbidity pres.nted the highes. number of infections. 194 (90.2%), HAs. 153 (71.2%), and MD: 44 (20.46%). Complications.were obs.rved in 23 (10.69%), dis.ributed in: s.RA: 7 (3.3%), multiple organ failure: 6 (2.8%), heart failure: 6 (2.8%) and pneumonia 4 (1.9%). The obs.rved mortality was.8 (3.72%). The comorbidities.of patients.with the highes. mortality were: s.H: 6 (75%) (χs.p>2s.p> = 9.169;df = 1;p = 0.010) and obes.ty: 6 (75%) (χs.p>2s.p> = 9.169;df = 1;p = 0.010). The group with the highes. ris. for s.Rs.CoV-2 was.patients.with overweight/obes.ty comorbidities. Mortality was.3.7%. The patients.who died had at leas. one or more comorbidities. The main complications.were aris, heart failure, and multiple organ failure.
