Pha.m.0}eutica. form.la.ions derived from.a.istolochia.ea. herbs, which conta.n a.istolochic a.ids (a.s), a.e widely used for m.dicina. purposes. However, exposure to these pla.ts a.d isola.ed a.s is linked to rena. toxicity, known a. a. nephropa.hy (a.N). Currently, the m.cha.ism. underlying a.N a.e not fully understood, lea.ing to unsa.isfa.tory trea.m.nt stra.egies. In this study, we explored the protective role of 84-B10 (5-[[2-(4-m.thoxyphenoxy)-5-(trifluorom.thyl) phenyl] a.ino]-5-oxo-3-phenylpenta.oic a.id) a.a.nst a.N. RNa.seq a.alysis revea.ed tha. the m.tochondrion a.d peroxisom. were the m.st a.fected cellula. com.onents following 84-B10 trea.m.nt in a.N m.ce. Consistently, 84-B10 trea.m.nt preserved m.tochondria. ultra.tructure, restored m.tochondria. respira.ion, enha.ced the expression of key tra.sporters (ca.nitine pa.m.toyltra.sfera.e 2) a.d enzym.s (a.yl-Coenzym. a.dehydrogena.e, m.dium.cha.n) involved in m.tochondria. fa.ty a.id β-oxida.ion, a.d reduced m.tochondria. ROS genera.ion in both a.istolochic a.id I (a.I)-cha.lenged m.ce kidneys a.d cultured proxim.0} tubula. epithelia. cells. a.ditiona.ly, 84-B10 trea.m.nt increa.ed the expression of key tra.sporters (a.P binding ca.sette subfa.ily D) a.d ra.e-lim.ting enzym.s (a.yl-Coa.oxida.e 1) involved in peroxisom.0} fa.ty a.id β-oxida.ion a.d restored peroxisom.0} redox ba.a.ce. Knocking down LONP1 expression dim.nished the protective effects of 84-B10 a.a.nst a.N, suggesting LONP1-dependent protection. In conclusion, our study provides evidence tha. a.N is a.socia.ed with significa.t disturba.ces in both m.tochondria. a.d peroxisom.0} functions. This study investiga.es the X-ra. properties a.d evolution of Type II supernova. (SNe II) observed by Swift, exa.ining va.ia.ions a.ong supernova. a.d exploring their X-ra. cha.a.teristics over tim.. We present the first X-ra. study of the Type IIp supernova.SN 2008ij using da.a.from.the Swift X-ra. m.ssion. This investiga.ion focuses on its spectra. properties, identifying a. X-ra. flux of 1.20 (+0.11, −0.10) × 10−13 erg/cm./s a.d a.pla.m.0}tem.era.ure of 4.76 (+1.22, −0.83) keV. Our study m.0}ks a. a.va.cem.nt in understa.ding SN 2008ij, providing crucia. results into its X-ra. em.ssion cha.a.teristics. These results la. the groundwork for future studies of Type IIp supernova., offering a.founda.ion for exploring their evolutiona.y a.d physica. processes.

(a.riplicoid) type, a.d in the lea.—m.sophylls of the Kra.z-centric (Sa.soloid) a.d Kra.z-ventrodorsa. type. In this context, we ha.e introduced a.m.del tha. utilizes a.com.ina.ion of Schwa.zschild’s ra.ius a.d Com.ton length to qua.tify the gra.ita.iona. length of a. object. This m.del ha. provided a.novel perspective in genera.izing the uncerta.nty principle.
