Kidney transplantation in Indonesia: An update

Objective:Indonesia has overcome several barriers to the growth of kidney transplantation within the past ***,the procedure is increasingly performed in several centers across the *** there are limited publications on kidney transplantation from Indonesia,especially from centers outside *** study aims to give a brief overview on transplantation performed,discuss current efforts and progresses of transplantation in Indonesia and chiefly ***:Retrospective analysis of 20 transplant cases in Semarang during 2014e2018 was *** from other transplant centers was acquired through formal correspondences with 11 central teaching hospitals in Jakarta,Surabaya,Yogyakarta,Malang,Bali,Solo,Palembang,Aceh,Medan,Bandung,and ***:There were 629 recorded kidney transplantations performed in 12 centers,and we report on 245 cases with viable *** average age of kidney recipients were younger(35.4 years old)compared to the donors(41.3 years old).Approximately half of the kidneys were obtained from related donors(49.0%)and there was only one case of cadaveric *** three leading etiologies of end-stage renal disease were hypertension(37.4%),diabetes mellitus(26.1%),and autoimmune disease(11.3%).There is only one center that has performed more than 100 kidney transplants in ***:Indonesia has successfully overcome several major hurdles that had previously hindered the growth of *** improvement should concentrate on the development of integrated organ transplant infrastructure,decentralization of transplant professionals,establishment of National kidney transplant database and changing the Nation’s paradigm on cadaveric organ donor through public education.

Reusable high performance of calcined Mg/Al hydrotalcite for the removal of Navy Blue and Yellow F3G dyes

Water pollution with dye chemicals from apparel industries is a serious problem in the *** most of dyes are potentially have toxic and carcinogenic effects on human,it is important to remove them before they are discharged to the *** many methods available for dyes removal in water,adsorption is the easiest and economically feasible that has no major obstacle for practical *** the present study,we tested calcined Mg/Al hydrotalcite(Mg/Al CHT)prepared by coprecipitation technique as an adsorbent for the removal of Navy Blue(NB)and Yellow F3G(YF3G)***/Al CHT was characterized by using a Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectrometer,an X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and a scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that Mg/Al CHT was highly effective as an adsorbent for the removal of NB and YF3G under mild-acidic condition(pH 4)with removal capacities(b)according to Langmuir isotherm model were 7.97×10^(–4) and 5.80×10^(–4)mol·g^(-1),*** study showed that the adsorption of NB and YF3D on Mg/Al CHT followed pseudosecond order with rate constant(k_(p2))11.57×10^(3) and 11.75×103 g·mol^(-1)·min-1,*** spent adsorbent can be easily regenerated by simply calcining it at 450℃ for 3 *** test on the mixture of NB and YF3G showed that the adsorption capacity of Mg/Al CHT was eightfold higher than that of Mg/Al HT and the value was maintained with repeated use.

为更好发挥减震围护墙对装配式钢框架单元力学性能的有利作用,采用ABAQUS软件建立了13个装配式钢框架-减震围护墙单元有限元模型,研究不同上、下层墙板单元高度比、减震层摩擦系数、墙板材质对框架单元的力学性能的影响及其规律,并给出有关减震围护墙设计的建议。研究结果表明:增加上、下层墙板单元高度比、提高减震层摩擦系数和增大墙板材质密度均可一定程度提高框架的屈服荷载和水平承载力,且不会明显增加框架的刚度。因此,设计时可根据洞口尺寸需求尽量选取较大的上、下层墙板单元高度比,且当开设窗洞时,建议将窗洞设置在上层墙板单元。同时建议选取摩擦系数较大的材料制作减震层,并选用材质密度相对较大的墙板。

为实现现有减震墙板在不同跨度框架中的灵活布置以及便于装配式结构的施工和标准化生产,本文将拼装型墙板和减震层相结合,提出一种新型拼装型自减震墙板结构体系。通过建立拼装型自减震墙板钢框架的有限元模型进行抗震性能研究,并对其进行平面外性能研究和参数分析。主要内容和相应结论如下:(1)根据中国规范设计了拼装型自减震墙板,采用有限元模拟软件建立4个有限元模型:空钢框架试件(BSF)、墙—梁连接型减震墙板钢框架试件(BSF-DW)、拼装型自减震墙板钢框架(BSF-ASDW1和BSF-ASDW2),并进行抗震性能研究。研究结果表明:相比传统填充墙,拼装型自减震墙板可降低对框架的附加刚度和约束效应,提高结构的耗能能力。拼装型自减震墙板的拉应力均小于混凝土的抗拉强度,说明其减震机理合理且有效。(2)通过建立12个不同参数的拼装型自减震墙板模型,研究减震层厚度和宽度设计参数对框架抗震性能的影响。研究结果表明:BSF-ASDW1和BSF-ASDW2模型的模拟结果基本一致,说明拼装型自减震墙板的性能主要取决于叠层橡胶尺寸高度和宽度。墙板减震层宽度与其承载力呈现正相关关系,而墙板减震层的剪切应变与其承载力呈负相关关系。在水平力作用下,增加拼装型自减震墙板减震层宽度可提高框架的水平承载力,而增加减震层高度则会降低框架的水平承载力。(3)建立了BSF-ASDW1和BSF-ASDW2模型研究拼装型自减震墙板的平面外抗震性能。在平面外均布荷载作用下,拼装型自减震墙板可以通过钢板连接件形成条形墙板,并通过墙板之间的压应力传递荷载至T型连接件,计算结果较保守且安全。此外,通过建立12个不同参数的模型,研究发现增大减震层宽度可提高其竖向刚度,从而提高拼装型自减震墙板结构平面外抗震性能;不同板式叠层橡胶硬度对拼装型自减震墙板结构平面外承载力影响不显著,而减震层高度对其几乎无影响。

To date,the clinical use of functional near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)to detect cerebral ischemia has been largely limited to surgical settings,where motion artifacts are *** this study,we present novel techniques to address the challenges of using NIRS to monitor ambu-latory patients with kidney disease during approximately eight hours of hemodialysis(HD)*** with end-stage kidney disease who require HD are at higher risk for cognitive impairment and dementia than age-matched *** studies have suggested that HD-related declines in cerebral blood flow might explain some of the adverse outcomes of HD ***,there are currently no established paradigms for monitoring cerebral per-fusion in real-time during HD *** this study,we used NIRS to assess cerebral hemo-dynamic responses among 95 prevalent HD patients during two consecutive HD *** observed substantial signal attenuation in our predominantly Black patient cohort that required probe *** also observed consistent motion artifacts that we addressed by devel-oping a novel NIRS methodology,called the HD cerebral oxygen demand algorithm(HD-CODA),to identify episodes when cerebral oxygen demand might be outpacing supply during HD *** then examined the association between a summary measure of time spent in cerebral deoxygenation,derived using the HD-CODA,and hemodynamic and treatment-related *** found that this summary measure was associated with intradialytic mean arterial pressure,heart rate,and volume *** studies should use the HD-CODA to implement studies of real-time NIRS monitoring for incident dialysis patients,over longer time frames,and in other dialysis modalities.

Seismogram Analysis of Indonesian Earthquakes at DAV Observation Station

The S-wave velocity across the earth structure under Indonesia for Indonesia earthquakes has been investigated through seismogram analysis, simultaneously in the time domain and three Cartesian components. The data were recorded at DAV observational station, the Philippines. The main data set is the seismogram comparison between the measured and synthetic seismogram, instead of travel time data, as commonly used in other seismological research. The synthetic seismogram is calculated using the GEMINI method, which is equivalent to Mode Summation. The above seismogram comparison shows that the global earth mantle of PREMAN gives a deviating synthetic seismogram and has earlier arrival times than those of the measurement. The gradient of β_h in the upper mantle layers is altered into a positive, rather than negative slope as stated in the PREMAN model, and negative corrections are imposed to the zero order of the polynomials coefficients in all earth mantle layers. The excellent fitting, as well as travel time or waveform, is obtained from the surface waves of Love and Rayleigh, surface wave to the S and SS mantle waves as well as the core reflected waves. This result expresses that part of the earth mantle, due to a collision between India and Asia tectonic released zones, has a negative anomaly in S-wave velocity and vertical anisotropy in all of the earth mantle layers.

Seismogram Analysis of Earthquake C060394F,South Java: S-wave Velocity Structure

The S wave velocity structure between the hypocenter of C060394F earthquake,South Java and a series of observatory stations located in Australia and South-East Asia have been investigated through seismogram analysis in the time domain and the three Cartesian *** synthetic seismogram is constructed from the PREMAN global earth *** comparison between the measured and synthetic seismograms shows large discrepancies.A correction to the S wave velocity structure is needed to solve these *** analysis and fitting at the observatory stations located in Australia show a positive anomaly,whereas the stations in South-East Asia show a strong negative *** anisotropy occurred in the upper mantle layer and earth mantle layers beneath *** seismogram analysis in the time domain and the three components simultaneously provides a better picture of the earth model,compared to the analysis of the seismogram with arrival time,travel time difference and dispersion analysis.

Fault Plane Identification Using Three Components Local Waveforms

A research has been conducted to estimate earthquake source parameters that occurred on June 3rd, 13th, 18th and 19th, 2008. The data used to determine the parameters of earthquakes source are three components local waveform that are recorded by three MY broadband stations (IPM, KOM and KUM) and PSI, Poseidon. In this research, we report a focal mechanism of events using three components local waveform analysis. The seismogram data are inverted to achieve the earthquake source parameters. Source parameters of earthquakes extracted after the reduction variant of each event are over 56%. To identify the fault plane, the HC-plot method is used.

The S wave velocity structure of the earth below Eastern Southeast Asia has been investigated by analyzing the seismogram from surface wave to multiple depth waves in the time domain and three Cartesian components *** wave passes across the front area of subduction zone between the Philippine plate and the Asian *** main data are waveform comparisons,instead of the arrival *** synthetic seismogram is calculated using the GEMINI *** synthetic seismogram constructed by PREMAN global earth model deviates greatly from the measured *** solve this problem,corrections are needed for the β speed *** cover the gradient change of β_h,which turns from negative to positive in upper mantle layers as in the PREMAN,change of earth crust depth and change of zero order coefficients of β velocity function in all earth mantle ***,the fitting is obtained,as well as the arrival time or the waveform of Love and Rayleigh surface waves,the S wave and the repetitive depth waves ScS_2 and ScS_*** result reveals that the Southeast Asia,being stretched due to tectonic release,has a mantle in some parts with negative anomaly of S wave velocity and vertical anisotropy in all earth mantle layers.
