为了提高水基钻井液体系中淀粉的热稳定性,在其中添加单乙醇胺,并对其效果进行了室内实验研究。研究表明,单乙醇胺的存在使钻井液的表观黏度、塑性黏度、动切力、静切力等提高,且显著降低了钻井液的滤失速率、减小了泥饼厚度。通过与淀粉聚合物建立氢键,单乙醇胺的存在可以避免高温下淀粉的水解,提高淀粉的热稳定性。淀粉作为天然聚合物可以提高钻井液流变性能、降低滤失量,但其发挥作用的最高温度仅为121℃,而单乙醇胺会使淀粉的耐温提高至160℃。单乙醇胺存在最佳浓度,高于最佳浓度时,其功效会下降。

Background： Gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD） is one of the most common gastrointestinal com- plaints. GERD, caused by the reflux of stomach contents into the esophagus, leads to troublesome symptoms such as heartburn and regurgitation. It is classified into two types： erosive esophagitis, characterized by visible esophageal mucosa erosion in endoscopy, and non-erosive reflux disease （NERD）. GERD is a chronic and recurrent disease that impairs the quality of life and imposes socioeco- nomic and therapeutic burdens to both patients and society. Objective： Due to the failure of the conventional treatments for GERD and to the traditional use of Amla （Phyllanthus emblica L.）, in addition to beneficial effects shown in recent studies, we evaluated the safety and efficacy of Amla tablet for improvement of symptoms of patients with NERD. Design, setting, participants and interventions： We designed a double-arm, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial. Sixty-eight patients who had classic symptoms of GERD （heartburn, regurgitation and epigastralgia） for at least three months before the start of the trial were randomized in two parallel groups. Patients in the Amla group received two 500 mg Amla tablets twice a day, after meals, for 4 weeks. In the control group, patients received placebo tablets similar to the Amla prescription. Main outcome measures： The patients were visited at baseline, and at the end of the 2nd and 4th weeks of intervention; their symptoms were measured on a frequency and severity scale for the symptoms of NERD, according to the quality of life in reflux-associated disease questionnaire. Results： Frequencies of heartburn and regurgitation in both groups of the study were significantly reduced after intervention （P 〈 0.001）. Nanocrystalline Ni(50-x)Ti50Cux(X = 5, 9 wt%) alloys were successfully produced by mechanical alloying. Mechanical activation was performed at different milling times under a high purity argon (99.998 vol%) atmosphere. Phase analysis and structural features of the samples were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Results revealed that NiTiCu (B2) phase was achieved after 600 min of milling. The formation of this phase was mostly related to the critical factors in determining the site replacement of elements in Ni-Ti-Cu ternary system. After 600 min of milling, the average crystallite size and lattice strain of the samples were about 5 - 10 nm and 1.057% - 1.967%, respectively. Evaluation of the full width at half maximum (FWHM) values for all the samples indicated the occurrence of anisotropic line broadening. The determined amounts of crystallinity revealed that the fraction of crystalline phase decreased with increasing weight percentage of copper up to 9% and reached a minimum value after 600 min of milling. The lattice parameters and the unit cell volume of the milled samples were always larger than the standard values. In addition, lattice parameter deviation influenced by the weight percentage of copper. Based on the obtained data, mechanical alloying process can be used for production of nanocrystalline NiTiCu alloys with different structural features.

针对井漏会增加钻井成本和非生产时间的问题,采用多种新型环保型堵漏剂来控制膨润土钻井液和RIA-X钻井液的漏失,RIA-X钻井液可显著降低裂缝性或高渗透储集层的钻井液漏失量。通过堵漏剂测试仪的三维裂缝模拟井下真实情况,进行常规实验和堵漏剂测试,研究多种堵漏剂在各种尺寸裂缝中对2种钻井液的堵漏效果,优选最佳性能的堵漏剂及其组合模式。现场测试了新型环保堵漏剂在RIA-X钻井液中的控漏失效果,证明该环保堵漏剂可以控制常规固井或泡沫钻井无法应对的严重漏失。

This paper explores Du Boisian notion of double consciousness and the notion of black nihilism suggested by Cornel West in Ralph Ellison＇s Invisible Man （1952） and August Wilson＇s Fences （1986）. In order to conduct this study, the researcher adopts African American approach and shows that double consciousness and black nihilism are the immediate effects of African Americans＇ marginalisation. According to W. E. B. Du Bois, all African Americans develop the sense of double consciousness which means being both African and American simultaneously. On the other hand, Cornel West believes that black Americans suffer from nihilism which means loss of hope and absence of meaning. The paper is an attempt to compare the novel Invisible Man and the play Fences thematically based on these two theories. It then looks to find the considerable similarities in the conditions of the protagonists of these two literary works. Although both protagonists migrate to the North to escape Southern racism in the era prior to the Civil Rights Movement, they become totally disillusioned, for they are treated as the invisible marginal. Interestingly though, at the end of both stories, there remains a ray of hope for reactivation and the creation of democracy for black Americans.

Objective:Despite numerous experimental studies in the literature,there are few clinical trials regarding the effect of date palm pollen(DPP)supplementation on sexual function *** the present study,we sought to evaluate the impact of DPP on female sexual function in Iranian non-menopausal ***:Between October 2019 and December 2019,health centers in the city of Khalkhal,volunteers meeting the inclusion criteria were recruited in randomized clinical ***-eight women were randomly stratified and assigned to one of the two study groups:placebo group(n=35)and palm pollen group(n=35),and received a starch or palm pollen capsule(300 mg per day),respectively,for 35 *** Female Sexual Function Index(FSFI)instrument was used to assess female sexual ***:After DPP supplementation,the increase in desire,lubrication,and the overall score,was statistically significant compared to the placebo group(P=0.002,P=0.000,and P=0.042;respectively);Whilst there was no significant differences in the remaining domains(arousal:P=0.763;orgasm:P=0.370;satisfaction:P=0.474;pain:P=0.259).There was a statistically significant positive correlation between the coitus and preintervention levels of desire(r=0.298,P=0.038),arousal(r=0.328,P=0.021),lubrication(r=0.361,P=0.011),orgasm(r=0.320,P=0.025),satisfaction(r=0.327,P=0.022),and overall scores(r=0.338,P=0.018).Conclusion:This study suggests that DPP(300 mg supplementation for 35 d),given to non-menopausal women,could improve the lubrication and desire domains of FSFI.

Objective:To determine the patterns of resistance to first line anti-tuberculosis(TB)drugs among a collection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB)isolates from 5 provinces of ***:A total of the 6 426 clinical specimens from patients suspected of active TB were collected from March 2010 to June *** specimens were subjected for microscopy and culture tests in the TB centers of studies *** susceptibility testing to the first line anti-TB drugs for culture positive MTB was performed on Lwenstein-Jensen(LJ)medium using proportion ***:Of 6 426 clinical specimens,261 were culture positive for mycobacteria,of which 252 were MTB and 9 were MOTT(mycobacteria other than tuberculosis).Of 252 MTB isolates.211(83.7%)were pan-susceptible and 41(16.3%)were resistant to at least one *** was most common to streptomycin.30 isolates(12.0%),followed by isoniuzid,20isolates(8.0%),rifampin,15 isolates(6.0%)and ethambutol,14 isolates(5.5%).Sixteen(6.3%)MTB isolates were MDR.A clear evidence of heterogeneity amongst the 5 provinces in the proportions with resistance to one or more drugs was observed[χ~2=12.209(4 degrees of freedom),P values=0.015 9].Conclusions:The prevalence of drug resistance in this study area underscoring the need for further enforcement of TB control strategies in the *** susceptibility testing for all TB cases to provide optimal treatment,establishing advanced diagnostic facilities for rapid detection of MDR-TB and continuous monitoring of drug resistance are recommended for prevention and control of drug-resistant TB.

Diabetic foot ulcer(DFU) is the most costly and devastating complication of diabetes mellitus, which affect 15% of diabetic patients during their *** on National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence strategies, early effective management of DFU can reduce the severity of complications such as preventable amputations and possible mortality, and also can improve overall quality of life. The management of DFU should be optimized by using a multidisciplinary team, due to a holistic approach to wound management is required. Based on studies, blood sugar control, wound debridement, advanced dressings and offloading modalities should always be a part of DFU management. Furthermore, surgery to heal chronic ulcer and prevent recurrence should be considered as an essential component of management in some cases. Also, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, electrical stimulation, negative pressure wound therapy, bio-engineered skin and growth factors could be used as adjunct therapies for rapid healing of DFU. So, it's suggested that with appropriate patient education encourages them to regular foot care in order to prevent DFU and its complications.

Lithological Analysis of Nain Ophiolitic Zone Using ASTER Data

The Mesozoic ophiolitic Mélange, north of Nain in the Central-East Iran Microplate (CEIM) comprises serpentinized ultramafic rocks, harzburgites, dunite, gabbro, peridotite, pelagic limestone and other carbonate rocks. The excellent and vast exposure of this desert region is well suited for geologic mapping of this rock suite using remote sensing, especially using data from the satellite-borne advanced Space borne Thermal Emission and Reflection Radiometer (ASTER) imaging system which was designed for mapping mineral information. In this study, data processing methods like Method Minimum noise fraction (MNF), Feature Oriented Principal Components Selection (FPCS), Band Ratios (BR) and Optimum Index Factor (OIF) were used to process ASTER data to optimize the mapping of ophiolite rock types. For example, a simple color composites of OIF (Red: B3, Green: B4, and Blue: B8) and Band ratios (e.g. Red: (B2 + B4)/B3, Green: (B5 + B7)/B6, Blue: (B7 + B9)/B8) were useful for discriminating serpentinite, meta-basalt and granite rock types. It is concluded here that proposed ASTER data has the potential for mapping similar ophiolites elsewhere using the global archive of ASTER imagery.
