RAN domain is strength.ning and attracting lots of attention to tackle many of th. ch.llenging *** th.s paper we surveyed RAN network base stations(BSs)clustering and its applications in th. *** paper also demonstrates h.w to leverage community detection algorith.s to understand underlying community structures with.n *** areas(TAs)novel framework was developed by adapting existing community detection algorith. to solve th. problem of statically partitioning a set of BSs into TA according to mobility ***,live network dataset in dense urban part of Cairo is used to assess h.w th. developed framework is used to partition th.s part of th. network more efficiently compared to oth.r clustering *** obtained sh.wed th.t th. new meth.dology saved up to 34.6%of inter TA signaling overh.ad and surpassing oth.r conventional clustering algorith.s.

A series of Mannich.bases were synth.sized by a th.ee-component Mannich.reaction. Th. newly synth.sized compounds were well ch.racterized by elemental analyses, IR, NMR and mass spectroscopic studies. Th. potential antibacterial effects of th. synth.sized compounds were investigated using standard bacterial strains： Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Interestingly, all th. synth.sized compounds were observed to be promising leads, possessing moderate to significant inh.bitory activity as compared to standard.

Dah.b-Wadi Kid area(south.astern Sinai,Egypt)are *** studied sediments contain considerable amounts of h.avy minerals,including abundant Fe–Ti oxides,with.up to 25.94%index figure th.t measures th. relative abundance of h.avy minerals to ligh. *** of th. sediments and nature of Fe–Ti oxide intergrowth.,in addition to some non-opaque h.avy minerals,indicate multiple provenances with.contributions from a variety of Neoproterozoic mafic to felsic *** amounts of h.avy minerals are derived from sch.sts th.t belong to th. so-called Wadi Kid volcanosedimentary *** to th. considerable contribution of th. felsic intrusions represented by with.n-plate granites,th. sediments are enrich.d in REE-bearing minerals(e.g.,monazite,cerianite,La-cerianite and allanite),V-bearing th.rite,zircon,and a ZrO_(2) *** majority of Fe–Ti oxides are derived from th. mafic intrusions,and th.y sh.w evidence of pre-,syn-and post-depositional ph.ses of alteration and formation of *** to th. geoch.mical signature of th. bulk silt fraction,th.re is remarkable enrich.ent of LREEs with.distinct negative Eu anomaly,and th.s supports dominance of a provenance dominated by felsic intrusions(i.e.,th. BACKGROUND Th. impact of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)on acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)is debatable.T2DM was suspected to reduce th. risk and complications of ***,during coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),T2DM predisposed patients to ARDS,especially th.se wh. were on insulin at *** evaluate th. impact of outpatient insulin use in T2DM patients on non-COVID-19 ARDS *** We conducted a retrospective coh.rt analysis using th. Nationwide Inpatient Sample *** patients diagnosed with.ARDS were stratified into insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus(DM)(IDDM)and non-insulindependent DM(NIDDM)*** applying exclusion criteria and match.ng over 20 variables,we compared coh.rts for mortality,duration of mech.nical ventilation,incidence of acute kidney injury(AKI),length.of stay(LOS),h.spitalization costs,and oth.r clinical *** Following 1:1 propensity score match.ng,th. analysis included 274 patients in each.***,no statistically significant differences emerged between th. IDDM and NIDDM groups in terms of mortality rates(32.8%vs 31.0%,P=0.520),median h.spital LOS(10 d,P=0.537),requirement for mech.nical ventilation,incidence rates of sepsis,pneumonia or AKI,median total h.spitalization costs,or patient disposition upon *** Compared to alternative anti-diabetic medications,outpatient insulin treatment does not appear to exert an independent influence on in-h.spital morbidity or mortality in diabetic patients with.non-COVID-19 ARDS.

Th. purpose of th.s research.is to improve th. robustness of th. autonomous system in order to improve th. position and velocity estimation of an Unmanned Aerial Veh.cle(UAV).Th.refore, new integrated SINS/GPS navigation sch.me based on Interacting Multiple Nonlinear Fuzzy Adaptive h.∞ Models(IMM-NFAh.∞) filtering tech.ique for UAV is presented. Th. proposed IMM-NFAh.∞ strategy switch.s between two different Nonlinear Fuzzy Adaptive h.∞(NFAh.∞) filters and each.NFAh.∞ filter is based on different fuzzy logic inference systems. Th. newly proposed tech.ique takes into consideration th. h.gh.order Taylor series terms and adapts th. nonlinear h.∞ filter based on different fuzzy inference systems via adaptive filter bounds(di),along with.disturbance attenuation parameter c. Simulation analysis validates th. performance of th. proposed algorith., and th. comparison with.nonlinear h.∞(Nh.∞) filter and th.t with.different NFAh.∞ filters demonstrate th. effectiveness of UAV localization utilizing IMM-NFAh.∞ filter.

PSCs damages will be studied in two stages;direct and post blast *** th. present study,th. dynamic response of PSCs was numerically evaluated under different levels of blast th.eats using LS-DYNA *** explicit finite element(FE)analyses are carried out to investigate th. effect of various parameters,such.as web opening sh.pes,boundary conditions and strength.ning details on th. damage index and tough.ess of th. Incidence rate for prostate cancer in th. Arab World is significantly lower th.n United States and Europe, it ranges from 5.5% to 39.2%. h.wever, th. incidence and th. number of death. is expected to increase. In Saudi Arabia, th. crude incidence rate and age standardized incidence rate of prostate cancer are reported to be steadily increasing in between 2001-2008. Only two screening trials were attempted in 2001 and 2009 wh.ch.yielded an incidence rate of 1.17% and 2.5% respectively. Men in th. Arab world are sh.ring a common ch.racteristic of poor knowledge and poor attitude towards prostate cancer examination and screening practices. Th.y are ill-informed about th. PSA test's strength. and drawbacks because th. doctors are not talking to th.m about th. importance of counselling. Men sh.uld be encouraged to do PSA testing before th. age of 50 and till th. age of 70 years. Th.s could be ach.eved by enh.ncing th.ir attitude and enrich.ng th. knowledge of th. ph.sicians towards PSA testing, h.rms and benefits, th.ough.sh.red decision making, wh.ch.would increase men's knowledge scores, reduced th.ir decisional conflict and promote greater involvement in decision making.
