Multiple sclerosis(MS)is the most common chronic disease of the central nervous system(CNS)in young adults and represents the first cause of severe handicap,originally non-traumatic(Oh et al.,2018).MS is chara cterized by the infiltration of auto reactive lymphocytes specific to myelin through the blood-brain barrier,which results in the appearance of inflammatory demyelinating lesions caused by the death of the central nervous system myelinating cells,oligodendrocytes(Oh et al.,2018).There is a prevalence sexual with a ratio of three times more affected women than men.

In this paper, we investigate the dynamics and the global exponential stability of a new class of Hopfield neural network with time-varying and distributed delays. In fact, the properties of norms and the contraction principle are adjusted to ensure the existence as well as the uniqueness of the pseudo almost periodic solution, which is also its derivative pseudo almost periodic. This results are without resorting to the theory of exponential dichotomy. Furthermore, by employing the suitable Lyapunov function, some delayindependent sufficient conditions are derived for exponential convergence. The main originality lies in the fact that spaces considered in this paper generalize the notion of periodicity and almost periodicity. Lastly, two examples are given to demonstrate the validity of the proposed theoretical results.

Over the last decade,object detection has emerged as an important area of research for computer *** this regard,some novel and impressing CNN architectures have been *** this work Fast R-CNN and VGGnet architectures have been incorporated for the given task of visual object *** proposed methods have been exercised and empirically it is realized that Fast R-CNN architecture exhibits considerable performance for the given *** particular for given problem,emphasis has been rendered on visual object Capra Falconeri（Markhor）,in different challenging environment and background *** most issue for object detection using deep learning techniques is to save the training and testing time without sacrificing its ***,existing Fast R-CNN technique provide good accuracy but it suffers from more training and testing time that limits the overall performance of *** this thesis,a new dataset is created named as Markhor-VI by various data augmentation methods such as translation,rotation,scaling and so *** we have modified existing Fast R-CNN technique by transfer learning by various methods from layer 1 to layer *** is found that convolutional object detection is still evolving as a technology,despite outranking other object detection *** is also found that transfer learning can save a lot of resources if fine tuning is performed in a particular way.

A study was carried out to evaluate the treatment efficiency of modified model of septic tank（ST）for the treatment of domestic *** objective was to explore the possibility of increasing the removal efficiency,at household level,thereby reducing cost and treatment burden on city level treatment *** this purpose,a bench scale model of ST was prepared and operated continuously for 78 days at different detention times i.e.,48,24 and 12 h and at two reactor temperatures viz.15℃ and 25℃.Domestic wastewater was fed to the bench scale ST without *** was conducted under two different ***,by installing baffles in the bench scale ST（called Run-1 setup）,and secondly by installing perforated plates between the baffles（called Run-2 setup）.Results demonstrated that Run-2 setup is better than Run-1 *** significantly affects the *** time of 24 h was found ***-2 setup demonstrated a percentage BOD removal of 45%with effluent BOD of 113 mg·L^-1 at 15℃ and 85%removal with effluent BOD of 31 mg·L^-1 at 25℃.It is concluded that if a modified design of ST using Run-2 setup is provided at household level,the effluent coming out of the house will meet the National Environmental Quality Standards（neQS）when reactor temperature is close to 25℃.Development authorities are suggested to change their by-laws and make modified ST mandatory for all *** may significantly reduce the cost and footprint of city level wastewater treatment plants being planned.

This study uses a T-junction to examine the effects of different parameters(velocity ratio,viscosity,contact angle,and channel size ratio)on the generation of microdroplets,related rate,and *** speciﬁcally,numerical simulations are exploited to investigate situations with a velocity varying from 0.004 to 1.6 m/s for the continuous phase and from 0.004 to 0.8 m/s for the dispersed phase,viscosity ratios(0.668,1,6.689,10,66.899),contact angle 80°neration *** contact angle has an impact on the form and the quality of generated ***,the relationship between velocity and viscosity ratios,droplet size,and generation rate is non-monotonic.

To check the dose uniformity and to determine the efficiency of medical devices sterilization by gamma irradiation after three half lives of the source, calculations of the absorbed dose were carried out. Monte Carlo simulations and dosimetry measurements, were established to study the radiation processing quality control. An isodose chart was created by GEANT4 Monte Carlo code to evaluate the absorbed dose rate uniformity inside the irradiation room from the year of the installation until the year of the source reload. The dose uniformity ratio(DUR) is deduced from maximum and minimum experimental doses in medical devices after three half lives of the source.

Different forest fires causing different degrees of effects occur in fire-sensitive forests due to various reasons such as climate *** as well as harmful aspects of forest fires are a multi-disciplinary research *** information systems(GIS)and remote sensing(RS)methods offer a number of benefits for researchers and operators in the field of forest fire *** present study analyses timber pricing based on forest contractor demands of post-salvage logging *** effect of timber obtained from compartment units on producers’pricing policy was *** forest fire area(2500 ha)located in Antalya in Turkey was selected as the main study *** parameters(aspect,slope and slope position),stand types(diameter class and crown closure),and burn severity were analyzed together using GIS and R software packages.A multi-linear regression model(R^(2)=0.752)demonstrated that factors that had the most impact on pricing were slope position,aspect,stand age,crown closure and burn *** model can be used to estimate salvage logging prices in Calabrian pine(Pinus brutia Ten.)stands with similar *** administrators and contractors may readily address the unit price of timber by estimating approximate costs in a given forest area for which they are going to *** will help reduce operational planning times of harvesting procedures in burned stands.

Probabilistic techniques are widely used in the analysis of algorithms to estimate the computational complexity of algorithms or a computational ***,such analyses are performed using paper-and-pencil proofs and the results are sometimes validated using simulation *** techniques are informal and thus may result in an inaccurate *** this paper,we propose a formal technique for analyzing the expected time complexity of algorithms using higher-order-logic theorem *** approach calls for mathematically modeling the algorithm along with its inputs,using indicator random variables,in higher-order *** model is then used to formally reason about the expected time complexity of the underlying algorithm in a theorem *** paper includes the higher-order-logic formalization of indicator random variables,which are fundamental to the proposed *** order to illustrate the practical effiectiveness and utilization of the proposed infrastructure,the paper also includes the analysis of algorithms for three well-known problems,i.e.,the hat-check problem,the birthday paradox and the hiring problem.

Synthesis and characterization of poppy seed oil methyl esters

Response surface methodology(RSM) was used to determine the optimum conditions of the methanolysis of crude poppy seed oil using Na OCH3 as catalyst. The experiments were run according to five levels, four variable central composite rotatable design(CCRD) using RSM. The reaction variables, i.e., molar ratio of methanol/oil(3:1–9:1), catalyst concentration(0.5 wt%–1.25 wt% Na OCH3), reaction temperature(25–65 °C), and reaction time(20–90 min) were studied. We demonstrated that the molar ratio of methanol/oil, catalyst concentration,and reaction temperature were the significant parameters affecting the yield of poppy seed oil methyl esters(PSOMEs). The optimum transesterification reaction conditions, established using the RSM, which offered a89.35% PSOME yield, were found to be 7.5:1 molar ratio of methanol/oil, 0.75% catalyst concentration, 45 °C reaction temperature, and 90 min reaction time. The proposed process provided an average biodiesel yield of more than 85%. A linear correlation was constructed between the observed and predicted values of the *** gas chromatography(GC) analyses have shown that PSOMEs contain linoleic-, oleic-, palmitic-, and stearic-acids as main fatty acids. The FTIR spectrum of the PSOMEs was also analyzed to confirm the completion of the transesterification reaction. The fuel properties of the PSOMEs were discussed in light of biodiesel standards(ASTM D 6751 and EN 14214).
