在本次发布会中,IMF高级经济学家aqib Aslam指出,《世界经济展望报告》的探讨的一个结论是,外部因素对新兴经济贡献作用稍大一些,预计对2014-2015年经济体复苏的贡献较大,但是对于不同的国家、不同的地区贡献作用不尽相同。不过从平均水平来看,发达经济体的增长——尤其是货币政策发生变化时——都会对新兴经济体的增长起正的拉动作用。而新兴市场主权债券收益率的上扬,却拖累了新兴经济体经济增长。由于规模和中国经济体的重要性,中国经济的增长速度对新兴经济体也是至关重要的。中国经济增幅放缓,对新兴经济增长速度影响是负面的。我们观察到在一些国家中,内部因素目前对经济增长速度有拖累作用,这些国家政府要意识到国内经济转型和经济改革的重要性,经济增长增速放缓,不能幅度太大,内外部因素要统筹考虑。以下为aqib Aslam演讲内容摘要:

The objective of the present study was to evaluate the pre-clinical efficacy and toxicity of polyherbal cough syrup Linkus. Method: Animals (healthy Wistar albino rats;(150 - 250 g) of either sex) were housed under standard environmental conditions;i.e. 25°C ± 1°C and 12 h dark/light cycle. Food and water were available at libitum. The rats were treated orally with the recommended doses of the test drug (Linkus). After 15 minutes, they were individually placed in a closed Plexiglas chamber (20 × 10 × 10 cm) and exposed to citric acid (0.1 g/ml) inhalation for 7 minutes. The cough reflexes were produced and counted for the last 5 minutes and compared with those of the control animals. The following studies were conducted to evaluate the toxicity of the test drug in healthy Wistar albino rats: lethal dose50 (LD50);rats of either sex (n = 10/sex) were treated orally with doses (1 or 5 g/kg) of the test drug. Mortality and behavioral changes were observed for 1 week. Repeated dose toxicity on the healthy Wistar albino rats of both sexes (n = 5/dose/sex) was treated orally with doses of 20 mg/kg (adult human dose = ~1400 mg), 500 mg/kg (adult human dose = ~35,000 mg) and 1000 mg/kg (adult human dose = ~70,000 mg) of test drug (Linkus) for 14 days. Additionally, the control animals were treated orally with water for 14 days. Results: In female rats, the test drug (Linkus) at the dose of 300 mg/kg caused significant (p < 0.01) reduction in the cough reflexes as compared to the control. However, in male rats, a significant reduction was observed at the tested dose of 200 mg/kg (p < 0.05) and 300 mg/kg (p < 0.01). The test product did not cause mortality in rats at the given doses of 1 or 5 g/kg. Other signs of toxicity like hair loss and weight reduction were not observed. In female and male rats, the test drug (Linkus) at different doses did not show any abnormal effects on complete blood count profile of rats. In this paper we propose a new protocol-namedSGMAC for reducing the energy consumption and shortening the time of data sending in smart grid to control media Access. This protocol uses sleeping and waking intervals distinct in the same duty cycle and the sender node will participate only in the period of receiving node over the ownership of the channel. Furthermore, we have compared the proposed protocol from the point of view of energy and delay with IEEE802.11 and SMAC in two different protocol topologies. In the simulation results illustrated that SG-MAC protocol using data gathering tree and apply collection sleep and waking intervals, less delay in comparison with the SMAC protocol and much less energy consumption in comparison with the IEEE802.11.

Today progress of artificial intelligence science in the different sciences specially agricultural sciences is be very important. If there is not specific relationship between effective factors for creating of a phenomenon, it appears. The reference evapotranspiration is a phenomenon that experimental relationships for calculating of it has be expressed up to now. Using of these relationships requires complicated calculations and more important than all requires calibration for every region. Accuracy of these relationships varies in according to climate and studying region position. We have modeled and predicted values of reference evapotranspiration for grass plant of a farm in Mo′tamediyeh village located Neishabour town by using of artificial neural network in the research. The results of the research in addition to high compatibility of modeling and predicting with correlation coefficient 0.997 can analyze sensitivity and affecting every parameters of effective of the grass reference evapotranspiration values.

褶齿豕脊齿象(Choerolophodon corrugatus)是豕脊齿象属在巴基斯坦西瓦里克群发现的唯一种。其首次发现是在西瓦里克亚群下部的卡米列组(中新世晚期),而后大量见于西瓦里克亚群中段的道克派珊组(中新世晚期至上新世早期)。本次报道的褶齿豕脊齿象新材料发现于道克派珊模式产地及其邻近区域。发现的材料包括象牙、下颌、上颌碎片以及一些乳前臼齿和臼齿。新材料与欧洲的Ch. pentelici的牙齿特征极其相似,但在头骨和下颌特征上有所区别。

To evaluate the impact of different zinc application methods on yield and yield components of various wheat cultivars, a field experiment was carried out at Student’s Farm, Department of Agronomy, University of Agriculture Faisalabad, during winter 2014-2015. The experiment was laid out in RCBD (Randomized Complete Block Design) with factorial arrangement. In this experiment, all the treatments were replicated three times, using the net plot size of 1.8 m × 5.0 m. The experiment comprised of two factors. Factor A consists of two varieties: Faisalabad-2008 and Punjab-2011. While, Factor B consists of different methods of zinc application, control, zinc application in soil before planting 23 kg·ha-1, zinc foliar application, 4% ZnSO4 solution at two stages (tillering and stem elongation stage). The data regarding different parameters were collected and analyzed from the crop using standard procedures. Regarding the impact of zinc application method maximum plant height at maturity (103.6 cm), total number of tillers (564.67 m-2), spike length (10.83 cm), number of spikelets spike-1 (19.50), number of grains spike-1 (50.36), 1000-grain weight (34.16 g), biological yield (11.93 t·ha-1), grain yield (6.00 t·ha-1) and harvest index (39.25%) were recorded in treatment where zinc was applied both in the soil before planting and by foliar application on later growth stages. Similarly, grain zinc contents (33.11 mg·kg-1), grain protein contents (10.1%) and grain carbohydrate contents (64.23%) were also observed in the treatment where zinc was applied both in the soil before planting and by foliar application on later growth stages, which is better than all other treatments. In case of wheat varieties, Faisalabad-2008 performed better than Punjab-2011, with maximum method maximum total number of tillers (460.67 m-2), spike length (9.70 cm), number of grains spike-1 (48.80), 1000-grain weight (33.81 g), biological yield (10.32 t·ha-1), grain yield (5.0 t·ha-1) and harvest index

Software development effort estimation is considered a fundamental task for software development life cycle as well as for managing project cost, time and quality. Therefore, accurate estimation is a substantial factor in projects success and reducing the risks. In recent years, software effort estimation has received a considerable amount of attention from researchers?and became a challenge for software industry. In the last two decades, many researchers and practitioners proposed statistical and machine learning-based models for software effort estimation. In this work, Firefly Algorithm is proposed as a metaheuristic optimization method for optimizing the parameters of three COCOMO-based models. These models include the basic COCOMO model and other two models proposed in the literature as extensions of the basic COCOMO model. The developed estimation models are evaluated using different evaluation metrics. Experimental results show high accuracy and significant error minimization of Firefly Algorithm over other metaheuristic optimization algorithms including Genetic Algorithms and Particle Swarm Optimization.

A Case of Giant Mediastinal Liposarcoma of Thymic Origin: A Rare Clinical Entity

Thymoliposarcoma is an exceedingly rare tumor of thymus with a very few cases reported till date. This case study presents a 45-year male with rare type of thymoma. On the contrast-enhanced CT images, there was a large mass lesion of predominantly fat attenuation in the pre-vascular compartment of the mediastinum insinuating on both sides of the visceral compartment of the mediastinum, and extending upto the bilateral cardio phrenic and anterior costophrenic angles, anterior to the right ventricle with loss of fat plane with the pericardium, with few sub-centimetric lymph nodes in the right paratracheal and AP window and a calcified right hilar lymph node, suggestive of well-differentiated liposarcoma/thymoliposarcoma. Initial CT guided tru-cut tissue biopsy was inconclusive, and the repeat biopsy revealed as fibro-collagenous tissue with area of necrosis, focal myxoid changes in the background with presence of cells which are spindle to oval in shape with mild nuclear pleomorphism and negative for S100, Cytokeratin, CD34, desmin. The entire tumor was resected en masse after meticulous dissection without the support of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) with an intact pericardium. Final histopathology report of the surgical biopsy specimens is consistent with dedifferentiated thymoliposarcoma with focal ganglionic cell differentiation. Postoperative follow-up CECT of thorax revealed no evidence of residual mass in the pre-vascular compartment. The patient is disease-free and asymptomatic after 6-month and he is under routine follow-up under Radiotherapy department since he received 30 Gy of postoperative radiotherapy (PORT).
