Background.d.termining the incidence and prevalence of injury and illness in short-course triathletes would improve understanding of their etiologies and therefore assist in the development and implementation of prevention *** study synthesizes the existing evidence on the incidence and prevalence of injury and illness and summarizes reported injury or illness etiology and risk factors affecting short-course ***:This review followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses *** reporting health problems(injury and illness)in triathletes(all sexes,ages,and experience levels)training and/or competing in short-course distances were *** electronic databases(Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials,MEdLINE,Embase,apa PsychINFO,Web of Science Core Collection,and SPORTdiscus)were *** of bias was independently assessed by 2 reviewers using the Newcastle-Ottawa Quality Assessment *** authors independently completed.d.ta ***:The search yield.d.7998 studies,with 42 studies eligible for ***-three studies investigated injuries,24 studies investigated illnesses,and 5 studies investigated both injuries and *** injury incidence rate ranged 15.7-24.3 per 1000 athlete exposures,and the illness incidence rate ranged 1.8-13.1 per 1000 athlete *** and illness prevalence ranged between 2%-15%and 6%-84%,*** injuries reported occurred.d.ring running(45%-92%),and the most frequently reported illnesses affected the gastrointestinal(7%-70%),cardiovascular(14%-59%),and respiratory systems(5%-60%).Conclusion:The most frequently reported health problems in short-course triathletes were:overuse and lower limb injuries associated with running;gastrointestinal illnesses and altered cardiac function,primarily attributable to environmental factors;and respiratory illness mostly caused by infection.

Vitiligo has been associated with the host’ s genetic profile, metabolic abnormality and immunostatus. The purpose of this study was to investigate the association of vitiligo with autoimmune diseases for 31 out of 39 subjects with vitiligo and their first-degree relatives living in a small Caucasian inbred rural community. They were compared with healthy individuals. A 2.28% prevalence of vitiligo was calculated and the presence of consanguine marriages (72.3% ) was noted for this community. Our results indicate an increased prevalence of thyroidopathies, diabetes mellitus and rheumatoid arthritis in families with vitiligo. We also show that the apa-I polymorphism of the vitamind receptor gene is associated with vitiligo. This is the first study of its kind performed in Romania suggesting that the vitamin d receptor gene might play a role in the aetio pathogenesis of skin depigmentation.

We present new U–Pb zircon and monazite ages from the Sunsas belt granitic magmatism in Bolivia, SW Amazonian Craton. The geochronological results revealed four major magmatic events record.d.along the Sunsas belt domains. The older igneous event formed a granitic basement coeval to the Rio apa Terrane(1.95–1.85 Ga) in the southern domain. The second magmatic episode is represented by 1.68 Ga granites associated to the Paraguá Terrane(1.69–1.66 Ga) in the northern domain. The 1.37–1.34 Ga granites related to San Ignacio orogeny represent the third and more pervasive magmatic event, record.d.throughout the Sunsas belt. Moreover, magmatic ages of ~1.42 Ga revealed that the granitogenesis associated to the Santa Helena orogeny also affected the Sunsas belt, indicating that it was not restricted to the Jauru Terrane. Lastly, the 1.10–1.04 Ga youngest magmatism was developed.d.ring the Sunsas orogeny and represents the final magmatic evolution related to Rodinia assembly. Likewise, the 1.95–1.85 and 1.68 Ga inherited zircon cores obtained in the ~1.3 Ga and 1.0 Ga granite samples suggest strong partial melting of the Paleoproterozoic sources. The 1079 ± 14 Ma and 1018 ± 6 Ma monazite crystallization ages can be correlated to the collisional tectono-thermal event of the Sunsas orogeny, associated to reactions of medium-to high-grade metamorphism. Thus, the Sunsas belt was built by heterogeneous 1.95–1.85 Ga and 1.68 Ga crustal fragments that were reworked at 1.37–1.34 Ga and 1.10–1.04 Ga related to orogenic collages. Furthermore, the 1.01 Ga monazite age suggests that granites previously dated by zircon can bear evidence of a younger thermal history. Therefore, the geochronological evolution of the Sunsas belt may have been more complex than previously thought.

Soil acid phosphomonoesterase activity (apa) plays a vital role in controlling phosphorus (P) cycling and reflecting the current degree of P limitation. Responses of soil apa to elevating nitrogen (N) deposition are important because of their potential applications in addressing the relationship between N and P in forest ecosystems. A study of responses of soil apa to simulated N deposition was conducted in three succession forests of subtropical China. The three forests include a Masson pine (Pinus massoniana) forest (MPF)-pioneer community, a coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest (MF)-transition community and a monsoon evergreen broad-leaved forest (MEBF)-climax community. Four N treatments were designed for MEBF: control (without N add.d., low-N (50 kg N ha-1 year-1), and medium-N (100 kg N ha-1 year-1) and high-N (150 kg N ha-1 year-1), and only three N treatments (i.e., control, low-N, medium-N) were established for MPF and MF. Results showed that soil apa was highest in MEBF, followed by MPF and MF. Soil apas in both MPF and MF were not influenced by low-N treatments but depressed in medium-N treatments. However, soil apa in MEBF exhibited negative responses to high N additions, indicating that the environment of enhanced N depositions would reduce P supply for the mature forest ecosystem. Soil apa and its responses to N additions in subtropical forests were closely related to the succession stages in the forests.

Gait is a key function of human movement which plays an important role in motion analysis. Both in the clinical field and in rehabilitation, gait analysis is useful to evaluate the parameters that are modified following the administration of a protocol of adapted physical activity （apa）. Gait parameters could be measured using traditional rating scales, such as the Short Physical Performance Battery （SPPB） and technologies as a support to provide an assessment of gait quality. The aim of this study is to increase the objectivity of gait data obtained before and after a targeted apa program for a group of elderly people by integrating the traditional SPPB rating scale with the G Walk digital system. The former is an assessment tool to evaluate the functioning of lower extremity, in terms of chair stand, walk, and standing balance; whereas the latter can objectively evaluate the parameters of the gait. The sample was composed of I 1 adults aged between 67 and 94 years. The participants were chosen on the basis of a number of tests carried out to analyze their levels of autonomy, intellectual capacities and motor functioning. It has planned a six months apa protocol： before and after it, SPPB and G-Walk were administered. The results showed that space-time characteristics generally improve after apa intervention; therefore, the use of technology is a useful support for the evaluation scales.

急性应激障碍(ASd)又称为急性应激反应(ASR),是对恐怖或创伤事件产生的心理反应。ASd以急剧、严重的创伤事件作为直接原因,患者在受刺激后立即(1小时之内)发病。ASd的常见症状是麻木;情感分离;缄默;现实感丧失;人格解体;心因性遗忘;对经历的创伤事件和思想的重新体验、做梦和闪回;对事件的回避。在这段时间里,患者存在着焦虑症状和至少一个基本功能的损害。症状至少持续3天,最多不超过4周;并发生于创伤事件之后的4周之内。美国精神病学会在2013年5月出版了《精神疾病诊断与统计手册》第5版(dSM-5)。dSM-5对ASd的诊断标准进行了新的修订。近年来,对ASd的临床研究成为精神病学、心身医学和临床心理学的热点。根据dSM-5的标准和新的临床研究成果,本文对ASd的病因和发病机制、临床表现、诊断标准、心理评估、诊断和鉴别诊断、治疗、预防和预后进行了分析。
