Acupuncture is one of the most effective complementary therapies for allergic rhinitis(AR)and has been recommended by several clinical practice guidelines(CPGs)for ***,these CPGs mentioned acupuncture without making recommendations for clinical implementation and therapeutic protocols,therefore limiting the applicability of acupuncture therapies for ***,for the benefit of acupuncture practitioners around the world,the World Federation of Acupuncture-moxibustion Societies have initiated a project to develop the CPG for the use of acupuncture and moxibustion to treat *** CPG was developed according to the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)methodology,referring to the principles of the World Health Organization Handbook for Guideline *** the development of the CPG,the guideline development group(GDG)played an important *** clinical questions,recommendations and therapeutic protocols were all formulated by the GDG using the modified Delphi *** CPG contains recommendations for 15 clinical questions about the use of acupuncture and moxibustion *** include one strong recommendation for the intervention based on high-quality evidence,three conditional recommendations for either the intervention or standard care,and 11 conditional recommendations for the intervention based on very low quality of *** CPG also provides one filiform needle acupuncture protocol and five moxibustion protocols extracted based on the protocols presented in randomized controlled trials reviewed by the GDG.

Urinary incontinence (UI) is a common problem *** has a major impact on physical and social activities and interpersonal *** is common in women,but is under-reported and *** affects the quality of life of female patients *** and moxibustion have been proposed as potentially effective interventions for female ***,for the benefit of acupuncture practitioners around the world,the World Federation of Acupuncture-moxibustion Societies initiated a project to develop a clinical practice guideline (CPG) for the use of acupuncture and moxibustion to treat female *** CPG was developed according to the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation (GRADE) methodology,referring to the principles of the World Health Organization Handbook for Guideline *** the development of the CPG,the guideline development group (GDG) played an important *** clinical questions,recommendations and therapeutic protocols were all formulated by GDG using the modified Delphi *** CPG contains ten recommendations about the use of acupuncture and moxibustion interventions for ten clinical questions,which include nine conditional recommendations for the intervention and one conditional recommendation for either the intervention or the *** CPG also provides one protocol for conventional filiform needle therapy,two therapy protocols for deep needling stimulation on lumbosacral acupoints,and four moxibustion therapy protocols,based on the protocols presented in randomized controlled trials reviewed by the GDG.

Copper(Cu)is considered to be the most effective catalyst for electrochemical conversion of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))into value-added hydrocarbons,but its stability still faces considerable ***,we report the poisoning effect of carbon deposition during CO_(2)reduction on the active sites of Cu electrodea critical deactivation factor that is often *** find that,*C,an intermediate toward methane formation,could desorb on the electrode surface to form carbon *** reveal a strong correlation between the formation of methane and the carbon deposition,and the reaction conditions favoring methane production result in more carbon *** deposited carbon blocks the active sites and consequently causes rapid deterioration of the catalytic *** further demonstrate that the carbon deposition can be mitigated by increasing the roughness of the electrode and increasing the pH of the *** work offers a new guidance for designing more stable catalysts for CO_(2)reduction.

Formamidine lead triiodide(FAPbI_(3))perovskites have become the most promising photovoltaic materials for perovskite solar cells with record power conversion efficiency(PCE).However,random nucleation,phase transition,and lattice defects are still the key challenges limiting the quality of FAPbI_(3) *** studies show that the introduction or adding of seeds in the precursor is effective to promote the nucleation and crystallization of perovskite ***,the seed-assisted approach focuses on heterogeneous seeds or hetero-composites,which inevitably induce a lattice-mismatch,the genera-tion of strain or defects,and the phase segregation in the perovskite ***,we first demonstrate that high-quality perovskite films are controllably prepared using α-and δ-phases mixed FAPbI_(3) micro-crystal as the homogeneous seeds with the one-step antisolvent *** partially dissolved seeds with suitable sizes improve the crystallinity of the perovskite flm with preferable orientation,improved carrier lifetime,and increased carrier *** importantly,the α-phase-containing seeds promote the formation of α-phase FAPbI_(3) films,leading to the reduction of residual lattice strain and the suppres-sion of I-ion ***,the adding of dimethyl 2,6-pyridine dicarboxylate(DPD)into the pre-cursor further suppresses the generation of defects,contributing to the PCE of devices prepared in air ambient being significantly improved to 23.75%,among the highest PCEs for fully air-processed FAPbI_(3) solar *** unpackaged target devices possess a high stability,maintaining 80%of the initial PCE under simulated solar illumination exceeding 800 h.

The efficient extraction of uranium, as the primary component of nuclear energy, holds significant implications. Drawing inspiration from the charge interaction observed in biological ion channels, we encapsulated negatively charged polystyrene sulfonate(PSS) or sodium polystyrene carboxylate(PVBA) into the nanochannels of amidoxime functionalized covalent organic framework(COF-ao) in-situ to alter the cavity environment of COF-ao. The synthesized COF-ao-PSS and COF-ao-PVBA are used for ultra-fast and highly selective uranium recovery. The negatively charged PSS/PVBA was confined in the COF-ao channel providing the driving force for uranium transport and blocking other ions, thus creating a highly selective “uranium highway”. Additionally, introducing sulfonate groups or carboxyl groups into COF-ao offers supplementary coordination environments and weak interactions with uranium. Due to charge-assisted migration and various interaction mechanisms, both COF-ao-PSS and COF-ao-PVBA exhibit faster adsorption kinetics and higher selectivity compared to COF-ao alone. Their adsorption capacities are 3.8 times and 2.4 times that of COF-ao alone respectively which highlights the necessity for constructing biomimetic ion channels in uranium adsorption processes. This work presents a bionic adsorbent based on covalent organic frameworks(COFs) for the first time, overcoming environmental and equipment limitations associated with traditional photocatalysis and electrocatalysis methods for uranium capture, opening up new avenues for designing multifunctional materials that mimic biological systems.

Defects engineering is an effective strategy for manipulating electromagnetic parameters and enhancing electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorption ***,the relationship between them is not clear,especially in solid solution *** this work,a series of(Cr_(1-x)V_(x))_(2)AlC MAX phase solid solutions with layered structure were prepared via tuning the ratio of Cr and V to explore their EMW absorption *** experimental results indicated that the doping of V atoms at the M-site could effectively regulate its impedance matching and EMW absorption properties by introducing appropriate numbers of defects in the crystal,such as twin boundaries,dislocations and lattice *** them,if Cr:V=3:1,Cr_(1.5)V_(0.5)AlC,as radar absorption materials,could reach a strong reflection loss of-51.8 dB at the frequency of 12.8 GHz under an ultra-thin thickness of 1.3 *** reflection loss value could attain-10 dB in a wide frequency range of 2.7-18 GHz and thickness range of 1-5 *** addition,after high temperature and acid-alkali immersion treatment,this sample still had good EMW absorption capability,and the effective absorption bandwidth was enhanced from 2.3 to 2.6 GHz after concentrated acid immersion or 3.1 GHz after concentrated alkali *** work has great reference significance for the research and development of high-performance MAX-based EMW absorption materials in harsh environments.

The placenta plays a crucial role in successful mammalian *** animals possess a semi-invasive placenta characterized by a highly vascularized structure formed by maternal endometrial caruncles and fetal placental cotyledons,essential for full-term fetal *** cow placenta harbors at least two trophoblast cell populations:uninucleate(UNC)and binucleate(BNC)***,the limited capacity to elucidate the transcriptomic dynamics of the placental natural environment has resulted in a poor understanding of both the molecular and cellular interactions between trophoblast cells and niches,and the molecular mechanisms governing trophoblast differentiation and *** fill this knowledge gap,we employed Stereo-seq to map spatial gene expression patterns at near single-cell resolution in the cow placenta at 90 and 130 days of gestation,attaining high-resolution,spatially resolved gene expression *** on clustering and cell marker gene expression analyses,key transcription factors,including YBX1 and NPAS2,were shown to regulate the heterogeneity of trophoblast cell *** communication and trajectory analysis provided a framework for understanding cell-cell interactions and the differentiation of trophoblasts into BNCs in the placental *** analysis of cell trajectories identified a set of genes involved in regulation of trophoblast ***,spatial modules and co-variant genes that help shape specific tissue structures were ***,these findings provide foundational insights into important biological pathways critical to the placental development and function in cows.

We report a new high-sensitivity HⅠmapping observation of the NGC 5055 galaxy group over an area of 1°.5×0°.75 with the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST).Our observation reveals that the warped HⅠdisk of NGC 5055 is more extended than what was previously observed by WSRT,out to239(61.7 kpc).The total HⅠmass of NGC 5055 is determined to be~1.1×10^(10)M_Θ.We identified three HⅠclouds with HⅠmasses of the order of~10^(7)M_Θat the southeastern edge of the HⅠdisk,as well as a candidate high-velocity cloud with an HⅠmass of(1.2±0.5)×10^(6)M_Θto the north of NGC *** HⅠcontent of UGCA337 is robustly detected for the first time by the FAST *** has a narrow HⅠlinewidth of W_(50)=17.4±3.8 km s^(-1)with a total HⅠmass of(3.5±0.3)×10^(6)M_Θ.Comparing the gas content and g-r color of UGCA 337 with typical low-mass dwarf galaxies,UGCA 337 appears relatively gas-poor despite its blue *** suggests that UGCA 337 may have undergone gas stripping in the *** also analyzed the possible origin of the diffuse HⅠclouds located at the outskirts of NGC 5055,and speculate that they might be the remnant features of a merger event in the past.
