Al_(2)O_(3)-and MgO-based oxides are among the most common oxides in the steelmaking *** exist as the main components of refractories,inclusions,or ***_(2)O_(3)-and MgO-based oxides interact with molten slags continuously during the steel smelting process,which may lead to the dissolution and absorption of the oxides by molten slags,or reactions between oxides and molten slags to form intermediate *** the dissolution behavior of Al_(2)O_(3)-and MgO-based oxides in molten slags is important for prolonging the service life of refractories and removing inclusions in molten ***,Al_(2)O_(3)-and MgO-based oxides are considered,and the test methods,dissolution mechanisms,and influencing factors are comprehensively introduced,which can provide a foundation for refractories wear and high-quality steel smelting.

At present, many chaos-based image encryption algorithms have proved to be unsafe, few encryption schemes permute the plain images as three-dimensional（3D） bit matrices, and thus bits cannot move to any position, the movement range of bits are limited, and based on them, in this paper we present a novel image encryption algorithm based on 3D Brownian motion and chaotic systems. The architecture of confusion and diffusion is adopted. Firstly, the plain image is converted into a 3D bit matrix and split into sub blocks. Secondly, block confusion based on 3D Brownian motion（BCB3DBM）is proposed to permute the position of the bits within the sub blocks, and the direction of particle movement is generated by logistic-tent system（LTS）. Furthermore, block confusion based on position sequence group（BCBPSG） is introduced, a four-order memristive chaotic system is utilized to give random chaotic sequences, and the chaotic sequences are sorted and a position sequence group is chosen based on the plain image, then the sub blocks are confused. The proposed confusion strategy can change the positions of the bits and modify their weights, and effectively improve the statistical performance of the algorithm. Finally, a pixel level confusion is employed to enhance the encryption effect. The initial values and parameters of chaotic systems are produced by the SHA 256 hash function of the plain image. Simulation results and security analyses illustrate that our algorithm has excellent encryption performance in terms of security and speed.

Ferrotitanium slag(FS)is a waste slag produced during the smelting of ferrotitanium alloys by thermite *** alumina content is high and can be used as alumina raw *** runner castables containing different amounts of FS were prepared and *** results show that the introduction of FS is beneficial to the sintering of the castables *** the FS concentration is 11.2 wt.%,the aggregate and matrix of the castables sample have a good combination,and the mechanical strength of the Al_(2)O_(3)–SiC–C castable reaches a maximum at room ***,excessive introduction of FS generates a large amount of anorthite phase,which reduces the mechanical strength of the Al_(2)O_(3)–SiC–C castable at room *** addition,the high-melting phase CaTiO_(3)is formed in FS,which has good mechanical ***,the cracks of FS are reduced,and the combination between phases is closer,thus significantly improving the hot modulus of rupture of the *** the FS concentration is not above 33.6 wt.%,the castables show good slag *** TiO_(2)in FS is transformed into TiC by carbothermal reaction,which is enriched at the boundary and prevents further reaction of the slag.

The experimental results show that the exchange coupling field Hex of NiFe/FeMn for Ta/NiFe/FeMn/Ta multilayers is higher than that for the spin valve multilayers Ta/NiFe/Cu/NiFe/FeMn/Ta. The composition and chemical states at the surface of Ta(12 nm)/NiFe( 7nm), Ta(12 nm)/NiFe(7 nm)/Cu(4 nm) and Ta(12 nm)/NiFe(7 nm)/Cu(3nm)/NiFe(5 nm) were studied by using x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results show that no element from the underlayers floats out or segregates to the surface for Ta(12nm)/NiFe(7nm), Ta(12nm)/NiFe(7nm)/Cu(4nm). However, Cu atoms segregate to the surface of Ta(12nm)/NiFe(7nm)/Cu(3nm)/NiFe(5nm) multilayers, I.e. To the NiFe/FeMn interface for Ta/NiFe/Cu/NiFe/FeMn/Ta multilayers. We believe that the presence of Cu atoms at the interface of NiFe/FeMn is one of the important factors which will cause the exchange coupling field Hex of Ta/NiFe/FeMn/Ta multilayers to be higher than that of Ta/NiFe/Cu/NiFe/FeMn/Ta multilayers.

Organic cation and halide anion defects are omnipresent in the perovskite films,which will destroy perovskite electronic structure and downgrade the properties of *** passivation in halide perovskites is crucial to the application of solar ***,tiny amounts of trivalent rhodium ion incorporation can help the nucleation of perovskite grain and passivate the defects in the grain boundaries,which can improve efficiency and stability of perovskite solar *** first-principle calculations,rhodium ion incorporation into the perovskite structure can induce ordered arrangement and tune *** experiment,rhodium ion incorporation with perovskite can contribute to preparing larger crystalline and uniform film,reducing trap-state density and enlarging charge carrier *** optimizing the content of 1% rhodium,the devices achieved an efficiency up to 20.71% without obvious hysteresis,from 19.09% of that pristine *** addition,the unencapsulated solar cells maintain 92% of its initial efficiency after 500 h in dry *** work highlights the advantages of trivalent rhodium ion incorporation in the characteristics of perovskite solar cells,which will promote the future industrial application.

The GaSb-based distributed Bragg reflection（DBR） diode laser with 23 rd-order gratings have been fabricated by conventional UV lithography and inductively coupled plasma（ICP） etching. The ICP etching conditions were optimized and the relationship among etching depth, duty ratio and side-mode suppression ratio（SMSR） was studied. The device with a ridge width of 100 μm, gratings period of 13 μm and etching depth of 1.55 μm as well as the duty ratio of 85% was fabricated, its maximum SMSR reached 22.52 dB with uncoated cavity facets under single longitudinal operation mode at room temperature.

A novel redox calix[4]arene derivative with 1,3-substituted large conjugated ferrocene bridge was designed and synthesized in high yield. Its structure was characterized by element analysis, IR, ESI-MS, NMR spectrum, etc. The primary study of cyclic voltammetry showed it possessed excellent reversible electrochemistry response property. 2009 Fa Fu Yang.
