Radiotherapy (RT) is a common and effective non-surgical treatment for thoracic solid tumors, and radiation-induced lung injury (RILI) is the most common side effect of radiotherapy. Even if RT is effective in the treatment of cancer patients, severe radiation pneumonitis (RP) or pulmonary fibrosis (PF) can reduce the quality of life of patients and may even lead to serious consequences of death. Therefore, how to overcome the problem of accurate prediction and early diagnosis of RT for pulmonary toxicity is very important. This review summarizes the related factors of RILI and the related biomarkers for early prediction of RILI.

Mutations or abnormal expression of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes are known to cause *** studies have shown that epigenetic modifications are key drivers of cancer development and ***,the mechanistic role of epigenetic dysregulation in the tumor microenvironment is not fully ***,we reviewed the role of epigenetic modifications of cancer cells and non-cancer cells in the tumor microenvironment and recent research advances in cancer epigenetic *** addition,we discussed the great potential of epigenetic combination therapies in the clinical treatment of ***,there are still some challenges in the field of cancer epigenetics,such as epigenetic tumor heterogeneity,epigenetic drug heterogeneity,and crosstalk between epigenetics,proteomics,metabolomics,and other omics,which may be the focus and difficulty of cancer treatment in the *** conclusion,epigenetic modifications in the tumor microenvironment are essential for future epigenetic drug development and the comprehensive treatment of *** combination therapy may be a novel strategy for the future clinical treatment of cancer.

针对车身内腔电泳膜厚不足导致生锈,而传统试错方法耗费大量成本、电泳工艺开孔缺乏科学依据等问题,提出了一种能实现车身电泳工艺孔正向设计的新方法——基于电泳仿真的区域分析法。首先基于法拉第电沉积理论,获取电泳过程中的电场、流场信息,搭建电泳电化学仿真环境,建立电泳过程数学模型;构建电泳基础试验模型及其仿真模型,通过试验和仿真结果对比以及参数迭代修正,反求得到对涂料沉积量影响较大的基本沉积参数数值;基于工程上对车身电泳关键区域的划分,确定大梁局部区域典型3层钣金结构为研究对象,构建了大梁局部区域简化结构的电泳电化学全耦合仿真模型,并验证了该模型的准确性。在此基础上,以工艺孔形状、大小为变量,以电化学分析为手段进行研究发现:开孔形状对电泳膜厚几乎无影响,而开孔面积对电泳膜厚有较大影响,分析得到膜厚衰变的数值规律,导出了大梁区域内腔电泳膜厚的安全系数。通过对加强板上双孔叠加效果的分析,进一步推导出该区域孔间距设计的安全系数。最后将量化的研究结果应用于某车大梁区域的结构更改,成功解决了该区域内腔生锈问题。

Primary malignant lymphoma of the prostate is exceedingly *** we report a case of a 65-year-old man who presented with increased urinary frequency,urinary urgency,and urinary incontinence for two *** prostatic hypertrophy was suspected at primary *** revealed a hypoechoic lesion of the *** total serum prostate-specific antigen was within normal *** emission tomography/computerized tomography(PET/CT)showed a hypermetabolic prostatic *** biopsy was consistent with a non-germinal center diffuse large B cell *** was complete remission of the prostatic lesion following six cycles of chemotherapy as shown on the second PET/CT imaging.18F-fluoro-deoxy glucose PET/CT is not only a complement to conventional imaging,but also plays a significant role in the diagnosis and evaluation of treatment response of prostatic lymphoma.

With the increasing demand for flexible piezoelectric sensor components,research on polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)based piezoelectric polymers is mounting ***,the low dipole polarization and disordered polarization direction presented in PVDF hinder further improvement of piezoelectric ***,we constructed an oriented tertiary structure,consisting of molecular chains,crystalline region,and MXene sheets,in MXene/PVDF nanocomposite via a temperature-pressure dual-field regulation *** highly oriented PVDF molecular chains form approximately 90%of theβ*** addition,the crystalline region structure with long-range orientation achieves out of plane polarization *** parallel orientation arrangement of MXene effectively enhances the piezoelectric performances of the nanocomposite,and the current output of the device increases by nearly 23 *** high output device is used to monitor exercise action,exploring the potential applications in wearable electronics.

针对医用接插头塑件外形不规则,多种形状特征需不同脱模方式的特点,设计了一模八腔的模具结构。针对塑件不同部位脱模需要设计了不同的脱模机构。结合模具布局上的需要,在型腔侧采用H3孔前模弯销滑块抽芯脱模机构、哈弗滑块同步柚芯脱模机构则完成塑件的型腔侧面脱模。在型芯侧设计了推板推块完全顶出脱模机构。将标准模架改装成六板式无顶出结构模架,依靠模板+顶出块方式,可将塑件完全顶出;并使用机械手取塑件及流道废料。模具结构新颖,为同类塑件的注塑模具设计提供了有益参考。

Background With the gradual increase of infertility in the world,among which male sperm problems are the main factor for infertility,more and more couples are using computer-assisted sperm analysis(CASA)to assist in the analysis and treatment of ***,the rapid development of deep learning(DL)has led to strong results in image classification ***,the classification of sperm images has not been well studied in current deep learning methods,and the sperm images are often affected by noise in practical CASA *** purpose of this article is to investigate the anti-noise robustness of deep learning classification methods applied on sperm *** The SVIA dataset is a publicly available large-scale sperm dataset containing three *** this work,we used subset-C,which provides more than 125,000 independent images of sperms and impurities,including 121,401 sperm images and 4,479 impurity *** investigate the anti-noise robustness of deep learning classification methods applied on sperm images,we conducted a comprehensive comparative study of sperm images using many convolutional neural network(CNN)and visual transformer(VT)deep learning methods to find the deep learning model with the most stable anti-noise *** This study proved that VT had strong robustness for the classification of tiny object(sperm and impurity)image datasets under some types of conventional noise and some adversarial *** particular,under the influence of Poisson noise,accuracy changed from 91.45%to 91.08%,impurity precison changed from 92.7%to 91.3%,impurity recall changed from 88.8%to 89.5%,and impurity F1-score changed 90.7%to 90.4%.Meanwhile,sperm precision changed from 90.9%to 90.5%,sperm recall changed from 92.5%to 93.8%,and sperm F1-score changed from 92.1%to 90.4%.Conclusion Sperm image classification may be strongly affected by noise in current deep learning methods;the robustness with regard to noise of VT methods based

AIM:To investigate the role of connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the protein profile of the aqueous humor in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR)following intravitreal injection of ***:This study included 72 PDR patients and 8 cataract patients as *** patients were divided into 3 groups according to the intervals of 3,5,and 7d between intravitreal conbercept(IVC,0.5 mg/0.05 mL)injection and pars plana vitrectomy(PPV)*** humor samples were collected before and after IVC and PPV for VEGF and CTGF levels detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The differential proteomics of 10 patients who underwent PPV surgery 5d after IVC and 8 normal controls was studied,Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)analysis were performed on the data,and the protein interaction network of 23 differential proteins was ***:Post-IVC,VEGF levels decreased and CTGF levels increased significantly in aqueous humor,with the CTGF/VEGF ratio rising significantly at all *** chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)identified differentially expressed proteins between preand post-IVC *** and KEGG analyses revealed involvement in immune response,stress response,complement and coagulation cascades,ferroptosis,and PPAR signaling *** analysis highlighted key proteins like APOA1,C3,and transferrin(TF).ELISA assay confirmed the differential expression of proteins such as HBA1,SERPINA1,COL1A1,and ACTB,with significant changes in the IVC ***:The study demonstrates that IVC effectively reduces VEGF levels while increasing CTGF levels,thereby modifying the CTGF/VEGF ratio,and IVC significantly alters the protein profile in the aqueous humor of patients with *** analysis reveals that these changes are associated with critical biological pathways and protein interactions involved in immune respons
