Tourism sectorization opportunity spectrum model and space partition of tourism urbanization area:a case of the Mayangxi ecotourism area,Fujian province,China

Nowadays, tourism has become an increasingly significant driving force of modern urbanization in China. However, it has caused varieties of problems, such as resource unreasonable utilization, society unfair play, and environment pollution, etc. Thus, the establishment of an efficient and sustainable space partition model for tourism urbanization, from the geographical perspective, is highly necessary and urgent. Herein, a new evaluation model of tourist town space, referred to as Tourism Sectorization Opportunity Spectrum(TSOS), is established on the relationships between productionliving-ecology spaces. TSOS is a kind of quantitative evaluation model involving such factors as urban living area, ecological conservation area and the tourism industry. Furthermore, the analysis of quantitative production-living-ecology spatial overlap has been utilized for space division in a tourism urbanization area. This paper, using both the TSOS model and GIS technology, analyzes the spatial restructure of the Mayangxi ecotourism area. Theresult demonstrates that tourism industrial space takes the Shanchong Village as a core which shows a pattern of local regional agglomeration and a fuzzy edge extending along the entire Mayangxi River. The urban living area should be consolidated in the Shili village with the supporting facilities and living space for tourism. In addition, Tianzhu Mountain forest park should be the key environmental protection area. The case study on the Mayangxi ecotourism area verifies that the TSOS model has strong operability. Therefore, TSOS model provides a scientific foundation for the space reconstruction of new urbanization area, and an effective tool for optimizing the space partition of a tourism urbanization area.

Mechanism of field-like torque in spin-orbit torque switching of perpendicular magnetic tunnel junction

The current-induced spin-orbit torque(SOT) is one of the most promising ways for high speed and low power spintronics devices. However, the mechanism of SOT driven magnetization reversal, especially the role of the field-like torque(FLT), is still unclear. Here, we report the observed promotion and suppression of switching by FLT, which depends on the relative direction of FLT and spin polarization. Our results reveal that the FLT could modulate the switching speed and power consumption by affecting the work done by the damping-like torque, and leads two different reversal dynamical paths during the ***, the origin of incubation time in SOT induced switching is clarified simultaneously.

Magnetic droplets,a class of highly nonlinear magnetodynamic solitons,can be nucleated and stabilized in nanocontact spintorque *** we experimentally demonstrate magnetic droplets in magnetic tunnel junctions(MTJs).The droplet nucleation is accompanied by power enhancement compared with its ferromagnetic resonance *** nucleation and stabilization of droplets are ascribed to the double-Co Fe B free-layer structure in the all-perpendicular MTJ,which provides a low Zhang-Li torque and a high pinning *** results enable better electrical sensitivity in fundamental studies of droplets and show that the droplets can be utilized in MTJ-based applications and materials science.

Implementation of 16 Boolean logic operations based on one basic cell of spin-transfer-torque magnetic random access memory

In-memory computing(IMC)systems based on emerging nonvolatile memories(NVMs)provide a thorough solution for memory wall issues and von Neumann bottlenecks. Massive IMC schemes have been proposed by utilizing ingenious structures and additional auxiliary components. However, these schemes are not compatible with the basic cell(one memory unit and one transistor)of emerging random-access memory(RAM), which goes against low-power and high-density requirements. In this paper, we propose a logic implementation scheme based on one magnetic tunnel junction and one transistor(1MTJ-1T), which is the basic cell of spin-transfer-torque magnetic RAM(STT-MRAM). With no other assistance, complete 16 logic operations can be accomplished in two steps with their logic outputs in-situ stored in the MTJ. The area(0.2 μm2)and energy consumption per logic operation(1.1–2.6 pJ)of the logic gates under 14 nm process node are evaluated using SPICE simulations, indicating its excellent performance. Our work exhibits a 1MTJ-1Tbased logic operation implementation, which can bridge the gap between STT-MRAM and high-performance IMC applications.

为了充分利用产品评价数据中的信息并结合专家经验选出客观合理的产品方案,将犹豫模糊集理论应用于工业产品评价数据处理,提出一种机器自主决策方法和两种人机联合决策方法。机器自主决策方法通过建立产品评价数据犹豫模糊决策矩阵,使用TOPSIS框架进行方案排序实现了无人参与的自动化决策;按照决策者是否参与隶属度打分,提出两种情况下的人机联合决策方法,构建了人机联合犹豫模糊决策矩阵,实现了人机协同决策。以宝信带钢产品的性能评估与选择为案例,验证了所提方法的实用性。

Non-negative matrix factorization(NMF) has been widely used in hyperspectral unmixing. However, due to the non-convexity and noise interference of traditional non-negative matrix models, models often fall into local optima and fail to solve mixing problems. To address these issues, a maximum correntropy-based kurtosis regularization constrained nonnegative matrix factorization(MCKNMF) algorithm was proposed. Firstly, combining the features of hyperspectral images and introducing kurtosis regularization can improve the efficiency of feature extraction in the endmembers matrix. Secondly, the NMF model based on the maximum correntropy function is adopted and the maximum correntropy function has good robustness in suppressing outliers and noise interference. The effectiveness of the MCKNMF was verified by comparing it with other classic algorithms in synthetic and real hyperspectral unmixing datasets.

近几十年,二次锂电池作为重要的储能装置得到迅猛发展,而开发高性能的锂电池电极材料一直是电化学能源领域的研究热点之一。与传统无机正极材料相比,聚合物正极材料具有比容量高、柔软性好、廉价易得、环境友好、加工方便、可设计性强等诸多优点。本文综述了导电聚合物、共轭羰基聚合物以及含硫聚合物正极材料的结构特点、电极反应机理、电化学性能和近五年来的重大研究进展,总结了这三类聚合物电极材料的优缺点,并重点介绍了含硫聚合物电极材料中存在的问题及改进手段,最后提出了综合这三类聚合物优点的含硫共轭导电聚合物将会是该领域的研究方向。

Optimizing Fine-Tuning in Quantized Language Models:An In-Depth Analysis of Key Variables

Large-scale Language Models(LLMs)have achieved significant breakthroughs in Natural Language Processing(NLP),driven by the pre-training and fine-tuning *** this approach allows models to specialize in specific tasks with reduced training costs,the substantial memory requirements during fine-tuning present a barrier to broader ***-Efficient Fine-Tuning(PEFT)techniques,such as Low-Rank Adaptation(LoRA),and parameter quantization methods have emerged as solutions to address these challenges by optimizing memory usage and computational *** these,QLoRA,which combines PEFT and quantization,has demonstrated notable success in reducing memory footprints during fine-tuning,prompting the development of various QLoRA *** these advancements,the quantitative impact of key variables on the fine-tuning performance of quantized LLMs remains *** study presents a comprehensive analysis of these key variables,focusing on their influence across different layer types and depths within LLM *** investigation uncovers several critical findings:(1)Larger layers,such as MLP layers,can maintain performance despite reductions in adapter rank,while smaller layers,like self-attention layers,aremore sensitive to such changes;(2)The effectiveness of balancing factors depends more on specific values rather than layer type or depth;(3)In quantization-aware fine-tuning,larger layers can effectively utilize smaller adapters,whereas smaller layers struggle to do *** insights suggest that layer type is a more significant determinant of fine-tuning success than layer depth when optimizing quantized ***,for the same discount of trainable parameters,reducing the trainable parameters in a larger layer is more effective in preserving fine-tuning accuracy than in a smaller *** study provides valuable guidance for more efficient fine-tuning strategies and opens avenues for further research into optimizing LLM

旅游业发展与城市发展之间存在显著的互动关系,为相关研究领域的热点。以北京市为例,构建了旅游业与城市发展评价指标体系,研究了1995-2011年间北京市旅游业与城市发展之间的协调关系。结果表明:①北京市旅游业与城市发展协调度呈持续上升趋势,1995-1997年为失调阶段,1998-2004年为协调阶段,2005-2011年为优质协调阶段;②北京市旅游业和城市发展水平总体呈大幅提高趋势,两者的综合评价水平曲线交错上升,差距逐步缩小,并不断趋向于有序化转化的良性协调发展阶段;③根据协调度类型划分可知,2001年前为城市发展滞后型,2001年后为旅游业发展滞后型。据此提出北京市旅游业与城市协调发展的建议:①完善基础设施建设,促进城市与旅游业共同发展;②推动城郊旅游发展及旧城改造,完善城市空间结构;③发挥旅游产业链作用,促进经济社会持续较快发展。
