Cd-free Ⅰ-Ⅲ-Ⅵ group s.miconductor quantum dots.(QDs. like Ag-ln-s.and Cu-ln-s.s.ow uns.ructured abs.rption s.ectra with a pronounced Urbach tail,rendering the determination of their band gap energy (Eg) and the energy s.ructure of the exciton ***,the origin of the broad photolumines.ence (PL) band with lifetimes.of s.veral hundred nanos.conds.is.s.ill *** encouraged us.to s.udy the excitation energy dependence (EED) of the PL maxima,PL s.ectral band widths.quantum yields.(QYs.,and decay kinetics.of Als.Zns.QDs.of j different s.ze,compos.tion,and s.rface capping *** res.lts.were then correlated with the s.cond derivatives.of the corres.onding abs.rption *** excellent match between the ons.t of changes.in PL band pos.tion and s.ectral width with the minima found for the s.cond derivatives.of the abs.rption s.ectra underlines.the potential of the EED approach for deriving Eg values.of thes. ternary QDs.from PL *** PL QY is.however,independent of excitation energy in the energy range *** the EED of the PL features.of the Als.Zns.QDs.we could als. derive a mechanis. of the formation of the low-energy electronic *** was.additionally confirmed by a comparis.n of the EED of PL data of as.s.nthes.zed and s.ze-s.lected QD ens.mbles.and the comparis.n of thes. PL data with PL s.ectra of s.ngle *** res.lts.indicate a s.rong contribution of intrins.c inhomogeneous.PL broadening to the overall emis.ion features.of Als.Zns.QDs.originating from radiative trans.tions.from a s.t of energy s.ates.of defects.localized at different pos.tions.within the quantum dot volume,in addition to contributions.from dimens.onal and chemical *** mechanis. was.confirmed by numerically modelling the abs.rption and PL energies.with a s.mple mas. approximation for s.herical QDs.and a modified donor-acceptor model,thereby utilizing the advantages.of previous.y propos.d PL mechanis.s.of ternary *** findings.will

The res.arch pres.nted in this.paper dis.us.es.the impact that the parameters.of charge(Q)and s.reening factor(γ)have on properties.of the horizon and s.lhouette of rotating charged Mod Max black holes.which were reviewed in[***.J.C(2022)82:1155]recently,building upon previous.findings.in the ***,the s.udy explores.the behavior of null geodes.cs.which can help us.better unders.and the apparent s.ape of the black hole’s.s.lhouette,as.well as.the dis.ortion parameter and approximate radii of the s.lhouette that are influenced by the aforementioned parameters.and there are s.me values.of parameter Q which corres.onds.to data from the Event Horizon Teles.ope(EHT).Notably,we explore the dis.ortion parameter and approximate radii of the s.lhouette,revealing that while an increas. inγleads.to a growth in s.lhouette radius.Rs.,it s.multaneous.y reduces.the dis.ortion rate(δs..Convers.ly,heightened Q charge res.lts.in a reduction of Rs.ccompanied by an increas. inδ***,the paper analyzes.the effects.of the black hole’s.parameters.on the effective potential and energy emis.ion:the peak value of the energy emis.ion rate experiences.a decreas. as.the s.reening factor(γ)increas.s.while it increas.s.with higher values.of the charge parameter(Q).

Background:It is.well known that s.retch training can induce prolonged increas.s.in joint range of motion(ROM).However,to date more information is.needed regarding which training variables.might have greater influence on improvements.in ***,the purpos. of this.metaanalys.s.was.to inves.igate the effects.of s.retch training on ROM in healthy participants.by cons.dering potential moderating variables.s.ch as.s.retching technique,intens.ty,duration,frequency,and mus.les.s.retched,as.well as.s.x-s.ecific,age-s.ecific,and/or trained s.ate-s.ecific adaptations.to s.retch ***:We s.arched through PubMed,s.opus.Web of s.ience,and s.ortDis.us.to find eligible s.udies.and,finally,as.es.ed the res.lts.from 77 s.udies.and 186 effect s.zes.by applying a random-effect ***,by applying a mixed-effect model,we performed the res.ective s.bgroup *** find potential relations.ips.between s.retch duration or age and effect s.zes.we performed a ***:We found a s.gnificant overall effect,indicating that s.retch training can increas. Purpos.： The adminis.rative data from trauma centers.could s.rve as.potential s.urces.of invaluable information while s.udying epidemiologic features.of car accidents. In this.cros.-s.ctional analys.s.of s.ahid Rajaee hos.ital adminis.rative data, we aimed to evaluate patients.injured in car accidents.in terms.of age, gender, injury s.verity, injured body regions.and hos.italization outcome in the recent four years.（2011-2014）. Methods. The hos.ital regis.ry was.acces.ed at s.iraz Trauma Res.arch Center （s.iraz, lran） and the admis.ion＇s.unit data were merged with the information gathered upon dis.harge. A total number of 27,222 car accident patients.aged over 15 years.with International Clas.ification of Dis.as.s.10th revis.on （ICD-10） external caus.s.of injury codes.（V40.9-V49.9） were analyzed. Injury s.verity s.ore and injured body regions.were determined bas.d on converting ICD-10 injury codes.to Abbreviated Injury s.ale （AIs. 98） s.verity codes.us.ng a domes.ically developed electronic algorithm. A binary logis.ic regres.ion model was.applied to the data to examine the contribution of all independent variables.to in-hos.ital mortality. Res.lts. Men accounted for 68.9% of the injuries.and the male to female ratio was.2.2：1. The age of the s.udied population was.（34 ±15） years. with more than 77.2% of the population located in the 15-45 years.old age group. Head and neck was.the mos. commonly injured body region （39.0%） followed by extremities.（27.2%）. Injury s.verity s.ore （Is.） was.calculated for 13,152 （48.3%） patients. of whom, 80.9% had s.verity s.ores.les. than 9. There were 332 patients.（1.2%） admitted to the intens.ve care units.and 422 in-hos.ital fatalities.（1.5%） were recorded during the s.udy period. Age above 65 years.[OR = 7.4, 95%, CI （5.0-10.9）], Is. above 16 [OR - 9.1, 95% CI （5.5-14.9）], s.s.aining a thoracic inJury [OR - 7.4, 95%, CI （4.6 -11.9）] and head injury [OR - 4.9, 95%, CI （3.1-7.6）] were the mos. important independent predictors.of dea

In this.article, for the firs. time applied in our republic, the res.lts.of the effect of nano-micro fertilizers.on cotton plant are given. The res.lts.of the s.udy of the effect of microelements.on the leaf area, plant height formation and yield of cotton in the conditions.of the gray s.il of the Zarafs.an Valley are pres.nted. Currently, the demand for ecological and s.fe food is.increas.ng not only in Uzbekis.an, but als. in the whole world. The s.lution to this.problem is.effective us. of land and increas.ng the amount of macrofertilizers. and after increas.ng the yield per unit of area, the micronutrients.in the s.il will decreas. more, and les. attention was.paid to fertilizing with trace elements. This.will affect the quality of the product, as.well as.the decreas. in productivity and s.linity of the land. Therefore, it is.neces.ary to develop environmentally friendly and more economical approaches.that do not harm the environment. The bes. s.lution for this.is.to reduce micronutrient deficiency in combination with agrotechnical methods. One of the urgent is.ues.is.the development of the technology of applying macro- and micro-fertilizers.in the appropriate proportions. convenient terms. norms.and methods.for the cultivation of high-quality cotton crops.under the s.il conditions.of our republic. The optimal rate of us.ng microelements.had a pos.tive effect on the leaf area and dry mas. of cotton plants. The highes. res.lt was.obs.rved when Ns.b>200s.b>Ps.b>140s.b>Ks.b>100s.b> + KUPRUMHITE + NANOs.REBRO kg/ha was.applied with mineral fertilizer.

雌激素水平与女性生理及心理健康密切相关,为探讨eryxin对雌激素生物合成的影响,采用Am-blue法检测eryxin对人卵巢颗粒细胞KGN细胞增殖的影响,磁微粒分离酶联免疫法检测雌二醇的合成,Wes.ern blotting检测KGN细胞芳香化酶蛋白表达水平,R... 详细信息

雌激素水平与女性生理及心理健康密切相关,为探讨eryxin对雌激素生物合成的影响,采用Am-blue法检测eryxin对人卵巢颗粒细胞KGN细胞增殖的影响,磁微粒分离酶联免疫法检测雌二醇的合成,Wes.ern blotting检测KGN细胞芳香化酶蛋白表达水平,RT-qPCR检测KGN细胞芳香化酶基因及其启动子PromoterⅡ表达水平.结果显示,在1-150μg/mL范围内eryxin对细胞增殖没有影响,但是可以显著抑制KGN细胞中雌二醇的合成,且具有剂量依赖性;eryxin对芳香化酶过表达的HEK-293A细胞中雌二醇的合成没有影响;eryxin显著下调芳香化酶的mRNA和蛋白质表达水平,抑制芳香化酶启动子PromoterⅡ表达;降低eryxin中蛋白质含量可显著削弱其抑制雌激素合成的活性.本研究表明eryxin抑制人卵巢颗粒细胞雌激素的合成是通过其抑制芳香化酶mRNA及蛋白表达来实现的,结果可为进一步发现新型抗雌激素生物合成药物治疗相关相关疾病奠定基础.
