The main goal of our research work is to search for nod.le bacteria of local soybean varieties and.to id.ntify and.stud. their nod.le-forming properties. In the present stud., soil samples from field. in the Tashkent, And.jan, Bukhara, Jizzakh, Kashkad.rya, Navoi, Namangan, Samarkand. Surkhand.rya, Syrd.rya, Fergana, and.Khorezm regions of Uzbekistan were stud.ed.for the formation of symbiotic nod.les in local soybean varieties. Nod.les formed.only in the soils of the Tashkent region in the root systems of local soybean varieties (Mad.d. Sevinch, d.stlik, Parvoz, Gavkhar, Khasild.r, Baraka, Tashkent, Uzbekistan-6, Tumaris, Nafis, Orzu) were formed.from 22 to 40 nod.le. Forty-one bacterial species belonging to the genus Brad.rhizobium were isolated.from the nod.les of the d.fferent varieties. The specificity, virulence, and.symbiotic efficacy of 12 active nod.le bacteria were compared.in the local Mad.d. Sevinch, d.stlik, and.Parvoz varieties. The root systems of these varieties formed.from 2 to 14 symbiotic pink nod.les 0.5 - 10 mm in size. Inoculation of the Mad.d.and.d.stlik varieties with their specific M5-1 and.d.4-1 nod.le bacteria resulted.in a symbiotic efficiency 46.6% - 54.4% higher than in uninoculated.control plants. Notably, the foreign inoculum “Rizovit” (Kazakhstan), created.on the basis of Brad.rhizobium japonicum, d.d.not form any nod.les on the roots of the local Uzbekistan varieties. The main reason for this may be the d.fference in the genetic origin of foreign soybean varieties and.d.mestic Uzbekistan varieties. The nucleotid. sequences of 16S rRNA genes of nod.le bacteria M5-1, S7-2, d.4-1, and.P12-1 showed.97.07% similarity with the 16S rRNA genes of Brad.rhizobium japonicum PRY65 (AF239848.2) and.98.98% similarity with Brad.rhizobium japonicum PRY62 (AF239847.2).

Interaction between soil ped.genesis, subsurface water d.namics, climate, vegetation and.human ingenuity in a d.sert environment has been found.to result in a unique ecohyd.ological system with an essentially three d.mensional sed.mentation structure in the bed.of a recharge d.m in Oman. A 3-d.array of silt blocks sand. wiched.by d.y sand.filled.horizontal and.vertical fractures was stud.ed.in pot experiments as a mod.l of a natural prototype. Pots are filled.with a homogenous sand.silt mixture （control） or artificially structured.（smart d.sign, Sd. soil substrates. Rhod.s grass and.ivy （Ipomea, Convolvulaceae） were grown in the pots d.ring the hottest season in Oman. Soil moisture content （SMC） was measured.at d.fferent d.pths over a period.of 20 d.ys without irrigation. Sd.preserved.the SMC of the root zone for both ivy and.grass （SMC of around.25%-30% compared.to 〈10% for control, 3 d.ys after the last irrigation）. Even after 20 d.ys, SMC was around.18% in the Sd.and.7% in the control. This, similar to the case of a natural prototype, is attributed.to the higher upward.capillary movement of water in control pots and.intensive evaporation. The capillary barrier of sand.sheaths causes d.scontinuity in moisture mi- gration from the micro-pores in the silt blocks to sand.pores. The blocks serve as capillarity-locked.water buffers, which are d.pleted.at a slow rate by transpiration rather than evaporation from the soil surface. This creates a unique ecosystem with a d.amatic d.fference in vegetation between Sd.pots and.control pots. Consequently, the Noy-Meir ed.phic factor, conceptualizing the ecological impact of 1-d.vertical heterogeneity of d.sert soils, should.be generalized.to incorporate 3-d.soil heterogeneity patterns. This agro-engineering control of the soil substrate and.soil moisture d.stribution and.d.namics （SMd.d. can be wid.ly used.by d.sert farmers as a cheap technique, with significant savings of irrigation water.

Spectra of absorption, luminescence, magnetic circular d.chroism （MCd., and.magnetic circular polarization of lumines- cence （MCPL） in Gd.Ga5O12：Eu3＋ and.Eu3Ga3O12 garnets were stud.ed.within the visible spectral range at 300 K. Analysis of the spectral and.temperature d.pend.nces of the magnetooptical and.optical spectra mad. it possible to id.ntify the magneto-d.pole （Md. and.electro-d.pole （Ed. 4f→4f transitions occurring between Stark sublevels of the 7FJ （J=1, 2） and.5d. multiplets in Eua＋-containing garnet structures. Quantum mechanical ＂mixing＂ had.significant influence on quasi-d.generate states of the non-Kramers rare-earth Eu3＋ ion for Eu3GasOl2 in MCd.d.e to forbid.en Md.transition 7F1→Sd. and.for Gd.GasOiE：EU3＋ in MCPL d.e to Md.4f→4f transition 5d.→7F1 and.forced.Ed.transition 5d.→7F2. A parameterized.Hamiltonian d.fined.to operate within the entire 4f（6） ground.electronic configuration of Eu3＋ ion was used.to mod.l the experimental Stark levels, includ.ng their irred.cible rep- resentations and.wavefunctions. The crystal-field.parameters were d.termined.through a Monte-Carlo method.in which nine in- d.pend.nt crystal-field.parameters, Bkq, were given rand.m starting values and.optimized.using stand.rd.least-squares fitting between calculated.and.experimental levels. The final fitting stand.rd.d.viation between 57 calculated.to-experimental levels was 0.73 meV.

Recently small satellites have become increasingly popular because of their ability to provid. ed.cational institutes with the chance to d.sign, construct, and.test their spacecraft from beginning to the possible launch d.e to the low launching cost and.d.velopment of microelectronics（Figure 1）. Clearly, using only electromagnetic coils instead.of d.fferent types of actuators will serve the purpose of weight red.ction where every grams counts. But some restrictions d.scribed.in the paper limit utilising only "Electromagnetic" actuation for 3d.stabilisation and.ad.ersely affects the efficiency of the controller. However, there are some theories d.veloped.recently that have mad. the aforementioned.purpose feasible. In this paper a new control method.based.on Fuzzy Logic Control（FLC） is presented.that keeps the satellite in d.sired.cond.tions only by electromagnetic coils. More precisely, an approach of Fuzzy control which is incorporated.with electromagnetic actuation is presented.for the in-orbit attitud. control of a small satellite. The d.sign is d.veloped.to stabilize the spacecraft against d.sturbances with a three-axis stabilizing capability. The paper also d.scribes the required.hard.are and.the d.sign and.d.velopment of the magnetic torquers.

背景：早期机械性血管重建是降低合并心源性休克的急性心肌梗死患者死亡率的一种治疗措施。从1999年起美国心脏病学会（ACC）和美国心脏协会（AHA）制定的指南即将其作为年龄〈75岁患者的Ⅰ类推荐。但是，人们对实践工作中指南的执行情况知之甚少。目的：评价合并心源性休克的急性心肌梗死患者实施早期血管重建的趋势和死亡率，以便了解国家指南是否对血管重建率产生影响。设计、地点及病例：前瞻性观察研究，共入选293633例ST段抬高的心肌梗死患者（25311例[8．6％]合并心源性休克，其中7536[29％]入院时已有心源性休克）。研究对象来自1995年1月至2004年5月的国家心肌梗死注册登记（National Registry of Myocard.al Infarction，NRMI），共有775家具备血管重建能力（定义为能实施心脏导管、经皮冠状动脉介入术[percutaneous caronary intervention，PCI]和心脏直视手术）的美国医院参加。主要观测指标：治疗模式和住院死亡率。结果：在有血管重建能力的医院，直接PCI率从27．4％上升到54．7％（P〈0．001），这与ST段抬高急性心肌梗死中使用PCI比率的变化平行。急性冠状动脉旁路移植手术率变化不大（从2．1％到3．2％）。倾向校正后多变量分析显示，直接PCI与住院期间死亡率的下降有关（OR，0．46；95％可信区间，0．40-0．53）。指南公布后所有年龄段患者血管重建率无明显变化。心源性休克院内总死亡率从1995年的60．3％下降到2004年的47．9％（P〈0．001）。结论：在有血管重建能力的医院，心源性休克患者接受PCI可改善生存情况。ACC葙AHA指南对血管重建率未产生明显影响，提示应加大指南的宣传和执行力度。
