Thin-film of Mn-doped iron disulfide(FeS2) has been prepared using the thermal evaporation method. This work reports the Hall measurements, temperature and light intensity-dependent photoconductivity, electrical transport mechanism, and photodetection properties of Mn-doped FeS2thin film. The transient photoconductivity measurements of p-type Mn-doped FeS2thin film show a consistent dependence upon temperature and light *** transport mechanism was illustrated using different models. In region-Ⅰ(303–393 k) deposited film followed the thermally activated transport mechanism. Nearest neighbour hopping(NNH) transport mechanism was followed by region-Ⅱ(274–293 k), and Mott’s variable range hopping(VRH) mechanism was dominant in region Ⅲ(108–273 k). The fabricated device resulted in higher photoconductivity due to collecting charge carriers through electrodes under light illumination. The results also revealed that Mn-doped thin film possessed good photoresponsivity(～19 m A/W) as well as photo-detectivity(～3.4 × 1012Jones) due to the occupation of localized states formed by Mn-doping. Light intensity-dependent photodetection properties suggested the potential for real-time photodetection applications.

Background:With the development of rapid and cheap sequencing techniques,the cost of whole-genome sequencing(WGS)has dropped ***,the complexity of the human genome is not limited to the pure sequenceand additional experiments are required to learn the human genome's influence on complex *** of the most exciting aspects for scientists nowadays is the spatial organisation of the genome,which can be discovered using spatial experiments(e.g.,Hi-C,ChIA-PET).The information about the spatial contacts helps in the analysis and brings new insights into our understanding of the disease ***:We have used an ensemble of deep learning with classical machine learning *** deep learning network we used was DNABERT,which utilises the BERT language model(based on transformers)for the genomic *** classical machine learning models included support vector machines(SVMs),random forests(RFs),and k-nearest neighbor(kNN).The whole approach was wrapped together as deep hybrid learning(DHL).Results:We found that the DNABERT can be used to predict the ChIA-PET experiments with high ***,the DHL approach has increased the metrics on CTCF and RNAPII ***:DHL approach should be taken into consideration for the models utilising the power of deep *** straightforward in the concept,it can improve the results significantly.

A review on palaeogeographic implications and temporal variation in glaucony composition

This study presents a review on palaeogeographic implications and temporal variations of giaucony coveringboth modern and ancient records. Phanerozoic giaucony preferably forms in a shelf depositional setting. Deep marine conditions and low seawater temperature discourage formation of glaucony. Around 75% of glaucony is recorded from the Cretaceous to the Holo- eene sediments, which are related to the abundance of the most common substrates, faecal pellets and bioclasts. TFe203 （total）, A1203, k20 and MgO contents of glaucony vary appreciably through geological time. IMhile TFe203 content of most Mesozoic and Cenozoic giaucony ex- ceeds 20%, it is always less than 20% in Precambrian varieties. High k20, A1203, MgO and low TFe203 distinguish the Precambrian glaucony from its Phanerozoic counterpart. Precambrian glaucony, preferably formed within a k-feldspar substrate, is always rich in potassium irre- spective of its degree of evolution, while high k-content in Phanerozoic evolved glaucony in- dicates significant stratigraphic condensation. k20 iJs. TFe203 relationship of glaucony exhibits three different evolutionary trends corresponding to three common modes of origin. Depositional conditions may influence the composition of glaucony as slightly reducing conditions favour Fe enrichment, whereas oxidising conditions cause Fe depletion in giaucony.

The sustainability of prevailing maize-fallow system in rainfed ecosystems of the Eastern Himalayan region(EHR)of India is often questioned due to poor economic return and negative impact on soil ***,the six cropping systems,maize-fallow(M-F),maize t cowpea-rapeseed(M t C-Rs),maize t cowpea-buckwheat(M t C-Bw),maize t cowpea-barley(M t CeB),maize t cowpea-garden pea(M t C-GP)and maize t cowpeaerajmash(M t C-R)in the main plot and three soil moisture conservation measures,no-mulch(NM),maize stover mulch(MSM)and maize stover t weed biomass mulch(MSM t WBM)in sub-plot were evaluated for four consecutive years(2014-18)at a Research Farm in fixed plot *** indicated that cowpea co-culture with maize and inclusion of winter crop increased maize yield by 6.2e23.5%over *** the systems,the M t C-GP recorded the highest crop *** residual effect of MSM t WBM increased maize grain yield by 19.1%over *** of maize t cowpea-winter crops significantly improved the available N(3.2e12.9%),P(3.6 e12.7%),k(1.9e26.3%),organic carbon(9.2e16.8%),microbial biomass carbon-MBC(15.2e43.9%)and dehydrogenases-DHA(17.2e42.3%)in soil at 0e15 cm depth as compared to *** M t C-GP also recorded maximum net return(US$2460 ha1),benefit:cost(B:C)ratio(2.86)and energy use efficiency(7.9%).The MSM t WBM recorded higher net return(US$1680 ha1)and B:C ratio(2.46)over ***,cowpea t maize-garden pea(M t C-GP)along with the application of MSM t WBM is a sustainable production practice to intensify the organically managed maize-fallow system in rainfed regions of the EHR of India and other similar ecosystems.

The structural,electronic,and magnetic properties of the Nd-doped Rare earth aluminate,La1-xNdxAlO3（x = 0%to 100%） alloys are studied using the full potential linearized augmented plane wave（FP-LAPW） method within the density functional *** effects of the Nd substitution in La AlO3 are studied using the supercell *** computed electronic structure with the modified Becke–Johnson（m BJ） potential based approximation indicates that the La1-xNdxAlO3 alloys may possess half-metallic（HM） behaviors when doped with Nd of a finite density of states at the Fermi level（EF）.The direct and indirect band gaps are studied each as a function of x which is the concentration of Nddoped La *** calculated magnetic moments in the La1-xNdxAlO3 alloys are found to arise mainly from the Nd-4f state.A probable half-metallic nature is suggested for each of these systems with supportive integral magnetic moments and highly spin-polarized electronic structures in these doped systems at *** observed decrease of the band gap with the increase in the concentration of Nd doping in La AlO3 is a suitable technique for harnessing useful spintronic and magnetic devices.

Coupled paleomagnetic and geochronologic data derived from mafic dykes provide valuable records of continental *** reconstruct the Proterozoic paleogeographic history of Peninsular India,we report paleomagnetic directions and U-Pb zircon ages from twenty-nine mafic dykes in the Eastern Dharwar Craton near *** analysis yielded clusters of directional data that correspond to dyke swarms at 2.37 Ga,2.22 Ga,2.08 Ga,1.89-1.86 Ga,1.79 Ga,and a previously undated dual polarity *** report new positive baked contact tests for the 2.08 Ga swarm and the 1.89-1.86 Ga swarm(s),and a new inverse baked contact test for the 2.08 Ga *** results promote the 2.08 Ga Dharwar Craton paleomagnetic pole(43.1°N,184.5°E;A95=4.3°)to a reliability score of R=7 and suggest a position for the Dharwar Craton at 1.79 Ga based on a virtual geomagnetic pole(VGP)at 33.0°N,347.5°E(a95=16.9°,k=221,N=2).The new VGP for the Dharwar Craton provides support for the union of the Dharwar,Singhbhum,and Bastar Cratons in the Southern India Block by at least 1.79 *** new and published northeast-southwest moderate-steep dual polarity directions from Dharwar Craton dykes define a new paleomagnetic pole at 20.6°N,233.1°E(A95=9.2°,N=18;R=5).Two dykes from this group yielded 1.05-1.01 Ga 207Pb/206Pb zircon ages and this range is taken as the age of the new paleomagnetic pole.A comparison of the previously published poles with our new 1.05-1.01 Ga pole shows India shifting from equatorial to higher(southerly)latitudes from 1.08 Ga to 1.01 Ga as a component of Rodinia.

3D Reconstruction for Motion Blurred Images Using Deep Learning-Based Intelligent Systems

The 3D reconstruction using deep learning-based intelligent systems can provide great help for measuring an individual’s height and shape quickly and accurately through 2D motion-blurred ***,during the acquisition of images in real-time,motion blur,caused by camera shaking or human motion,*** learning-based intelligent control applied in vision can help us solve the *** this end,we propose a 3D reconstruction method for motion-blurred images using deep ***,we develop a BF-WGAN algorithm that combines the bilateral filtering(BF)denoising theory with a Wasserstein generative adversarial network(WGAN)to remove motion *** bilateral filter denoising algorithm is used to remove the noise and to retain the details of the blurred ***,the blurred image and the corresponding sharp image are input into the *** algorithm distinguishes the motion-blurred image from the corresponding sharp image according to the WGAN loss and perceptual loss ***,we use the deblurred images generated by the BFWGAN algorithm for 3D *** propose a threshold optimization random sample consensus(TO-RANSAC)algorithm that can remove the wrong relationship between two views in the 3D reconstructed model relatively *** with the traditional RANSAC algorithm,the TO-RANSAC algorithm can adjust the threshold adaptively,which improves the accuracy of the 3D reconstruction *** experimental results show that our BF-WGAN algorithm has a better deblurring effect and higher efficiency than do other representative *** addition,the TO-RANSAC algorithm yields a calculation accuracy considerably higher than that of the traditional RANSAC algorithm.
