Cancer is considered one of the most lethal diseases responsible for causing deaths *** there have been many breakthroughs in anticancer development,cancer remains the major cause of death *** this regard,targeting cancer-causing enzymes is one of the efficient therapeutic *** functions like cell cycle,transcription,metabolism,apoptosis,and other depend primarily on cyclin-dependent kinases(CDKs).These enzymes help in the replication of DNA in the normal cell cycle process,and deregulation in the functioning of any CDK can cause abnormal cell growth,which leads to *** review is focused on anticancer drug discovery against cell cycle CDK enzyme using an in silico technique,i.e.,molecular docking *** docking helps in deciphering the key interactions formed within the inhibitor and the respective *** concise study provides an overview of the most current in silico research advancements made in the field of anticancer drug *** findings presented in the current review article can help in understanding the nature of inhibitor-target interactions and provide information on the structural and molecular prerequisites for the inhibition of cell cycle CDKs.

Although fly-ash as a partial replacement for cement has been utilized for many years,its use has been almost exclusively used in low volume percentages such as 10%or 20%cement *** paper looks at high volume percentage replacements from 40%to 70%.A mini-mix study revealed that 50%and 60%cement replacement percentages were the best candidates for full scale *** environmental benefits included a 25%reduction in smog,human health,and fossil fuel reduction compared to the same element built with 100%Portland cement *** economic benefits included a 15%capital cost reduction and a 20%life-cycle cost reduction when compared with a 100%Portland cement *** scale testing included a complete mix design in addition to the construction of four concrete infrastructure *** products built included an alley panel and curb and gutter sections in the City and county of Denver,a precast manhole and lid,and a twin tee prestressed *** cement products are just one of many materials used in the construction of the built environment,its production has a large impact on the *** the embodied energy of multiple types of construction materials will have a significant effect on sustainable urban *** recycling of waste material,such as fly ash in concrete,back into the built environment can help reduce materials on the input side and pollution on the output side of the bulk material flow of an urban city.

NiCo2O4 nanosheets with sheaf-like nanostructure morphologies have been synthesized by a facile one-step hydrothermal reaction followed by annealing treatment. Impressively, the NiCo2O4 nanosheets exhibit rapid detection of eugenol. The linear range of detection is from 1-500μM, and the limit of detection is 5.4 μM. The NiCo2O4 modified electrode demonstrated high sensitivity, good repeatability and reproducibility, and long-term stability （7% decrease in response over 30 days）. Based on this work, an electrochemical reaction mechanism for eugenol oxidation was proposed, and in addition, the NiCo2O4 modified electrode was successfully employed for the analysis of eugenol in medicative balm samples. Recovery values for eugenol in medicative balm samples were in the range 98.7%-105.5%.

This study was conducted to identify the number and density of active licensed acupuncturists(LAcs),as well as the number of accredited schools in acupuncture and Oriental medicine(AOM),as of January 1,2023,in the United States(U.S.).The number of active LAcs as of January 1,2023 was 34,524,potentially33,364 after removing license duplication in multiple states,among which the largest three states were California(with 7317 LAcs[21.19%of the total]),New York(5024[14.55%])and Florida(2644[7.66%]).The total number of LAcs decreased by 8.87%from 2018,and fell short of our projected number of LAcs in 2023 by 9037,or 20.75%.The overall LAc density in the *** as the number of LAcs per 100,000 populationDwas 10.36,less than in *** were 56 active,accredited AOM schools which offered a total of 147 programs(121 at the level necessary for licensing[entry-level],12 for an advanced practicing degree[advanced-level],and 14 for certifications).Broken down further,offerings included 50 master's degrees in acupuncture,40 master's degrees in Oriental medicine,31 entry-level doctorate degrees(10 in acupuncture and 21 in acupuncture plus Chinese herbal medicine),and 12advanced-level doctorate degrees in *** certification programs included one in East-Asian Medical Bodywork and 13 in *** these schools in 2023,institutions in the West and East Coast states comprised 67.86%(decreased from 77.42%in 2018)of the national ***,Florida and Illinois represented 39.29%.There were 48 jurisdictions with acupuncture practice laws in *** data suggests that the acupuncture profession in the *** been significantly impacted during the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic.

Colitis cystic profunda is a rare entity benign condition of the colon and rectum that can mimic suspicious polyps or malignancy. The commonest sites of affectation are the rectum and the sigmoid colon but it can be unusually widely distributed in the colon. The aetiology of this condition is not fully elucidated and confident diagnosis can only be made on histological features. We hereby describe a patient who presented with significant rectal symptoms and an unexpected finding of a submucosal mucous cyst mimicking a suspicious rectal polyp and highlighted its significance and the review of the literature.

Background:The task of document examiners is very challenging,as they need to gather all the relevant facts to make an informed decision regarding the questioned *** the present study,a total of 300 handwriting samples from 100 different writers(involving 50 right-handed and 50 left-handed)were collected at Bundelkhand University,*** and stroke,as characteristic features of handwriting,were visually examined under a stereomicroscope to ascertain the ***:Slants and Strokes as characteristic features were analyzed in a total of 300 handwriting samples collected from 50 left-handed and 50 right-handed writers of age 17–22 years.A reference text comprising three pangram sentences printed on A4 paper and a blue ball point pen was used for ***:The data collected during the study were analyzed using a statistical method(Chi-square test)and revealed that the left-handed writers(LhWs)had a significantly(Phan the right-handed *** indicated that LhWs are more likely to make strokes in the right-to-left direction and slant of letters in the backward direction,while right-handed writers make strokes in the left-to-right direction and slant of letters in the forward ***:The findings of the study showed valuable insight and highlighted the significance of the direction of slant and horizontal stroke as potential indicators for the determination of handedness.

AIM:To investigate cognitive functioning and depressive symptoms in adolescents with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).METhODS:A neuropsychological test battery,including subtests of the Wechsler Adult Intelligence ScaleRevised and Ⅲ,Wechsler Memory Scale-Revised,California Verbal Learning Test(CVLT),Stroop Color-Word Test,and Trail Making Test,which assessed verbal and visual short-and long-term memory,processing speed,logical reasoning,verbal intelligence,attention,and executive functioning,was administered to 13-to 19-year-old patients with IBD(n = 34;active disease n = 20).Depressive symptoms were measured with the Beck Depression *** findings were compared with peers with non-acute juvenile idiopathic arthritis(JIA;n = 23).Patients with coexisting psychiatric disorders were ***:The IBD group,especially patients in the acute phase,made more perseverative errors in the CVLT test that assessed verbal memory than the JIA group(6.0 ± 4.3 vs 3.3 ± 2.9,P her differences between the IBD and JIA groups were observed in the neuropsychological *** difference was close to statistical significance,even when glucocorticoid medication was controlled for(P he IBD group had more depressive symptoms than the JIA group(7.9 ± 7.6 vs 4.0 ± 4.0,P hird of the IBD group had at least mild depressive symptoms,and those with acute illness had the highest ***,depressive symptoms were not related to the difference in the verbal memory test(perseverative errors in the CVLT) between the IBD and JIA ***:Adolescents with acute IBD may have mild verbal memory problems but no major cognitive deficits compared to peers with JIA.
