Cancer is considered one of the most lethal diseases responsible for causing.deaths *** there have been many breakthroug.s in anticancer development,cancer remains the major cause of death *** this reg.rd,targ.ting.cancer-causing.enzymes is one of the efficient therapeutic *** functions like cell cycle,transcription,metabolism,apoptosis,and other depend primarily on cyclin-dependent kinases(CDKs).These enzymes help in the replication of DNA in the normal cell cycle process,and dereg.lation in the functioning.of any CDK can cause abnormal cell g.owth,which leads to *** review is focused on anticancer drug.discovery ag.inst cell cycle CDK enzyme using.an in silico technique,i.e.,molecular docking.*** docking.helps in deciphering.the key interactions formed within the inhibitor and the respective *** concise study provides an overview of the most current in silico research advancements made in the field of anticancer drug.*** finding. presented in the current review article can help in understanding.the nature of inhibitor-targ.t interactions and provide information on the structural and molecular prerequisites for the inhibition of cell cycle CDKs.

NiCo2O4 nanosheets with sheaf-like nanostructure morpholog.es have been synthesized by a facile one-step hydrothermal reaction followed by annealing.treatment. Impressively, the NiCo2O4 nanosheets exhibit rapid detection of eug.nol. The linear rang. of detection is from 1-500μM, and the limit of detection is 5.4 μM. The NiCo2O4 modified electrode demonstrated hig. sensitivity, g.od repeatability and reproducibility, and long.term stability （7% decrease in response over 30 days）. Based on this work, an electrochemical reaction mechanism for eug.nol oxidation was proposed, and in addition, the NiCo2O4 modified electrode was successfully employed for the analysis of eug.nol in medicative balm samples. Recovery values for eug.nol in medicative balm samples were in the rang. 98.7%-105.5%.

This study was conducted to identify the number and density of active licensed acupuncturists(LAcs),as well as the number of accredited schools in acupuncture and Oriental medicine(AOM),as of January 1,2023,in the United States(U.S.).The number of active LAcs as of January 1,2023 was 34,524,potentially33,364 after removing.license duplication in multiple states,among.which the larg.st three states were California(with 7317 LAcs[21.19%of the total]),New York(5024[14.55%])and Florida(2644[7.66%]).The total number of LAcs decreased by 8.87%from 2018,and fell short of our projected number of LAcs in 2023 by 9037,or 20.75%.The overall LAc density in the *** as the number of LAcs per 100,000 populationDwas 10.36,less than in *** were 56 active,accredited AOM schools which offered a total of 147 prog.ams(121 at the level necessary for licensing.entry-level],12 for an advanced practicing.deg.ee[advanced-level],and 14 for certifications).Broken down further,offering. included 50 master's deg.ees in acupuncture,40 master's deg.ees in Oriental medicine,31 entry-level doctorate deg.ees(10 in acupuncture and 21 in acupuncture plus Chinese herbal medicine),and 12advanced-level doctorate deg.ees in *** certification prog.ams included one in East-Asian Medical Bodywork and 13 in *** these schools in 2023,institutions in the West and East Coast states comprised 67.86%(decreased from 77.42%in 2018)of the national ***,Florida and Illinois represented 39.29%.There were 48 jurisdictions with acupuncture practice laws in *** data sug.ests that the acupuncture profession in the *** been sig.ificantly impacted during.the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic.

Colitis cystic profunda is a rare entity benig. condition of the colon and rectum that can mimic suspicious polyps or malig.ancy. The commonest sites of affectation are the rectum and the sig.oid colon but it can be unusually widely distributed in the colon. The aetiolog. of this condition is not fully elucidated and confident diag.osis can only be made on histolog.cal features. We hereby describe a patient who presented with sig.ificant rectal symptoms and an unexpected finding.of a submucosal mucous cyst mimicking.a suspicious rectal polyp and hig.lig.ted its sig.ificance and the review of the literature.

BACKg.OUND We report a case of post-coronavirus disease(COVID)immune hepatitis occurring.in a young.male with no pre-existing.*** SUMMARY A previously healthy 21-year-old male patient was admitted to our hospital with mild *** the course of in-hospital isolation and monitoring.he developed an alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)increase,with the enzymes peaking.at day 24(ALT 15 times the upper normal limit),with preserved liver *** liver enzyme increase occurred 20 d after the complete clinical remission of COVID-19,and ALT dynamics paralleled the increase in total antibodies ag.inst severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).The case was interpreted as post-COVID immune hepatitis,with extensive laboratory investig.tions excluding.other potential *** hepatocytolysis remitted 20 d after the peak ALT,without further intervention,with complete recovery,but the total anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies continued to increase the next 5 mo following.the acute *** Close attention should also be paid to young.patients with mild forms of disease,and a hig. index of suspicion should be maintained for post-COVID complications.

Backg.ound:The task of document examiners is very challeng.ng.as they need to g.ther all the relevant facts to make an informed decision reg.rding.the questioned *** the present study,a total of 300 handwriting.samples from 100 different writers(involving.50 rig.t-handed and 50 left-handed)were collected at Bundelkhand University,*** and stroke,as characteristic features of handwriting.were visually examined under a stereomicroscope to ascertain the ***:Slants and Strokes as characteristic features were analyzed in a total of 300 handwriting.samples collected from 50 left-handed and 50 rig.t-handed writers of ag. 17–22 years.A reference text comprising.three pang.am sentences printed on A4 paper and a blue ball point pen was used for ***:The data collected during.the study were analyzed using.a statistical method(Chi-square test)and revealed that the left-handed writers(LHWs)had a sig.ificantly(Pg.style than the rig.t-handed *** indicated that LHWs are more likely to make strokes in the rig.t-to-left direction and slant of letters in the backward direction,while rig.t-handed writers make strokes in the left-to-rig.t direction and slant of letters in the forward ***:The finding. of the study showed valuable insig.t and hig.lig.ted the sig.ificance of the direction of slant and horizontal stroke as potential indicators for the determination of handedness.
