The patients.were admitted fo. vario.s.neuro.o.ical s.ndro.es. 2 cas.s.pres.nted with chro.ic lympho.ytic meningitis. 4 with s.inal co.d s.mpto.s. o.e cas. was.initially co.fus.d with multiple s.lero.is. s.ro.o.ical tes.s. immuno.o.ical s.reening, cerebro.pinal fluid (Cs.) analys.s. bacterio.o.ical and viral tes.ing were perfo.med in all patients. s.inal and cerebral MRI, gallium s.an, bro.cho.co.y with bio.s. and bro.cho.lveo.arlavage fluid analys.s. high-res.0}utio. co.puted to.o.raphy (HRCT) o. the ches., bio.s. o. the lungs. s.in, medias.inal lymph-no.e and meninges. were us.ful in diagno.ing Ns.
