随着人们对绿色能源和环境友好型社会需求的日益增长,先进能量转换装置或系统的研发亟待加速,而燃料电池系统被认为是最有希望的未来发电装置。在不同种类的燃料电池中,固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFCs)是一种清洁环保的发电装置,因其独特的多燃料运行能力及能量转化效率高等优点而前景广阔。然而,传统使用镍-金属陶瓷阳极的SOFCs,在碳氢化合物燃料下运行时,由于燃料的不完全氧化会使阳极产生积碳,从而导致电池性能下降。讨论了碳基SOFC中碳沉积机理和解决阳极积碳的策略,重点介绍了目前广泛研究的具有混合离子-电子导体的双金属-金属陶瓷材料的种类以及研究进展,并总结了双金属-金属陶瓷材料的抗积碳机理,主要表现为降低阳极表面的碳沉积速率以及加速积碳的去除。还介绍了在还原性气氛中,钙钛矿材料中纳米粒子原位偏析的原理,并讨论了原位偏析所形成的纳米颗粒以及其与钙钛矿主体所形成的金属氧化物异质结构在抗积碳阳极中的应用。此外,还探究了多层阳极和单原子催化剂阳极在中温SOFCs中的应用。在燃料电池技术巨大进步的推动下,人们对可用于固定式发电的集成煤气化的燃料电池发电系统(IGFCs)产生了新的兴趣,该系统对于实现煤炭的清洁高效利用具有重要意义,该技术的关键依托于SOFCs的成熟度。最后,总结并指出了碳基SOFCs未来的一些研究方向。

Gastric necrosis is a rare condition because of the rich blood supply and the extensive submucosal vascular network of the stomach. "Gas-bloat" syndrome is a well known Nissen fundoplication postoperative complica-tion. It may cause severe gastric dilatation, but very rarely an ischemic compromise of the organ. Other factors, such as gastric outlet obstruction, may concur to cause an intraluminal pressure enough to blockade venous return and ultimately arterial blood supply and oxygen deliver, leading to ischaemia. We report a case of a 63-year-old women, who presented a total gastric necrosis following laparoscopic Nissen fundoplication and a pyloric phytobezoar which was the trigger event. No preexisting gastric motility disorders were present by the time of surgery, as demonstrated in the preop-erative barium swallow, thus a poor mastication(patient needed no dentures) of a high fiber meal(cabbage) may have been predisposing factors for the develop-ment of a bezoar in an otherwise healthy women at the onset of old age. A total gastrectomy with esophagojejunostomy was performed and patient was discharged home after a 7-d hospital stay with no immediate com-plications. We also discuss some technical aspects of the procedure that might be important to reduce the incidence of this complication.

为了研究NH_(3)-CH_(4)掺混燃气的燃烧特性,设计了一个可视化的旋流湍流燃烧装置,通过实验对当量比(Ф)、氨气掺混比(X_(NH_(3)))和入口空气流量对燃烧特性的影响进行分析。结果表明:随着当量比增加,燃烧室出口NO排放先增加后减小,在Ф=0.9时达到峰值,对其反应速率和燃烧光谱进行分析,发现NO_(2)和HNO浓度协同影响了NO的反应速率,NO排放和OH基强度呈正相关,NH_(2α)基和H_(2)O蒸气产生的链式反应促进了NO的还原。随着X_(NH_(3))升高,火焰由蓝色逐渐转变为橙黄色,NO排放先增加后减少,在X_(NH_(3))=0.4附近出现峰值。另外,随着入口空气流量的增加,气流速度增大导致湍流强度增大,贫燃状态下NO排放增加,而在富燃状态下排放减少,文中对其中机理进行了分析。

Spermotrend Improves Semen Quality and Infertility in Men with Varicocele —Spermotrend and Male Infertility

Background: Infertility affects 8% - 12% of couples globally, with approximately half of the cases reported in males. Oxidative stress is a common factor increased in the varicocele condition and particularly affects spermatozoa, due to their sensitivity to oxidative signals and testicular hypotrophy. The objective of this clinical trial is to study the effectiveness of Spermotrend in the improvement of sperm parameters in male infertility. Methods: A total of 170 males aged > 18 years with a diagnosis of infertility and varicocele were consecutively enrolled in a Phase II, open-label clinical trial. Spermotrend was administered 1 capsule (450 mg) orally every 8 hours for 6 months and was evaluated through semen analysis at 4 and 6 months of follow-up. Results: The trial results show a significant improvement following the administration of Spermotrend over 6 months in sperm concentration (44.1% at baseline vs. 64.1% at 6 months), sperm survival (28.2% with sperm survival ≥ 2 hours vs.56.5%), normalization of sperm morphology (31.2% vs. 72.9%). Varicocele condition decreased in all patients and, by the end of the study, 55.3% of patients had normal venous flow and dilation. Only 5.9% of the patients showed grade 2 varicocele at the end of the study, while 38.8% showed grade 1 varicocele, with no patients showing grade 3 varicocele. Regarding testicular hypotrophy, 90.6% of the patients completed the study with normalized testicular volume by recovering normal venous flow. Conclusion: A short-term course of Spermotrend may significantly improve sperm parameters associated with male infertility. The theory of false alarm for laughter could explain the involuntary laugh when someone is tickled. To put this hypothesis to the test, we handed out a questionnaire (180 items) with two hundred university students. Our main results are: In women who like being tickled, we discover components related to pleasure, erotism, feeling of affection, arousal, uncontrollability, domination, sexism and Darwinian (golden ratio) and psychological traits (empathy, low schizotypy and external locus of control) that are not present in the laughter at a stumble. The relation of both types of laughter with sense of humor is also differential. In men who like being tickled, we discover components related to masturbation, sexual fantasies, erotism, arousal, domination, sexist humour and Darwinian (square chin, feeling of masculinity) and psychological traits (empathic stress, low schizotypy, external locus of control and overall self-esteem). The relationship between being tickled and self-esteem shows a double aspect in men: It is positive in men who like being tickled and negative in men who do not like being tickled. For women there is not a relationship between self-esteem and tickling. Our conclusion is that laughter of ticklishness is a Darwinian feature related to empathy.
