Anxiety and depressive disorders frequently coexist with gastrointestinal and hepatologic *** their high prevalence,approach to treating these co-morbidities is not always *** paper aims to review the current literature into etiology of psychological comorbidities and their treatment in three conditions commonly encountered at gastroenterology outpatient clinics,namely inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) and chronic hepatitis C(HepC).The paper demonstrates that although psychotherapy(and cognitive-behavioural therapy in particular) has been established as an effective treatment in IBS,more studies are needed in HepC and *** have been recognized as an effective treatment for psychological and somatic symptoms in IBS and for depression in HepC,but good quality studies in IBD are lacking despite the promising preliminary findings from animal models and case *** studies in this area are needed.

In recent years,mesenchymal stem cells(MSC)have been considered the most effective source for regenerative medicine,especially due to released soluble paracrine bioactive components and extracellular *** factors,collectively called the secretome,play crucial roles in immunomodulation and in improving survival and regeneration capabilities of injured ***,there has been a growing interest in the secretome released by retinal cytotypes,especially retinal pigment epithelium and Müller glia *** latter trophic factors represent the key to preserving morphofunctional integrity of the retina,regulating biological pathways involved in survival,function and responding to ***,these factors can play a pivotal role in onset and progression of retinal diseases after damage of cell secretory *** this review,we delineated the importance of cross-talk between MSCs and retinal cells,focusing on common/induced secreted factors,during experimental therapy for retinal *** cross-link between the MSC and retinal cell secretomes suggests that the MSC secretome can modulate the retinal cell secretome and vice *** example,the MSC secretome can protect retinal cells from degeneration by reducing oxidative stress,autophagy and programmed cell ***,the retinal cell secretome can influence the MSC secretome by inducing changes in MSC gene expression and phenotype.

Clinical psychiatry and neurology requires a creation of new means with difficult many component range of psychotropic action, so psychoemotional disturbances "boundary type" and difficult mental disorders have high level of heterogeneity, various clinical manifestations, which are caused by different pathogenetic factors. One of the most often used preparation for the treatment of these diseases is anxiolytic medications. It is known that anxiolytic action combines with anticonvulsive. Perspective medications are simple amides and ethers of 2-oksoindolin-3-glyoxylic acid, which have not recognized and practically observed. The aim of this research is to determine anticonvulsant action in 2-oksoindolin-3-glyoxylic acid derivatives on the model of acute myoclonic pentylentetrazol, piktrotoxic, and bikukullin convulsions. In experiments on mature mice of both sex Wistar line were studied an influence of ethyl ester 4-[2-hydroxy-2-(2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-indol-3-ylidene)-acetylamino]-butyric acid and 2-hydroxy-N-naphthalen-1-yl-2-(2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-indol-3-ylidene)-acetamide on chemoinduced epileptogenesis. An intake of proconvulsants is accompanied by a development of syndrome convulsion, which was estimated by convulsion"s intensity (grades), latent period of convulsions (sec.), number of convulsions acts, and duration of convulsions (sec.) and number of survived animals in a group. It was showed that a combination of 2-hydroxy-N-naphthalen-1-yl-2-(2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-indol-3-ylidene)-acetamide (12 acetamide mg/kg) is similar to reference preparation diazepam in (2 mg/kg) which decreased a manifestation of syndrome convulsion. It demonstrated an increase of intensity of convulsions, decrease of latent period of the convulsion"s start which is caused by all blockers GАМК А -receptors, decrease of number convulsive acts on the background of korazol and pikrotoxin, a decrease of convulsive syndrome duration during an intake of korazol and bikukullin, and a decrease of animal"s

The study was carried out to evaluate six different hydrophytes which were tested associated by twos: 1) Lemna gibba and Ceratophyllum demersum, 2) Berula erecta and Lemna gibba, 3) Polygonum punctatum and Hydrocotyle ranunculoides, and 4) Polygonum punctatum and Azolla filiculoides, for the purpose of removing nitrate from the water of Reyes Aztecas Lake, which is located southeast of Mexico City in Tláhuac District, Mexico D.F. The average of removal efficiency was obtained in relation to the different hydrophytes associations based on five sampling stations. The statistical analysis revealed that there were no significant differences among hydrophytes, all show remarkable ability to remove nitrate in water.

BACKGROUND:Hyperamylasemia can be observed anecdotally during the course of severe sepsis or septic *** study aimed to investigate the possibility of pancreatic involvement in patients with septic shock using serum pancreatic enzyme determinations and imaging techniques in 21 consecutive patients with septic shock and 21 healthy subjects as controls. METHODS:The serum activity of pancreatic amylase and lipase was assayed initially in all subjects and 24 and 48 hours after the initial observation in the 21 patients with septic shock All patients also underwent radiological examination to detect pancreatic abnormalities. RESULTS:The serum activity of pancreatic amylase was significantly higher in the 21 patients with septic shock than in the 21 control subjects during the study period while the serum activity of lipase was similar to that of the control *** and lipase serum activity did not significantly changed throughout the study period in the 21 patients with septic *** of the patients with pancreatic hyperenzymemia had clinical signs or morphological alterations compatible with acute pancreatitis CONCLUSION:The presence of pancreatic hyperenzymemia in septic shock patients is not a biochemical manifestation of acute pancreatic damage,and the management of these patients should be dependent on the clinical situation and not merely the biochemical results.

边疆问题历来是中国古代王朝统治的核心问题之一,维持中央政府在边疆地区的权威和威慑力是中国古代王朝能够长治久安的保证。1368年在南京朱元璋称帝建国,国号大明,建元洪武。元朝被推翻后,元将领有的投降明朝,有的负隅顽抗。西北和东北一带还有元朝残余称雄割据。在这种情况下,为巩固统治,消灭割据势力。平定元朝割据势力以后,朱元璋在辽东半岛建立了辽东都司和许多羁縻卫所。朱棣即位后对东北民族开始实施了积极的政策。首先在“绥靖”政策范围内,永乐帝派使团到兀良哈三卫进行赏赐活动。尽管永乐年间兀良哈有时叛乱,他们和明王朝始终保持着稳定友好的关系。永乐帝对女真的治理目标：1)保持东北的安宁,以便他能集中精力对付蒙古的威胁;2)不让朝鲜成为在东北支配一切的力量;3)促进诸如马匹和裘皮等产品的交易;4)在较为发达的女真部落民中传播中国的文化和价值观念。为了达到这些目的明朝廷在建立与女真人的关系方面采取了主动行动,其措施是派遣使团,送礼品给他们的部落领袖,邀请他们进行纳贡制度下的贸易,即“羁縻”政策。永乐帝后期,以传统“分而治之”政策来消弱女真部落,即在东北设立179个卫和20个所,以确保女真人的臣服和纳贡贸易的顺利进行。在此过程中,获得官爵位和贸易特权的女真部落领袖放弃了与朝鲜的联系,宣布效忠于明朝。永乐年间兀良哈和女真人犯边较少,而瓦刺(西部蒙古人)和鞑靼(东部蒙古人)经常入侵劫掠。虽然永乐帝赏赐和平定不听命于朝廷的瓦刺和鞑靼,但是他们依然不愿意来朝归附,而继续袭击北边疆域。因此,永乐帝五次征剿叛逆。除了征剿以外,还通过制造蒙古内部争斗,达到“以夷制夷”。本文对明代永乐时期东北民族的治理进行探究,并特别研究永乐帝对东北各民族实行传统外交战略方式。

Sex determination system in birds is characterized by a homo-(Neognatae) and heteromorphic (Paleognatae) sex chromosomes. Heterogametic sex is female (ZZ/ZW system). DMRT1 gene is a gene regarded as a main male sex determining factor in this group of animals. The question remains about the participation of other factors (HEMOGEN, AMH etc.) in appearance of testis, and the role of steroid hormones in formation of ovaries. Complete sex inversion is not typical for species with genotypic sex determination (GSD), although the effect of estrogen metabolites is noted for birds. For birds epigenetic mechanisms of regulation (methylation of DNA and non-coding RNA) have been described for sex controlling genes such as CYP19A1 and DMRT1.

AIM To assess the etiology of chronic liver diseases(CLD) from 1998 to 2014 at the outpatient clinic of Gastroenterology of the main hospital in Northwest of Italy among those dedicated to *** A random sample of charts of patients referred to for increased liver enzymes between January 1998 and December 2006, and between January 2012 and December 2014 were reviewed. Etiology search included testing for hepatitis B virus(HBV), hepatitis C virus(HCV), autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis, Wilson's disease and hereditary hemocromatosis. A risky alcohol consumption was also considered. Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) was diagnosed in patients with histological and/or ultrasound evidence of steatosis/steatohepatitis, and without other causes of *** The number of patients included was 1163. Of them, 528(45%) had positivity for HCV and 85(7%) for HBV. Among the virus-free patients, 417(36%) had metabolic disorders whereas the remaining had history of alcohol abuse, less prevalent causes of CLD or concomitant conditions. In comparison to 1998-2000(41%), a reduction of HCV alone-related cases was detected during the periods 2001-2003(35%, OR = 0.75, 95%CI: 0.53-1.06), 2004-2006(33%, OR = 0.70, 95%CI: 0.50-0.97) and 2012-2014(31%, OR = 0.64, 95%CI: 0.46-0.91). On the contrary, in comparison to 1998-2000(31%), metabolic-alone disorders increased in the period 2004-2006(39%, OR = 1.37, 95%CI: 0.99-1.91) and 2012-2014(41%, OR = 1.53, 95%CI: 1.09-2.16). The other etiologies remained stable. The increase of incidence of metabolic-alone etiology during the period 2004-2006 and 2012-2014 tended to be higher in older patients(≥ 50 years) compared to younger(P = 0.058).CONCLUSION In the Northwest of Italy, during this study period, the prevalence of HCV infection decreased notably whereas that of NAFLD increased.
