In this review article we discuss different techniques to solve numerically the time-dependent Schrodinger equation on unbounded *** present in detail the most recent approaches and describe briefly alternative ideas pointing out the relations between these *** conclude with several numerical examples from different application areas to compare the presented *** mainly focus on the one-dimensional problem but also touch upon the situation in two space dimensions and the cubic nonlinear case.

To elucidate the dynamics of aluminium(Al),an element potentially toxic and strongly aff ected by acidifi cation processes,in soils,we selected two regions that were similar in relief,soil types,and vegetation cover but diff ered markedly in their history of acid precipitation:the JizerskéMountains(anthropogenically acidifi ed)and the NovohradskéMountains(naturally acidifi ed)in the Czech *** levels of Al forms(exchangeable and organically bound)associated with diff erent environmental impacts were measured and univalent,divalent and trivalent Al species were quantifi ed using HPLC/*** and organically bound Al concentrations were higher in the anthropogenically acidifi ed *** the concentrations of the leastdangerous species,the univalent,in organic soil horizons were similar for both *** concentrations of exchangeable Al forms were correlated with Ca concentrations and with pH in the organic *** known relationship of Al with soil pH was stronger in the mineral *** of exchangeable Al forms concentrations with sulphur concentrations or even more with the sulphur calcium molar ratio were found only in the JizerskéMountains,not in the Novohradské.Generally,the obtained results support the hypothesis that mechanisms diff ered between natural and anthropogenic acidifi cation.

The direct excitation of CO2 using fast （nanosecond） and ultrafast （femtosecond） pulsed lasers was investigated.A gas reaction cell was used to excite CO2 in a 50：50 mixture of CO2 and CH4 using nano-and femtosecond laser systems,to induce a reaction between these two ***-IR spectra showed that CO was formed using the nanosecond and femtosecond laser *** was also found that hydrocarbons,containing C-C bonds were *** both the nanosecond and femtosecond laser,it was found that more C-C higher hydrocarbons were formed after 5 h compared to 3 h of *** at pressures of 250,350 and 500 kPa with the femtosecond laser system showed the expected increase in the amount of CO formed with an increase in *** from this study showed that carbon dioxide and methane can be activated successfully using nanosecond laser pulses at 2000 nm and femtosecond laser pulses at 795 or 2000 nm and that these activated species react to form CO and C-C containing products.

This paper presents the first release of an Informational System（IS）devoted to the systematic collection of all available data relating to Pliocene-Quaternary faults in southern East Siberia,their critical analysis and their seismotectonic *** final goal of this project is to form a new base for improving the assessment of seismic hazard and other natural processes associated with crustal *** presented IS has been exploited to create a relational database of active and conditionally active faults in southern East Siberia（between 100°-114° E and 50°-57° N）whose central sector is characterized by the highly seismic Baikal rift *** information within the database for each fault segment is organized as distinct but intercorrelated sections（tables,texts and pictures,etc.）and can be easily visualized as HTML pages in offline *** preliminary version of the database distributed free on disk already highlights the general fault pattern showing that the Holocene and historical activity is quite uniform and dominated by NE-SW and nearly E-W trending faults;the former with a prevailing dip-slip normal kinematics,while the latter structures are left-lateral strike-slip and oblique-slip（with different proportion of left-lateral and normal fault slip components）.These faults are mainly concentrated along the borders of the rift basins and are the main sources of moderate-to-strong（M≥5.5）earthquakes on the southern sectors of East Siberia in recent *** a whole,based on analyzing the diverse fault kinematics and their variable spatial distribution with respect to the overall pattern of the tectonic structures formed and/or activated during the late Pliocene-Quaternary,we conclude they were generated under a regional stress field mainly characterized by a relatively uniform NW-SE tension,but strongly influenced by the irregular hard boundary of the old Siberian *** obtained inferences are in an agreement with the existing models

Objective:To analyze the effects of Ageratum conyzoides *** the monosodium iodoacetate induced osteoarthritis ***:Thin layer chromatography was performed to analyze the constituents of the babandotan extract *** male Sprague-Dawley rats used in this study were divided into 6 groups:normal control and negative control groups,both given0.5%carboxymethyl cellulose;the positive control group that was given glucosamine and chondroitin suspension(486 mg/200 g B.W.);the 3 dose variation extract groups including dose 1,2,and 3 that were given 40,80,and 160 mg/200 g *** on day 29 *** the groups were induced with 0.05 mL monosodium iodoacetate(20 mg/mL)on day1,except normal control induced by *** of edema volume of rat knees was performed on day 0,8,15,22,29,43,and *** data was measured at day 1,29and *** was collected at day 50 to evaluate TNF-α and MMP-9 by *** histopathology was evaluated by staining with H&E and Safranin-o-fast green staining on day ***:The babandotan leaves extract dose 2(80 mg/200 g B.W.)and dose 3(160mg/200 g B.W.)could decrease the edema volume,increase the area and thickness of articular cartilage,and increase proteoglycan ***,dose 3(160 mg/200 g B.W.)of extract babandotan leaves were able to significantly decrease the number of leukocytes,lymphocytes and udem volume,and decrease TNF alpha and MMP-9 ***:Babandotan leaves extract can recover inflammation and cartilages degradation by inhibiting TNF-αin inflammation processes and MMP-9 in the collagenase reaction in the cartilages.

Reservoirs are an important water source in many densely populated areas in southwest *** play an essential role in maintaining the structure and function of reservoir *** the succession in phytoplankton communities and the factors driving it are essential for eff ective water quality management in drinking water *** this study,water samples were collected monthly at the surface layers from March 2016 to December 2019 in Hongfeng Reservoir,southwest *** relationship between functional group succession was analyzed based on nonmetric multidimensional scaling analysis(NMDS),redundancy analysis(RDA),succession rate,and other analysis *** results showed distinct shifts in the community structure of phytoplankton functional groups within study *** Cyclotella *** dominant in 2016 and 2017,and Pseudanabaena limnetica was the dominant group in 2018 and *** appears that the phytoplankton composition and biomass are closely related to the water temperature and nutrient status in this *** results clearly showed that the permanganate index(COD_(Mn))was the key factor of dramatic phytoplankton functional group succession,and the change in succession rates was closely caused by total nitrogen concentration(TN).Therefore,the succession pattern and key factors of Hongfeng Reservoir revealed in this study were important guidance for the management of drinking water reservoirs in southwest China.A reasonable limit on exogenous nutrient input should be a priority,especially in high water temperature period.

The paper describes observations of fast-moving near-Earth asteroids(NEAs) made with the small ground-based telescopes of National Time Service Center of Chinese Academy of Science(NTSC of CAS) and Research Institute "Mykolaiv Astronomical Observatory"(RI MAO) by the rotating-drift-scan CCD(RDS CCD) technique. This technique is used to obtain the point images of both the studied objects and reference stars. The results of ongoing follow-up observations of NEAs are discussed. The residual differences(O-C) between the observed and calculated positions from JPL ephemeris were generally small for these asteroids. The standard deviations of these differences were typically ±(0.2′′-0.3′′) in both coordinates for objects with apparent velocity which substantially exceed FWHM for the given exposure time. The results of comparative statistics for such observations from the MPC database show that this is a good level of precision for NEAs. Moreover, the telescopes with the RDS CCD technique implemented can observe the NEAs that closely approach the Earth and with enough observations can improve the precision of determining their orbital elements and impact predictions.

Steep-slope agricultural landscapes are under threat due to climate *** the one hand,the growing fre-quency of extreme high-intensity rainfall events concentrated in both temporal and spatial scales are causing flash floods or slope failure risk *** the other hand,future climate projections indicate a significant expansion of arid zones in the steep slope agricultural *** is evidence that these landscapes face a high risk of growing water *** their unique role in crop production,ecosystem diversity,and crop production,ecosystem diversity,and cultural heritage,understanding sustainable water resource manage-ment for mitigating climate change-induced drought has never been more urgent than *** these landscapes,unique indigenous knowledge of water conservation is adopted to manage water resources improving their re-silience *** is,therefore,necessary to promote water storage to mitigate floods or increase the resilience to prolonged drought(creating at the same time favourable conditions for biodiversity).Modern technological advances(e.g.,high-resolution remote sensing and GIS-based modelling)are crucial in supporting these activities and understanding earth’s surface processes.
