Background: China has one of t.e highest.incidence rat.s of oesophageal cancer in t.e world. t.e role of human papillomavirus (HPV) has been ext.nsively researched in oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) wit. indet.rminat. result.. t.e majorit. of t.ese st.dies have been conduct.d in t.e Chinese populat.on. Evidence for a definit.ve HPV-OSCC associat.on could pot.nt.ally support.prophylact.c vaccinat.on in t.rget.populat.ons, highlight.ng t.e need for ongoing invest.gat.on. t.e aim of t.is review is t. summarise t.e findings of HPV DNA in OSCC t.ssue in Chinese subject., wit. a view t. informing furt.er research in t.is area. Met.ods: A syst.mat.c lit.rat.re search of t.e Chinese Nat.onal Knowledge Infrast.uct.re (CNKI) dat.base, Medline, Embase and PubMed was conduct.d for all st.dies in English and Chinese language, examining OSCC t.ssue for HPV DNA in China. Reference list. of ret.ieved art.cles were reviewed and hand searches of relevant. key journals were conduct.d, t. source art.cles which were not.elect.onically indexed. Sixt.-four st.dies met.our select.on crit.ria. Dat. from case-cont.ol and cross-sect.onal st.dies were analysed separat.ly for any HPV-OSCC associat.on, using t.e Epi Infot. 3.5.3 soft.are program. Result.: From all st.dies conduct.d in t.e Chinese populat.on, 2166/5953 (36%) of all OSCC t.ssue and 478/1684 (28%) of healt.y cont.ol t.ssue, t.st.d posit.ve for HPV. We found t.at.11/16 case-cont.ol and cross-sect.onal st.dies had a st.t.st.cally significant.crude odds rat.o, which support.d a pot.nt.al HPV-OSCC associat.on. t.e largest.st.dy, carried out.in t.e high incidence Count. of Anyang in Henan Province, report.d 207/265 (78%) OSCC t.ssues t.st.ng posit.ve for HPV DNA against.203/357 (57%) cont.ols and had an unadjust.d odds rat.o of 2.71 (p-value Conclusion: A rigorous met.-analysis would improve int.rpret.t.on of t.e dat. and a well-designed large-scale case-cont.ol st.dy is warrant.d. t.e soils of Malt. are calcareous and generally undeveloped. Organic mat.er (OM) in t.ese soils is low and farmers are const.nt.y urged t. increase it. t.e object.ve of t.is st.dy was t. evaluat. any t.mporal variat.on in soil OM aft.r 15 years of cult.vat.on, and det.rmine whet.er soil series, soil dept., and cult.vat.on influence variat.on. OM was det.rmined in t.e t.psoil and subsoil of 7 agricult.ral and 4 non-agricult.ral sit.s. t.e sit.s represent.d 7 different.soil series t.at.are present.on t.e island. In sampling periods 1 (t.= 0 years) and 2 (t.=15 years), t.e OM cont.nt.in t.e collect.ve (all soil series) bulk (t.psoil and subsoil) uncult.vat.d soil was 3.9 % and 3.8 % respect.vely. t.is was significant.y great.r t.an t.at.of t.e collect.ve bulk cult.vat.d soil (2.4% and 2.3%). t.e OM in t.e collect.ve uncult.vat.d t.psoil was 5.4% and 5.2% in periods 1 and 2 and was significant.y higher t.an t.at.of t.e cult.vat.d t.psoil (2.5% in bot. periods). t.e OM cont.nt.in t.e collect.ve uncult.vat.d subsoil was 2.3% and 2.5% in periods 1 and 2 respect.vely but.only t.at.measured in period 2 was significant.y higher t.an t.at.of t.e cult.vat.d subsoil (2.2% in bot. periods). On an individual soil series basis, t.e OM in t.e uncult.vat.d t.psoils was significant.y higher t.an t.at.of t.eir cult.vat.d count.rpart.. t.e differences in t.e subsoils were not.significant. Across t.e uncult.vat.d soil series, OM was significant.y higher in t.e t.psoil t.an in t.e subsoil but.in t.e cult.vat.d soil series t.e differences bet.een t.psoil and subsoil were not.significant. t.ere was no significant.difference in OM bet.een t.e uncult.vat.d soils of different.series, but.in t.e cult.vat.d t.e OM cont.nt.was higher in soils t.at.were more mat.re. We st.dy t.e acoust.magnet.elect.ic (AME) effect.in t.o-dimensional graphene wit. an energy bandgap using t.e semiclassical Bolt.mann t.ansport.equat.on wit.in t.e hypersound regime, (where represent. t.e acoust.c wavenumber and is t.e mean free pat. of t.e elect.on). t.e Bolt.mann t.ansport.equat.on and ot.er relevant.equat.ons were solved analyt.cally t. obt.in an expression for t.e AME current.densit., consist.ng of longit.dinal and Hall component.. Our numerical result. indicat. t.at.bot. component. of t.e AME current.densit.es display oscillat.ry behaviour. Furt.ermore, geomet.ic resonances and Weiss oscillat.ons were each defined using t.e relat.onship bet.een t.e current.densit. and Surface Acoust.c Wave (SAW) frequency and t.e inverse of t.e applied magnet.c field, respect.vely. Our result. show t.at.t.e AME current.densit. of bandgap graphene, which can be cont.olled t. suit.a part.cular elect.onic device applicat.on, is smaller t.an t.at.of (gapless) graphene and is t.erefore, more suit.d for nanophot.nic device applicat.ons.

Here, t.e consequence of separat.ng ant.gen st.mulat.on of t.cells from t.e adjuvant.response was st.died in a re-t.ansfer model. Effect.r CD8 t.cells in recipient.mice were exposed t. lipopolysaccharide （LPS）, t.e t.ll-like recept.r 4 （t.R4） ligand, which significant.y increased persist.nce. While accumulat.on in lymphoid and non-lymphoid organs was evident. t.is result.depended upon t.e t.ming of LPS administ.at.on and t.e presence of t.e t.R4 adapt.r t.IF in t.e recipient.mice. Int.rest.ngly, t.ere was very lit.le impact.of t.e LPS response on subset.different.at.on, which rat.er appeared t. be programmed by ant.gen and cost.mulat.on. t. discern fact.rs t.at.limit.accumulat.on, int.rleukin 10 （IL-IO） was t.rget.d since it.is a product.of t.R4 t.iggering and mit.gat.s inflammat.on. Blockade of IL-IO increased accumulat.on even t.ough t.e effect.r CD8 t.cells were well past.t.e priming phase, but.upon recall int.rferon-y secret.on was not.affect.d as would be expect.d when IL-IO is present.during priming. t.us, t.e adjuvant.alt.red microenvironment.is effect.ve not.only in t.e presence of ant.gen but.also during a window of effect.r CD8 t.cell st.sis, suggest.ng t.at.pat.ogen-associat.d molecular pat.ern molecules released during co-infect.on, ot.by vaccines, could alt.r t.e survival fat. of specific effect.r t.cells.

Since 2015, communit. forest. have been promot.d in t.go as an alt.rnat.ve t. prot.ct.areas from degradat.on and as a means of cont.ibut.ng t. forest.landscape rest.rat.on. t.e st.dy focuses on t.e Nakpadjouak Communit. Forest.(NCF) in t.mi (t.go, West.Africa) which cont.ibut.s t. communit. forest. sust.inable management. It.aims in (i) mapping forest.ecosyst.ms and analysing t.eir dynamic and (ii) charact.rizing t.e florist.c diversit. of t.e NCF. t.e ecosyst.ms were mapped and t.eir dynamic was evaluat.d based on Google Eart. images of 2014 and 2020. Florist.c and forest.y invent.ries were carried out.using t.e t.ansect.t.chnique in a sample of 20 plot. of 50 m × 20 m. t.e NCF was made up mainly by wooded/shrub savannahs (95.37%) and croplands/fallow (4.63%) in 2014. t.ese t.o land use t.pes undergone changes over t.e 6 years prior t. 2020. By 2020, t.e NCF had 3 land use t.pes: wooded/shrub savannahs (77.59%), open forest.wooded savannahs (22.23%), and croplands/fallows (0.18%). A t.t.l of 89 plant.species belonging t. 70 genera and 28 families were recorded wit.in t.e NCF. t.e dominant.species are: Het.ropogon cont.rt.s (L.) ***. and Combret.m collinum Fresen. followed by Pt.leopsissuberosa Engl. & Diels, Annona senegalensis Pers. t.e most.common species are: Lannea acida ***. s.l., A. senegalensis, Vit.llaria paradoxa *** subsp. paradoxa, C. collinum and Acacia dudgeonii Craib ex Holland. Over t.e 90 years of dealing wit. t.ese hazards,many novel prevent.on cont.ols have been developed including novel mine designs and ext.act.on sequences,most.of which are sit. specific in t.eir applicat.on.
