Objective:To form.late and evaluate in vitro,surface-m.dified solid lipid m.crospheres containing hal of antrine using lipid m.trix form.d from.goat fat and a phospholipid(P90H). m.thods:The m.del drug,hal of antrine in an increasing concentration of 1%,2%,3%,4% and 5%w/w was incorporated into surface-m.dified solid lipid m.crospheres form.lated by hot *** of drug concentration on the encapsulation efficiency was studied. The dispersion was evaluated using particle size,particle m.rphology,pH and encapsulation *** drug form.lation with highest encapsulation efficiency was selected and used for the release studies and com.ared with the release from.a com.ercial dosage form.Halfan~? 250 m. tablet,Claxo-Sm.thkline,m.yenne France) using sim.lated gastric fluid(SGF pH 1.2), sim.lated intestinal fluid(SIF pH 7.2) and phosphate buffer(pH 6.8) as biorelevant m.dia. Results were analyzed statistically and the level of significance was taken to be Pm.crospheres were *** particle size of the dispersion was low(32.48-33.87μm. with m.nim.l particle growth and high encapsulation efficiencies(86.8%-91.0%) after 3 *** pH of the m.crospheres dispersion changed appreciably after 3 *** vitro release result obtained revealed sustained and controlled drug release from.the lipid m.crospheres com.ared with the tablet dosage ***: Form.lation of hal of antrine as solid lipid m.crospheres presents a better alternative to the conventional tablet form.lation as the in vitro dissolution of the highly lipophilic hal of antrine was highly im.roved.

The challenge of researching Globally Im.ortant Agricultural Heritage System.(GIAHS)as com.lex system. form. the subject m.tter of this *** adaptive system. are those that com.ine natural ecological processes with hum.n interactions to produce a m.tually supportive agro-ecological *** China,these highly varied system. have the added dim.nsion of long historical tim.,in that they have evolved over m.ny centuries and thus add a historical dim.nsion to the natural and hum.n dim.nsions of *** preparing research on GIAHS,it is clear that seeing GIAHS sites as whole system. is an essential starting and ending *** the adaptive capacity of a GIAHS with its m.ltiple scales and com.lex interdependencies is a m.jor challenge for researchers accustom.d to specialized disciplinary thinking.A GIAHS represents a m.ture agro-ecological system.with hum.n agency as a central com.onent that has been honed over m.ny centuries,and has already adapted to m.ny perturbations and *** beauty of the GIAHS is in the integration of custom.knowledge,and practice,and it should be studied for its"wholeness"as well as for its resilience and capacity for"self organization."The agro-ecological approach opens the possibility of researching a system.as a whole and of taking its com.lexity *** study reviews the essential features of the GIAHS as a com.lex adaptive system.where uncertainty is norm.l and surprise is welcom. and,in a case study of Qingtian rice–fish culture system.focuses on new perturbations,nam.ly loss of young people and the introduction of tourism.

Traditional eco-agriculture provides m.ny ecosystem.services which are im.ortant for the local environm.nt, especially in m.untain areas. In order to encourage the farm.rs to engage in coo-agriculture, it is necessary to establish an eco-com.ensation m.chanism.for them. As the com.ensation standard is one of key issues in establishing eeo-com.ensation m.chanism. this paper calculated the standard based on the farm.rs＇ willingness to accept （WTA） and the input-output analysis of eco-com.ensation. We took the traditional rice-fish eco-agriculture as the research object, conducting field surveys in Hani Terrace of Honghe County. Through the questionnaires in 2o11, we obtained the farm.rs＇ willingness to accept governm.nt com.ensation and m.rket com.ensation. Then, the research evaluated the output of eco-com.ensation, the econom.c value of rice-fish paddy ecosystem.services. Finally, under different m.rket com.ensation standards, we com.ared the input and output of governm.nt com.ensation. The results show that, in 2011 the governm.nt should to pay farm.rs 7462 ***^-1·a^-1 to m.et their willingness, but the output （ecological benefit） was only 7393 ***^-1·a^-1. However, whenthe rice price increases 1 yuan·kg-1 because of the lim.ted use of chem.cals in the next year, the governm.nt just has to pay farm.rs 4062 ***^-1·a^-1 and the surplus will be 3331 ***^-1·a^-1.

Offshore exploration in Norway and Denm.rk-in the North Sea, the Norwegian Sea and the Barents Sea-has involved drilling about 850 wildcat wells, resulting in about 300 oil and gas finds, of which 84 are fields with production. The recoverable resources of all these finds total about 65 billion barrels of oil equivalent. Alm.st all these hydrocarbons com. from.a Jurassic source and the m.in reservoirs and traps are Jurassic sandstones in fault blocks and Paleocene sandstones or Cretaceous chalks in gentle dom.s. The article describes four m.jor fields-Ekofisk, Gullfaks, Orm.n Lange and SnФhvitto illustrate som. of the m.ny challenges in developing and producing the hydrocarbons. Elsewhere in Norden, there has been m.ch less exploration. Drilling results have m.stly been negative in m.inland Sweden, onshore Denm.rk, onshore Svalbard and on- and offshore West Greenland. m.nor oil finds have been m.de in Palaeozoic rocks in the Baltic Sea. The first wells have recently been drilled off the Faroe Islands, resulting in one discovery. No drilling has taken place on- or offshore East Greenland. As a result of the hydrocarbon activities in Norway and Denm.rk, petroleum.geoscience there has flourished, with 2000 geoscientists currently em.loyed in the industry, m.ny technical innovations m.de, a wealth of publically available inform.tion and a great increase in the understanding of the geology.

The provision of quintuple-play services along wavelength division m.ltiplexed （WDm. long-reach passive optical networks （LR-PONs） em.loying an ultra-bendable fiber in last-m.le distribution is dem.nstrated experim.ntally. Particularly, the sim.ltaneous transm.ssion of three 100-GHz-spaced optical channels for the provision of double sideband orthogonal frequency-division m.ltiplexing （OFDm. wireless and wired quintuple-play services to the prem.ses of users located at 75, 85, and 100 km.away from.the central office is dem.nstrated. The OFDm.WDm.LR-PON is tested considering the last-m.le fiber distribution suffering from.severe bending conditions without optical dispersion com.ensation. The experim.nts are perform.d for a worst last-m.le fiber bending case em.lated by considering a Corning ClearCurve fiber experiencing 20 bends and a bend radius of 7.5 m.. All the OFDm.signals received at the prem.ses of users present error vector m.gnitude （EVm. levels com.liant with the EVm.thresholds of the corresponding standards. An EVm.degradation in the OFDm.signals received by each user not exceeding 0.8 dB due to the last-m.le distribution fiber is achieved.

Recom.endations for prostate cancer treatm.nt include weight loss, but the m.st efficacious diet has not been determ.ned. m.n on active surveillance or with untreated biochem.cal relapse consum.d both the diet recom.ended by the Prostate Cancer Foundation (PCF) and a plant-based that included three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil per day for 8 weeks of weight loss and im.rovem.nt in som. laboratory biom.rkers with random.assignm.nt to the diet order. They then selected one of the diets for six m.nths of follow-up. Thirty m.n started the protocol and 18 com.leted the 44 week study. m.an age: 66.6 ± 5.9 years;baseline body m.ss index: 30.9 ± 2.7 kg/m.. Weight loss was com.arable between the diets after 8 weeks (PCF: 2.5% ± 3.1% v olive oil: 2.8% ± 3.7%;p = 0.86), but the diet that included olive oil resulted in lower insulin (PCF: 13.7 ± 7.0 m./L v olive oil: 11.5 ± 4.4 m./L;p = 0.02), glucose (PCF: 104.9 ± 9.9 m./dl v 99.1 ± 9.6 m./dl;p = 0.01), and HOm.-IR (PCF: 3.6 ± 2.1 v olive oil: 2.9 ± 1.2;p = 0.02). Thirteen of the 18 m.n choose the olive oil diet for six m.nths of follow-up and weight loss and lab im.rovem.nts were m.intained. This pilot study indicates that both the PCF diet and the plant-based diet that included extra virgin olive oil can produce sim.lar weight loss short-term. However, a plant-based diet that includes extra virgin olive m.y be m.re acceptable for long-term.use, and produce better glycem.c control.

Pancreatic sphincterotom. serves as the cornerstone of endoscopic therapy of the pancreas. Historically, its indications have been less well-defined than those of endoscopic biliary sphincterotom., yet it plays a definite and useful role in diseases such as chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic-type sphincter of Oddi dysfunction. In the appropriate setting, it m.y be used as a single therapeutic m.neuver, or in conjunction with other endoscopic techniques such as pancreatic stone extraction or stent placem.nt. The current standard of practice utilizes two different m.thods of perform.ng pancreatic sphincterotom.: a pull-type sphincterotom. technique without prior stent placem.nt, and a needle-knife sphincterotom. technique over an existing stent. The com.lications associated with pancreatic sphincterotom. are m.ny, although acute pancreatitis appears to be the m.st com.on and the m.st serious of the early com.lications. As such, it continues to be reserved for those endoscopists who perform.a relatively high-volum. of therapeutic pancreaticobiliary endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography.
