The term Internet of Things refers to the networked interconnection of objects of diverse nature, such as electronic devices, sensors, but also physical objects and beings as well as virtual data and environments. Although the basic concept of the Internet of Things sounds simple, its application is difficult and, so far, the respective existing architectural models are rather monolithic and are dominated by several limitations. The paper introduces a generic Internet of Things architecture trying to resolve the existing restrictions of current architectural models by integrating both RFId and smart object-based infrastructures, while also exploring a third parameter, i.e. the social potentialities of the Internet of Things building blocks towards shaping the “Social Internet of Things”. The proposed architecture is based on a layered lightweight and open middle-ware solution following the paradigm of Service Oriented Architecture and the Semantic Model driven Ap-proach, which is realized at both design-time and deployment–time covering the whole service lifecycle for the corresponding services and applications provided.

目的探讨和评价下颌骨牵引成骨技术在治疗儿童小下颌畸形伴阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructivesleepapneasyndrome,OSAS)中的应用价值。方法6例先天性小下颌发育不全畸形伴重度OSAS,年龄4个月至9岁。每例患者术前术后均行X射线头影测量及睡眠多导图仪检查。用牵引成骨技术牵引双侧下颌骨,带动舌和口底肌肉组织前移,使口咽腔通畅,达到治疗小下颌畸形患者OSAS的目的。结果6例12侧下颌骨牵引成骨,最大牵引延长距离为25mm,最小15mm,平均19.2mm。后气道间隙由平均4.5mm增至10.1mm。牵引时间最短10d,最长20d,平均14.5d。所有病例在截骨、牵引器固定过程中均未损伤下牙槽神经血管束。牵引过程顺利,牵引区成骨良好。随访2至11个月。1例需要进行继续治疗,5例均恢复正常呼吸,去除鼻咽导气管和气管切开导管。结论下颌骨牵引成骨术是治疗OSAS重要的有效治疗手段,能够有效地矫正口咽腔气道狭窄,改善呼吸,可在年幼儿童应用。随着应用例数的增多会更详尽阐明其所发挥的作用。

A mechanism for the delamination of thermal barrier systems has been described and *** is based on the observations that,under some circumstances,vertical separations develop in the coating,creating an"internal"*** associated gaps,width w,allow the coating to displace in the presence of a strain misfit with the *** turn,the displacements induce an energy release rate,G. delaminations develop from the base of the vertical separations when G exceeds the modeⅡtoughness of the *** analysis reveals that,when the gaps are narrow(small w),they close before the full misfit strain can be *** they close,the energy release rate decreases,causing the cracks to be *** is,the size of the delaminations is controlled explicitly by the gap *** a critical w,the cracks become unstable and spall the entire coating. dogs have been under strong artificial selection as a consequence of their relationship with man. differences between breeds are evident that could be reflected in seminal characteristics. The present study was to evaluate differences in sperm head morphometry between seven well-defined breeds of dog： the British Bulldog, Chihuahua, German Shepherd, Labrador Retriever, Spanish Mastiff, Staffordshire Terrier, and Valencian Rat Hunting dog. Semen samples were obtained by masturbation and smears stained with diff-Quik. Morphometric analysis （CASA-Morph） produced four size and four shape parameters. Length, Ellipticity, and Elongation showed higher differences between breeds. MANOVA revealed differences among all breeds. Considering the whole dataset, principal component analysis （PCA） showed that PC1 was related to head shape and PC2 to size. Procluster analysis showed the British Bulldog to be the most isolated breed, followed by the German Shepherd. The PCA breed by breed showed the Chihuahua, Labrador Retriever, Spanish Mastiff, and Staffordshire Terrier to have PC1 related to shape and PC2 to size, whereas the British Bulldog, Valencia Rat Hunting dog, and German Shepherd had PC1 related to size and PC2 to shape. The dendrogram for cluster groupings and the distance between them showed the British Bulldog to be separated from the rest of the breeds. Future work on dog semen must take into account the large differences in the breeds＇ sperm characteristics. The results provide a base for future work on phylogenetic and evolutionary studies of dogs, based on their seminal characteristics.
