Data security is a major cloud computing issue due to different usertransactions in the system. The evolution of cryptography and cryptographic analysis are regarded domains of current research. deoxyribo nucleic acid (DNA) cryptography makes use of DNA as a sensing platform, which is then manipulated usinga variety of molecular methods. Many security mechanisms including knowledgebased authentication, two-factor authentication, adaptive authentication, multifactorauthentication and single password authentication have been deployed. These cryptographic techniques have been developed to ensure confidentiality, but most ofthem are based on complex mathematical calculations and equations. In the proposed approach, a novel and unique Hybrid helix scuttle-deoxy ribo nucleic acids(HHS-DNA) encryption algorithm has been proposed which is inspired by DNAcryptography and Helix scuttle. The proposed HHS-DNA is a type of multifold binary version of DNA (MF-BDNA). The major role of this paper is to present a multifold HHS-DNA algorithm to encrypt the cloud data assuring more security with lesscomplexity. The experimentation is carried out and it reduces the encryption time,cipher text size, and improves throughput. when compared with previous techniques, there is a 45% improvement in throughput, 37% fast in encryption time,54.67% cipher text size. The relevant experimental results and foregoing analysisshow that this method is of good robustness, stability, and security.

Genetic association of autoimmune hepatitis and human leucocyte antigen in German patients

AIM: To report on our large German collective and updated data of 142 patients with autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) type 1. MeTHODS: Key investigations performed were liver biopsy, serum autoantibodies as well as serum markers such as IgG and elevated transaminases. Antinuclear antigen (ANA) and smooth muscle antigen (SMA) autoantibodies characterized type 1 AIH. Type 3 (AIH) was solely characterized by the occurrence of soluble liver antigen/liver-pancreas antigen (SLA/LP) autoantibodies either with or without ANA or SMA autoantibodies. ReSULTS: Most prevalent HLAs were A2 (68 patients, 48%), B8 (63 patients, 44%), C7 (90 patients, 63%), DR3 (49 patients, 38%), DR4 (49 patients, 38%) and DQ2 (42 patients, 30%). Compared to the Italian and North American patients, we found fewer patients with a DQ2 subtype. Furthermore, the B8-DR3-DQ2 human leucocyte antigen (HLA) was also less prominent compared to the North American patients. However, prevalences of B8, DR3, DR4, DR7, DR11 and DR13 were comparable to the Italian and North American patients. Furthermore, we report on an additional subgroup of patients with SLA/LP positive AIH. Generally, in this subgroup of patients the same HLA subtypes were favoured as the AIH type 1. CONCLUSION: Although HLA subtypes were comparable between these three collectives, the German patients were distinct from the Italian and North American patients with respect to DQ2 and from the North American patients with respect to B8-DR3-DQ2HLA. A clinical correlation, e.g. difference in severity or treatability of AIH type 1, has yet to be determined.

AIM： To approach the elusive function of the SLA/LP molecule, we have characterized genomic organization and conservation of the major antigenic and functional properties of the SLA/LP molecule in various species. MeTHODS： By means of computational biology, we have characterized the complete SLA/LP gene, mRNA and deduced protein sequences in man, mouse, zebrafish, fly, and worm. ReSULTS： The human SLA/LP gene sequence of approximately 39 kb, which maps to chromosome 4p15.2, is organized in 11 exons, of which 10 or 11 are translated, depending on the splice variant. Homologous molecules were identified in several biological model organisms. The various homologous protein sequences showed a high degree of similarity or homology, notably at those residues that are of functional importance. The only domain of the human protein sequence that lacks significant homology with homologous sequences is the major antigenic epitope recognized by autoantibodies from autoimmune hepatitis （AIH） patients. CONCLUSION： The SLA/LP molecule and its functionally relevant residues have been highly conserved throughout the evoluti n, suggesting an indispensable function of the molecule. The finding that the only non-conserved domain is the dominant antigenic epitope of the human SLA/LP sequence, suggests that SLA/LP autoimmunity is autoantigen-driven rather than being driven by molecular mimicry.

Hepatocellular carcinoma in patients with autoimmune hepatitis

AIM: To evaluate and confirm the low incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in patients with autoimmune hepatitis (AIH). At present only very few cases of HCC in patients with AIH and definite exclusion of chronic viral hepatitis have been published, suggesting that HCC due to AIH is rare. MeTHODS: In order to further investigate the incidence of HCC in patients with AIH, we reviewed our large cohort of 278 patients with AIH. ReSULTS: eighty-nine patients (32%) were diagnosed with liver cirrhosis, a preneoplastic condition for HCC. we studied a total of 431 patient years of cirrhosis in these patients, an average 4.8 years per patient. During this period none of the patients of our own study cohort developed HCC. However, three patients with HCC due to AIH associated liver cirrhosis were referred to our department for further treatment of HCC. In all three patients chronic viral hepatitis was excluded. CONCLUSION: we conclude that HCC may under rare circumstances develop due to chronic AIH dependent liver cirrhosis. Compared to other causes of liver cirrhosis such as chronic viral hepatitis, alcohol, or hemochromatosis, the incidence of HCC is significantly lower. Pathophysiological differences between AIH and chronic viral hepatitis responsible for differences in the incidence of HCC are yet to be further characterized and may lead to new therapeutic concepts in prevention and treatment of liver cancer.

Diatoms are unicellular algae of great ecological importance. So far, very little is known about the regulation of carbon fixation in these algae; however, there are strong indications that in diatom plastids, the ferredoxin/thioredoxin system might play a minor role in redox regulation of the photosynthetic reactions compared to land plants. Until now, it is unknown whether there are fewer or other target enzymes of thioredoxins in diatoms. Only a single potential target enzyme for thioredoxin, the plastidic fructose-l,6-bisphosphatase, has yet been identified. Nevertheless, during the annotation of the genome of the diatom Phaeodactylum tricornutum, we identified several genes encoding different thioredoxins. Utilizing in vivo expression of GFP：presequence fusion proteins in P. tricornutum, we were able to show that these thioredoxins are targeted either into plastids, mitochondria, or remain in the cytosol. Surprisingly, two of the three usually cytosolic thioredoxin h proteins are apparently plastid associated and, together with a thioredoxin reductase, putatively located in the periplastidic compartment. This is one of the few indications for so far unknown enzymatic reactions in the space between the two pairs of diatom plastid envelope membranes.

The present review deals with the current scientific knowledge related with ski jump landing.A specific focus is given on the landing biomechanics,the methods utilized for its analysis and the injuries connected to the landing *** the demonstrated importance for the safety and the performance of ski jumpers,the landing and its preparation are rarely *** this paper,after having firstly described the execution of landing and its preparation and the reason why is impor-tant to analyze it,an overview of the current status of the research related to the landing biomechanics is reported(kinetics,kinematics,electromyographic activation,aerodynamics,computer simulation).The third part describes the methods and technologies utilized in literature to analyze the landing and its preparation(video cameras,inertial sensors,force insoles,wind tunnel and computer simulation).After that,an overview of the injuries related to landing is *** final section proposes future research in the field of biomechanics of ski jump landing in different fields,such as computer simulations,kinematic analysis,equipment development and biomechanics of female athletes.

A detailed inspection of roads requires highly detailed spatial data with sufficient precision to deliver an accurate geometry and to describe road defects *** paper presents a novel method for the detection of road *** input data for road defect detection included point clouds and orthomosaics gathered by mobile mapping *** defects were categorized in three major groups with the following geometric primitives:points,lines and *** method suggests the detection of point objects from matched point clouds,panoramic images and ortho *** were mapped as point,line or polygon geometries,directly derived from orthomosaics and panoramic *** the geometric position of road defects,all objects were assigned to a variety of attributes:defect type,surface material,center-of-gravity,area,length,corresponding image of the defect and degree of damage.A spatial dataset comprising defect values with a matching data type was created to perform the attribute analysis quickly and *** final product is a spatial vector data set,consisting of points,lines and polygons,which contains attributes with further information and *** paper demonstrates that mobile mapping suits a large-scale feature extraction of road infrastructure *** its simplicity and flexibility,the presented methodology allows it to be easily adapted to extract further feature types with their *** makes the proposed approach a vital tool for data extraction settings with multiple mobile mapping data analysts,e.g.,offline crowdsourcing.

AIM: To explore the role of the adaptor molecule in liver regeneration after partial hepatectomy (PH). MeTHODS: we used transgenic mice expressing an N-terminal truncated form of MORT1/FADD under the control of the albumin promoter. As previously shown, this transgenic protein abrogated CD95- and CD120a-mediated apoptosis in the liver. Cyclin A expression was detected using western blotting. eLISA and RT-PCR were used to detect IL-6 and IL-6 mRNA, respectively. DNA synthesis in liver tissue was measured by BrdU staining. ReSULTS: Resection of 70% of the liver was followed by a reduced early regenerative response in the transgenic group at 36 h. Accordingly, 36 h after hepatectomy, cyclin A expression was only detectable in wild-type animals. Consequently, the onset of liver mass restoration was retarded as measured by MRI volumetry and mortality was significantly higher in the transgenic group. CONCLUSION: Our data demonstrate for the first time an involvement of the death receptor molecule MORT1/ FADD in liver regeneration, beyond its well described role as part of the intracellular death signaling pathway.

we introduce a training protocol for developing machine learning force fields(MLFFs),capable of accurately determining energy barriers in catalytic reaction *** protocol is validated on the extensively explored hydrogenation of carbon dioxide to methanol over indium *** the help of active learning,the final force field obtains energy barriers within 0.05 eV of Density Functional *** to the computational speedup,not only do we reduce the cost of routine in-silico catalytic tasks,but also find an alternative path for the previously established rate-limiting step,with a 40%reduction in activation ***,we illustrate the importance of finite temperature effects and compute free energy *** transferability of the protocol is demonstrated on the experimentally relevant,yet unexplored,top-layer reduced indium oxide *** ability of MLFFs to enhance our understanding of extensively studied catalysts underscores the need for fast and accurate alternatives to direct ab-initio simulations.
