The Internet of Things(IoT)has been rapidly evolving towards making a greater impact on everyday life to large industrial ***,this has attracted the attention of cybercriminals who made IoT a target of malicious activities,opening the door to a possible attack on the end *** this end,Numerous IoT intrusion detection Systems(IDS)have been proposed in the literature to tackle attacks on the IoT ecosystem,which can be broadly classified based on detection technique,validation strategy,and deployment *** survey paper presents a comprehensive review of contemporary IoT IDS and an overview of techniques,deployment Strategy,validation strategy and datasets that are commonly applied for building *** also review how existing IoT IDS detect intrusive attacks and secure communications on the *** also presents the classification of IoT attacks and discusses future research challenges to counter such IoT attacks to make IoT more *** purposes help IoT security researchers by uniting,contrasting,and compiling scattered research ***,we provide a unique IoT IDS taxonomy,which sheds light on IoT IDS techniques,their advantages and disadvantages,IoT attacks that exploit IoT communication systems,corresponding advanced IDS and detection capabilities to detect IoT attacks.

Signature verification is regarded as the most beneficial behavioral characteristic-based biometric feature in security and fraud *** is also a popular biometric authentication technology in forensic and commercial transactions due to its various advantages,including noninvasiveness,user-friendliness,and social and legal *** to the literature,extensive research has been conducted on signature verification systems in a variety of languages,including English,Hindi,Bangla,and ***,the Arabic Offline Signature Verification(OSV)system is still a challenging issue that has not been investigated as much by researchers due to the Arabic script being distinguished by changing letter shapes,diacritics,ligatures,and overlapping,making verification more ***,signature verification systems have shown promising results for recognizing signatures that are genuine or forgeries;however,performance on skilled forgery detection is still *** existing methods require many learning samples to improve verification accuracy,which is a major drawback because the number of available signature samples is often limited in the practical application of signature verification *** study addresses these issues by presenting an OSV system based on multifeature fusion and discriminant feature selection using a genetic algorithm(GA).In contrast to existing methods,which use multiclass learning approaches,this study uses a oneclass learning strategy to address imbalanced signature data in the practical application of a signature verification *** proposed approach is tested on three signature databases(SID)-Arabic handwriting signatures,CEDAR(Center of Excellence for Document Analysis and Recognition),and UTSIG(University of Tehran Persian Signature),and experimental results show that the proposed system outperforms existing systems in terms of reducing the False Acceptance Rate(FAR),False Rejection Rate(FRR),and Equa

It is crucial,while using healthcare data,to assess the advantages of data privacy against the possible *** from several sources must be combined for use in many data mining *** medical practitioner may use the results of association rule mining performed on this aggregated data to better personalize patient care and implement preventive ***,numerous heuristics(e.g.,greedy search)and metaheuristics-based techniques(e.g.,evolutionary algorithm)have been created for the positive association rule in privacy preserving data mining(PPDM).When it comes to connecting seemingly unrelated diseases and drugs,negative association rules may be more informative than their positive *** is well-known that during negative association rules mining,a large number of uninteresting rules are formed,making this a difficult problem to *** this research,we offer an adaptive method for negative association rule mining in vertically partitioned healthcare datasets that respects users’*** applied approach dynamically determines the transactions to be interrupted for information hiding,as opposed to predefining *** study introduces a novel method for addressing the problem of negative association rules in healthcare data mining,one that is based on the Tabu-genetic optimization *** search is advantageous since it removes a huge number of unnecessary rules and item *** using benchmark healthcare datasets prove that the discussed scheme outperforms state-of-the-art solutions in terms of decreasing side effects and data distortions,as measured by the indicator of hiding failure.

Mosques are considered as one of the most significant architectures for Muslim,where they have evolved to attain the Islamic *** worship activities are done within these public architectures and these activities required various acoustical *** geometry of mosques and their ceiling is largely impacted on the acoustical *** domes are the most shape that utilized to construct the mosque *** geometric architecture of the domes represents one of the key factors that impact on the performance of acoustics within the ***,this paper aims to determine the impact of geometric architecture of domes on the quality of acoustical characteristics within the *** mosque of King Abullah has been selected as a case study to address this ***,many mosques have been studied from the literature to determine the impact of the geometrical structure of the domes on the acoustic characteristics and speech *** parameters have been utilized to measure the acoustical performance like RT,clarity,dome volume,dome shape,dome height and the material utilized to cover the dome *** on the studies within the literature and the case study within this paper,the impact of the geometrical structure of the domes has been determined,also the impact of these parameters on the sound quality within the mosque has been determined at the end of this paper.

Microstrip patch antenna (MPA) is widely implemented in different communication systems. One of the main disadvantages of MPA which limits its applications is its narrow bandwidth. In this paper I enhanced the bandwidth of MPA by inserting multiple slots in its ground plane. I used FR-4 substrate to design this antenna. The dimensions of this antenna are 59 mm and 79 mm. The dielectric constant is 4.4 and the height is 1.6 mm. I inserted up to 15 slots in ground plane with 1mm width. The spacing between slots is 3 mm. I investigated two designs. In the first design, slots were arranged in parallel to the feeding line. In the second one, slots were arranged horizontally to the feeding line. The main objective of this paper is to design and simulate MPA suitable for wide number of applications. Antenna bandwidth improvement is 18%. All the simulations were obtained by using HFSS simulator.

Ultra-wideband (UWB) is one of the recent topics that received a great concern from academia and industry. However, UWB found many difficulties to be standardized due to the overlay working that made UWB an important potential interference source to many licensed and unlicensed spectrum throughout the band 3.1 to 10.6 GHz. This paper demonstrates the design of integrated triple band notched for UWB Microstrip antenna. We simulated UWB short range systems which require low power and these are built using inexpensive digital components. We proposed a compact triple band notched CPW (Co-planar Waveguide) fed Micro strip Antenna (MSA) for UWB. This band-notched antenna has rejection characteristics at 3.2 GHz (for Wi-MAX band 3.16 to 3.32 GHz), at 5.5 GHz (for WLAN 2 band—5.3 to 5.72 GHz) and at 7.9 GHz (for ITU band 7.72 GHz to 8.13 GHz). The simulation was done using IE3D simulator.
