由于益生菌对消化系统的强酸和高浓度胆汁盐环境较为敏感,并且在肠道中定殖能力较低,因此开发新颖有效的益生菌包埋体系用于解决上述问题很有必要。本研究使用羧甲基化β-葡聚糖(m GN),通过金属-酚醛网络结构(Fe-TA)的桥联作用,将其黏附在乳酸乳球菌(LL)表面,构建乳酸乳球菌的包埋体系LL@Fe-TA@mGN,并评价LL@Fe-TA@mGN对胃液与胆盐的抗性及其在体内的滞留能力。结果表明:当mGN的质量浓度为0.12 mg/mL时,LL@Fe-TA@mGN体系的粒径和zeta-电位都达到峰值,表明该质量浓度为mGN包埋单个乳酸乳球菌的最佳质量浓度。在MRS液体培养基中,LL@FeTA@mGN的生长曲线与LL的生长曲线没有显著性差异,说明mGN的毒性可以忽略不计。在扫描电镜与透射电镜分析中均可清晰地看到一层“膜”完整地包覆在乳酸乳球菌表面。经2 h模拟胃液与胆盐的孵育,mGN包埋后的LL抗胃液能力与抗胆盐能力相比于未包埋的LL分别提升14.63倍与1.94倍。体内荧光成像实验证实LL@Fe-TA@mGN具有更强的肠道滞留能力。综上,本研究开发的乳酸乳球菌单菌包埋技术能够显著提升乳酸乳球菌的胃肠道抗性与体内滞留能力。研究结果可为益生菌包埋系统的开发与利用提供新的思路和策略。

The herbaceous peony(Paeonia lactiflora Pall.)has high ornamental *** problems occur when seedlings are replanted into previous *** studied the root system and soil environment of the'Dongjingnvlang'variety under a continuous planting regime of one,four,and seven years,and a replanting regime of one and four *** the condition of continuous planting,with the increase of number of years,pH,ammonium nitrogen,and nitrate nitrogen decreased in the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils,whereas organic matter,available phosphorus and potassium,enzyme activities,and the number of bacteria,fungi,and actinomycetes *** the condition of replanting,with the increase of number of years,fungi and actinomycetes in both soils increased,while pH,organic matter,nutrients,enzyme activities,and bacterial number ***,organic matter,nutrient content,enzyme activity and the number of bacterial were lower in soil replanted for four years,whereas the abundance of fungi and actinomycetes was higher,altering the soil from“bacterial high-fertility”to“fungal low-fertility”with increasing years of *** activity of antioxidant enzymes and MDA content in roots of peony in replanting were higher than those in continuous planting,while the content of osmotic regulatory substances in replanting was lower than that in continuous *** results showed that there were no obvious adverse factors in soil during seven years of continuous planting,and herbaceous peony could maintain normal growth and ***,soils after four years of replanting were not suitable for herbaceous peony *** acid increased with years of replanting,which potentially caused replanting *** study provides a theoretical basis for understanding the mechanism of replanting problems in the herbaceous peony.

目的探讨宿主感染疟原虫后肺脏CD4^(+)T细胞中程序性细胞死亡1蛋白(PD-1)的表达情况及功能。方法将5~6周雌性C57BL/6小鼠随机分为正常组和感染组,每组6只。采用流式细胞术检测疟原虫感染前后小鼠肺脏CD4^(+)T细胞中PD-1的表达情况,并用流式检测肺脏PD-1+CD4^(+)T细胞表型和细胞因子的分泌能力,之后采用qRT-PCR技术检测可能参与PD-1表达的相关转录因子B淋巴细胞诱导成熟蛋白1(Blimp-1)、活化T细胞核因子(NFATc1)、信号转导及转录激活因子(STAT)3、STAT4、干扰素刺激基因因子3(ISGF3)、激活蛋白1(AP-1)、缺口基因Notch、叉头转录因子1(FoxO1)、核因子-κB(NF-κB)的表达情况。结果疟原虫感染后,小鼠肺脏表达PD-1的CD4^(+)T细胞的比例显著升高,由原来的11.66%升高到58.60%,差异有统计学意义(t=7.892,P<0.01)。感染组小鼠肺脏中PD-1+CD4^(+)T细胞表达CD69分子高于PD-1-CD4^(+)T细胞,差异有统计学意义(t=9.856,P<0.01)。在感染组,与PD-1-CD4^(+)T细胞相比,更多的PD-1+CD4^(+)T细胞分泌IFN-γ、白细胞介素(IL)-2和IL-10,差异均有统计学意义(t=7.301、4.876、7.607,P均<0.05)。qRT-PCR检测结果发现与正常组相比,感染组脾脏中多种转录因子的表达量均改变,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论疟原虫感染后,小鼠肺脏中表达PD-1的CD4^(+)T细胞参与了免疫应答,并通过分泌细胞因子,发挥免疫调节作用。

In this paper, we solve the output feedback control problem of stochastic high-order planar nonlinear systems with output constraint and stochastic integral input-to-state stability(SiISS) inverse dynamics. By employing a key coordinate transformation, a stochastic nonlinear system with output constraint and SiISS inverse dynamics is converted into an unconstrained system. By skillfully constructing an observer and adopting SiISS small-gain conditions, we develop a new output feedback control design and analysis method, and prove that all the closed-system signals are bounded almost surely, the output constraint is not violated almost surely, and the equilibrium point of the closed-loop system is stochastically asymptotically stable.

In this study, the fixed-time stabilization problem of stochastic high-order nonlinear systems with output constraint and high-order and low-order nonlinearities is addressed. A new coordinate transformation is employed to directly convert output-constrained stochastic systems into an equivalent unconstrained *** fully extracting the characteristics of system nonlinearities and using the stochastic fixed-time stability theorem, a new design and analysis method is constructed to guarantee that the trivial solution of the closed-loop system is stochastically fixed-time stable while fulfilling the output constraint.

Nanocarbon-based conductive membranes, especially carbon nanotube (CNT)-based membranes, have tremendous potential for wastewater treatment and water purification because of their excellent water permeability and selectivity, as well as their electrochemically enhanced performance (e.g., improved antifouling ability). However, it remains challenging to prepare CNT membranes with high structural stability and high electrical conductivity. In this study, a highly electroconductive and structurally stable polyphenylene/CNT (PP/CNT) composite membrane was prepared by electropolymerizing biphenyl on a CNT hollow fiber membrane. The PP/CNT membrane showed 3.4 and 5.0 times higher electrical conductivity than pure CNT and poly(vinyl alcohol)/CNT (PVA/CNT) membranes, respectively. The structural stability of the membrane was superior to that of the pure CNT membrane and comparable to that of the PVA/CNT membrane. The membrane fouling was significantly alleviated under an electrical assistance of −2.0 V, with a flux loss of only 11.7% after 5 h filtration of humic acid, which is significantly lower than those of PP/CNT membranes without electro-assistance (56.8%) and commercial polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membranes (64.1%). Additionally, the rejection of negatively charged pollutants (humic acid and sodium alginate) was improved by the enhanced electrostatic repulsion. After four consecutive filtration-cleaning cycle tests, the flux recovery rate after backwashing reached 97.2%, which was much higher than those of electricity-free PP/CNT membranes (67.0%) and commercial PVDF membranes (61.1%). This study offers insights into the preparation of stable conductive membranes for membrane fouling control in potential water treatment applications.
