视觉反馈对运动功能执行的准确性有重要作用,而视觉反馈增益、反馈延迟时间及反馈频率都会影响运动功能的输出。通过测试不同增益的视觉反馈刺激对握力输出的影响,从行为学上研究视觉反馈增益在运动功能执行中的调节作用。作者设计了变化速度快慢不同的两种力量跟踪任务,在高低不同的两种视觉反馈增益下测定12个受试者力量输出的出错率和偏差两个参数。统计分析表明,视觉反馈增益对力量输出有显著影响;对同样的力量变化速度,视觉反馈增益提高使力量输出的调节作用增强。实验结果提示,视觉反馈增益变化会引起不同皮层区域参与运动功能的执行。

目的研究视觉引导的握力运动力量调节速度快慢所激活脑功能区的异同。方法15例正常受试者右手进行四种模式(由视觉反馈增益和力量变化速度两个因素组合而成)握力运动,同时进行BOLDfMRI扫描,比较四种模式脑激活的异同。结果四种模式握力运动均可激活初级躯体感觉运动区(SMC),双侧前运动区(PMC)、辅助运动区(SMA)、小脑、基底节(BG),对侧后顶叶(PPC),Brodmann40等。其中,随着力量调节速度的提高,SMC激活强度、范围都提高,而BG恰好相反,SMA激活强度提高但范围缩小,小脑表现不明显。结论SMC对力量输出的快速调节作用明显;PPC,PMC参与了将视觉信息转化成力量输出这一过程;BG在快速运动时受到SMC、SMA的制约。

目的运用全脑fMRI技术研究视觉反馈增益在运动功能执行中的调节作用。方法设计快、慢两种变化速度的力量跟踪任务,在高低不同的两种视觉反馈增益下令15名正常受试者做右手握力运动,同时接受BOLD-fMRI扫描;采用t检验分析获得不同运动状态与静息状态信号对比的脑功能图,对比观察脑皮层兴奋区的异同。结果四种模式握力运动均可激活初级躯体感觉运动区(SMC)、双侧前运动区(PMC)、辅助运动区(SMA)、小脑、基底节(BG)和对侧后顶叶(PPC)等。随着反馈增益的提高:S1、PPC、PMC、小脑等激活强度、范围均降低,BG恰好相反;SMA激活强度提高但范围缩小,M1表现不明显。结论视觉反馈增益对力量输出有显著影响,不同增益所激活的脑区不同。PPC、PMC、小脑、基底节等参与调节过程。

在功能磁共振实验设计中,需要利用脉冲发生器模拟磁共振设备的扫描脉冲以实现精确的时间控制。本文提出了一种基于单片机PIC16F877的MRI仿真低频脉冲发生器设计方案,用于需要精准时序的功能磁共振实验设计。本装置的核心部分是单片机PIC16F877,通过单片机的软件来产生不同频率和占空比的脉冲波。通过选择开关来实现脉冲周期和占空比的调节;同时用数码管LED显示脉冲的相应周期。由此装置得到的脉冲幅度为5V,可调周期范围是0.5s^8.0s,精度为0.1s。占空比有20%、30%、40%、50%4种可调。这种MRI仿真脉冲发生器使用简单方便,产生的低频脉冲精度高并且稳定性好,能很好的模拟功能磁共振实验中需要的脉冲信号。

The Lom Pangar dam, the largest reservoir in Cameroon with a storage capacity of 6 km3 and a 30 MW hydropower plant, primarily regulates the hydrologic regime of the Sanaga River to maintain hydropower efficiency during dry seasons and enhance downstream hydropower plant performance. Understanding and managing sediments are crucial for the sustainability of dams, as indicated by numerous studies. This study assessed the granulometry of the sediments transported across the reservoir. For that purpose, 6 samples of fresh sediments were collected in the lacustrine and transitional sections of the reservoir using the standard method. Particles size was assessed using the laser diffusion technic after a 3 mm sieving. Various granulometric parameters were derived from the literature to analyze and characterize those sediments. Results show that silts are more than 70% of particles size and range between 2.19 - 60.26 µm. Size distribution also shows the same trend with D75 less than 51 µm. This is confirmed by the low values of Inman Skewness SkΦ (−0.168 to 0.303). The Sorting index S0 ranges from 0.31 to 0.53 µm, showing a very well-sorted sediments, aligning with low values of Krumbein index (0.906 - 1.683) that express the low heterometry of the particles. The consequence on the dam will be a quick clogging of the bottom of the reservoir. Their pH varies from 7.0 to 7.5. It also appears that the sandy fraction trend is higher in the right bank of the dam and reaches 22% on the right bank of Pangar River due to crystalline geology. Fraction greater than 3000 µm is negligible. The management of the dam has to keep attention to these results as siltation may close the safety outlet of the dam, damage turbines, and provoke recurrent technical and safety issues. Purpose The fact that CrossFit^(®)is the best-known and rapidly growing concept for high-intensity interval training(HIIT)and high-intensity functional training(HIFT)results in a continuous increase of athletes performing CrossFit^(®).In the more than 15,000 CrossFit^(®)Affiliates worldwide,the training concept is usually offered in 1-h training sessions containing the CrossFit^(®)-related workout of the day(WOD),as well as a general warm-up,movement demonstrations,and skill ***,we report how physiological parameters measured by heart rate(HR)values vary during four different 1-h CrossFit^(®)training sessions of non-elite athletes(n=27)in a local affiliated training center and what influencing factors may *** The duration of the 1-h training sessions were divided into a warm-up part(WU-part),a skill development part combined with strength exercises(A-part),followed by the WOD part(B-part).Results Analysis of HR values shows high training intensity(≥91%HR_(max))not throughout the duration of each training session,only during *** mean HR values in B-part differ significantly compared to the remaining training parts(P<0.001)for all four training *** of different CrossFit^(®)experience levels revealed no significant differ-ence in acute physiological demands and training load between beginner and experienced CrossFit^(®)*** Our results may suggest that practicing CrossFit^(®)in 1-h training sessions combined anaerobic and aerobic exercise intensities,with the training concept allows beginners and experienced athletes to be trained with the same cardio-vascular responses and training intensities.
