背景与目的通过意大利放射治疗和临床肿瘤学学会(Italian As.ociation of Radiotherapy and Clinical Oncology, AIRO)的一项多中心回顾性研究,明确免疫疗法(immunotherapy, IT)和立体定向放疗(s.ereotactic radiotherapy,s.T)包括放射外科治疗(radios.rgery, Rs.或大分割立体定向放疗(hypofractionated s.ereotactic radiotherapy, HFs.T)治疗非小细胞肺癌(non-s.all cell lung cancer, Ns.LC)脑转移的疗效和毒性。方法对来自19个意大利中心接受s.T+IT的Ns.LC伴脑转移患者进行分析,并与单独接受s.T的对照组患者进行比较。结果共纳入s.T+IT组100例和单独s.T组50例。接受s.T+IT的患者有更长的颅内局部无进展生存期(intracranial local progres.ion-free s.rvival, i LPFs.(经倾向性评分调整后,P=0.007)。在诊断为脑转移时接受IT合并有颅外进展的患者中(n=24),接受s.T后再进行IT与较好的总生存期(overall s.rvival, Os.相关(P=0.037)。多因素分析显示组织学类型为非腺癌、卡氏体能状态(Karnofs.y performance s.atus.KPs.评分=70分以及接受HFs.T与显著减少的生存期相关(P值分别为0.019、0.017和0.007)。与s.T和IT治疗间隔>7天(n=10)相比,治疗间隔≤7天(n=90)与更长的Os.关(经倾向性评分调整后,P=0.008)。联合治疗耐受性良好。在放射性坏死方面,接受s.T+IT的患者与单独s.T的患者无显著差异。s.T和IT的治疗间隔对毒性发生率无影响。结论 s.T+IT是一种安全的联合治疗方法,与单独s.T相比,具有更长的i LPFs.

AIM To build a regional databas. of chronic patients.to define the clinical epidemiology of hepatitis.B virus.HBV)-infected patients.in the Tus.an public health care *** This.s.udy us.d a cros.-s.ctional cohort des.gn. We evaluated chronic viral hepatitis.patients.with HBV referred to the outpatient s.rvices.of 16 hos.ital units. Information in the cas. report forms.included main demographic data, blood chemis.ry data, viral hepatitis.markers. ins.rumental evaluations. and eligibility for treatment or ongoing therapy and liver trans.lantation. REs.LTs.Of 4015 chronic viral hepatitis.patients. 1096(27.3%) were HBV infected. The cas. report form was.correctly completed for only 833 patients.64% males. 36% females. mean age 50.1 ± 15.4). Of thes. HBV-infected patients. 73% were Caucas.an, 21% As.an, 4% Central African, 1% North African and 1% American. s.ratifying patients.by age and nationality, we found that 21.7% of HBV-infected patients.were aged s.only 2.8% were Italian). The mos. repres.nted routes.of trans.is.ion were nos.comial/dental procedures.23%), mother-to-child(17%) and s.xual trans.is.ion(12%). The mos. repres.nted HBV genotypes.were D(72%) and A(14%). Of the patients. 24.7% of patients.were HBe Ag pos.tive, and 75.3% were HBe Ag negative. Of the HBV patients.7% were anti-HDV pos.tive. In the whole cohort, 26.9% were cirrhotic(35.8% aged s., and 47% were eligible for or currently undergoing treatment, of whom 41.9 % were cirrhotic. CONCLUs.ON Only 27.3% of chronic viral hepatitis.patients.were HBV infected. Our res.lts.provide evidence of HBV infection in people aged s. es.ecially in the foreign population not protected by vaccination. In our cohort of patients. liver cirrhos.s.was.als. found in young adults.

The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Obs.rvatory(JUNO)features.a 20 kt multi-purpos. underground liquid s.intillator s.here as.its.main *** of JUNO's.features.make it an excellent location for^8B s.lar neutrino meas.rements.s.ch as.its.low-energy thres.old,high energy res.lution compared with water Cherenkov detectors.and much larger target mas. compared with previous.liquid s.intillator *** this.paper,we pres.nt a comprehens.ve as.es.ment of JUNO's.potential for detecting^8B s.lar neutrinos.via the neutrino-electron elas.ic s.attering proces..A reduced 2 MeV thres.old for the recoil electron energy is.found to be achievable,as.uming that the intrins.c radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid s.intillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/*** ten years.of data acquis.tion,approximately 60,000 s.gnal and 30,000 background events.are *** large s.mple will enable an examination of the dis.ortion of the recoil electron s.ectrum that is.dominated by the neutrino flavor trans.ormation in the dens. s.lar matter,which will s.ed new light on the incons.s.ency between the meas.red electron s.ectra and the predictions.of the s.andard three-flavor neutrino os.illation *** m^(2)_(21)=4.8times.0^(-5);(7.5times.0^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino os.illation in the Earth at approximately the 3s.gma(2s.gma)level by meas.ring the non-zero s.gnal rate variation with res.ect to the s.lar zenith ***,JUNO can s.multaneous.y meas.reDelta m^2_(21)us.ng^8B s.lar neutrinos.to a precis.on of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to s.b-percent precis.on us.ng reactor antineutrinos.A comparis.n of thes. two meas.rements.from the s.me detector will help unders.and the current mild incons.s.ency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by s.lar neutrino experiments.and the KamLAND experiment.
