Our understanding of immune responses to SARS-CoV-2 and variants of concern(VOCs)has been primarily acquired through analysis of Spike-specific IgG responses.However,a more comprehensive understanding of the breadth and longevity of immune responses after infection and vaccination requires analysis of cellular immunity.Herein,we report on T cell immunity in infected and vaccinated individuals,identifying CD4+/CD8+T cell cytokine responses to SARS-CoV-2 and variant peptides(Alpha,B.1.1.7 and Delta,B.1.617.2).

Economies of scale,economies of scope,and technology spillover are decisive eco-nomic elements that are crucial to the development in the Fintech industry.Thesepositive externalities are often realized through network links.In this paper,we presenta dynamic network ofﬁnancialﬁrms which exhibits these decisive elements.Thenetwork game equilibria are characterized.A Pareto efﬁcient solution involving col-laboration of allﬁrms is provided.To obtain a fair-share distribution of cooperativegains,the Shapley value is adopted as the sharing mechanism.Payoff distributionmechanisms which guarantee the fulﬁlment of the Shapley value distribution in eachstage of the cooperation duration are derived.

SARS-CoV-2 Pooled Testing Methodology for PCR Testing Applied in Private Laboratory in Armenia

Since the beginning of COVID-19 pandemics many countries were facing challenges with testing capacity recourse limitations. Throughout the waves of the pandemic countries were trying to address the existing constrains exploring solutions to increase the testing capacity with more cost-effective approaches. Pooled methodology was one of the methods which many have validated and used. It is evident that in case of pooled sample testing the sensitivity becomes lower, however the variation highly depends on the pool size as well as the incidence rate at the certain point. Armenia as well as many other countries has adopted regulations for mandatory COVID-19 PCR testing for all the travelers. Current study aimed to explore the efficiency of COVID-19 pooled PCR testing for nasopharyngeal swabs of individuals with no symptoms in a time period with good epidemiological state of the infection. Nasopharingeal swab samples from individuals were collected. The manual extraction of RNAs of samples was performed after pooling up to 5 samples. The pools with Cycle Threshold (CT) of < 37 were considered positive and were retested individually. In total 28,015 samples were grouped in 667 pools of which 57 were positive. The total number of positive samples was 65. The median difference (CT-pool–CT samples) was 2.4 (ranging from–3.0 to 8.9). The correlation of CT of pools and positive samples was positive. The correlation coefficient r = 0.84, P < 0.000, 95% CI range 0.7423 to 0.9243). The total economic saving when using pools compared to the individual testing was 72%. The minor difference between CT values of pools and samples can be explained by the dilution effect in the pool. However, the positive correlation between the values as well as the amount of cost saving demonstrate that pooling on nasopharyngeal samples for COVID-19 PCR testing can be a good method for efficient screening with significant resource saving. Despite numerous works devoted to hybrid origin of parthenogenesis in reptiles,the causes of hybridization between different species,resulting in the origin of parthenogenetic forms,remain uncertain.Recent studies demonstrate that sexual species considered parental to parthenogenetic rock lizards(Darevskia spp.)avoid interspecific mating in the secondary overlap areas.A specific combination of environmental factors during last glaciation period was critical for ectotherms,which led to a change in their distribution and sex ratio.Biased population structure(e.g.,male bias)and limited available distributional range favored the deviation of reproductive behavior when species switched to interspecific mates.To date,at least 7 diploid parthenogenetic species of rock lizards(Darevskia,Lacertidae)originated through interspecific hybridization in the past.The cytogenetic specifics of meiosis,in particular the weak checkpoints of prophase l,may have allowed the formation of hybrid karyotypes in rock lizards.Hybridization and polyploidization are 2 important evolutionary forces in the genus Darevskia.At present,throughout backcrossing between parthenogenetic and parental species,the triploid and tetraploid hybrid individuals appear annually,but no triploid species found among Darevskia spp.on current stage of evolution.The speciation by hybridization with the long-term stage of diploid parthenogenetic species,non-distorted meiosis,together with the high ecological plasticity of Caucasian rock lizards provide us with a new model for considering the pathways and persistence of the evolution of parthenogenesis in vertebrates.

The study aims to confirm the neuroregenerative effects of bacterial melanin （BM） on central nervous system injury using a special staining method based on the detection of Ca^2＋-dependent acid phosphatase activity. Twenty-four rats were randomly assigned to undergo either unilateral destruction of sensorimotor cortex （group I; n = 12） or unilateral rubrospinal tract transection at the cervical level （C3-4）（group II; n = 12）. In each group, six rats were randomly selected after surgery to undergo intramuscular injection of BM solution （BM subgroup） and the remaining six rats were intramuscularly in）ected with saline （saline subgroup）. Neurological testing confirmed that BM accelerated the recovery of motor function in rats from both BM and saline subgroups. Two months after surgery, Ca^2＋-dependent acid phosphatase activity detection in combination with Chilingarian＇s calcium adenoside triphosphate method revealed that BM stimulated the sprouting of fibers and dilated the capillaries in the brain and spinal cord. These results suggest that BM can promote the recovery of motor function of rats with central nervous system injury; and detection of Ca^2＋-dependent acid phosphatase activity is a fast and easy method used to study the regeneration-promoting effects of BM on the injured central nervous system.

Melanins are widely used in medicine, pharmacology and cosmetics. Different technologies have been used to obtain melanin including： chemical synthesis based on oxidation of tyrosine and its derivatives; extraction from animal materials; alkaline extraction from plant material; and microbiological synthesis. A few number of works have been published that were focused on purification of water insoluble 3,4-dihy- droxy-phenylalanine-melanins （Kukulianskaia et al., 2002）. The majority of synthetic and natural melanins are insoluble in wa- ter that significantly complicates preparation of pharmacolog- ical and cosmetic preparations. Obtaining of low-cost soluble biotechnological melanin can speed up application of melanin in medicine and other fields. For the first time, melanin-syn-thesizing strain with high level of pigment synthesis - Bacillus thuringiensis was obtained. The ecologically safe technology of biosynthesis, isolation and purification of the bacterial melanin has been elaborated.

In the paper, cooperative two-stage network games are studied. At the first stage of the game, players form a network, while at the second stage players choose their behaviors according to the network realized at the first stage. As a cooperative solution concept in the game, the core is considered.It is proved that some imputations from the core are time inconsistent, whereas one can design for them a time-consistent imputation distribution procedure. Moreover, the strong time consistency problem is also investigated.

Valentin's rock lizard (Darevskia valentini) is suggested to be the pare nt for several parthenoge netic species (e.g., D. armeniaca, D. bendimahiensis, D. sapphirina, and D. unisexualis) that evolved through hybridization. Complex evolutionary processes (ineluding reticulate evolution) are occurring within the areas where Valentin' s rock lizard coexists with these and other rock lizards. Hence, a detailed biological specification of this species is important for understanding how vertebrates evolve. Valentin's rock lizard is a longlived (up to 9 years), small diurnal lizard with larger females than males, which is unlike other species of the genus. Their relatively large eggs and early reproducti on period, which occurs just after emerge nee from winter shelters, are adaptatio ns for living in a high elevation climate (higher than 2 000 m a.s.l.). Their body temperatures (31 -32℃) are comparable to body temperatures of rock lizards living in milder climates, though female body temperature is more depe ndent on substrate temperature and basking due to their lower activity than that found in males. Population density fluctuates from several individuals to several hundred per hectare and is not affected by parthenogen coexistenee, although hybrids do occur in sexually biased populations where males are more common than females. The male home range is larger than that of females, though these home ranges broadly overlap. Prey is not limited in the mountain meadows and Valentin's rock lizards feed on a great variety of arthropods. Infan ticide occurs in high-de nsity populati ons.

The problem of strategic stability of long-range cooperative agreements in dynamic games with coalition structures is investigated. Based on imputation distribution procedures, a general theoretical framework of the differential game with a coalition structure is proposed. A few assumptions about the deviation instant for a coalition are made concerning the behavior of a group of many individuals in certain dynamic environments.From these, the time-consistent cooperative agreement can be strategically supported by ε-Nash or strong ε-Nash equilibria. While in games in the extensive form with perfect information, it is somewhat surprising that without the assumptions of deviation instant for a coalition, Nash or strong Nash equilibria can be constructed.
