Background:Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is a leading cause of vision loss in ***,the standard imaging technique to monitor and prognosticate DR and diabetic maculopathy is dye-based *** the introduction of optical coherence tomography angiography(OcTA),it may serve as a potential rapid,non-invasive imaging modality as an *** text:Recent studies on the role of OcTA in DR include the use of vascular parameters e.g.,vessel density,intercapillary spacing,vessel diameter index,length of vessels based on skeletonised OcTA,the total length of vessels,vascular architecture and area of the foveal avascular *** quantitative measures may be able to detect changes with the severity and progress of DR for clinical *** may also serve as a non-invasive imaging method to detect diabetic macula ischemia,which may help predict visual ***,there are many limitations of OcTA in DR,such as difficulty in segmentation between superficial and deep capillary plexus;and its use in diabetic macula edema where the presence of cystic spaces may affect image *** applications of OcTA in the anterior segment include detection of anterior segment ischemia and iris neovascularisation associated with proliferative DR and risk of neovascular ***:OcTA may potentially serve as a useful non-invasive imaging tool in the diagnosis and monitoring of diabetic retinopathy and maculopathy in the *** studies may demonstrate how quantitative OcTA measures may have a role in detecting early retinal changes in patients with diabetes.

Background:Mild cognitive impairment in Parkinson’s disease(PD-McI)is a common clinical *** its pathology and clinical features is important for early intervention before the onset of *** the past,variable definitions and differences in neuropsychological batteries generated divergent results of the affected cognitive *** body:The introduction of PD-McI criteria by the Movement Disorders society(MDs)Task Force provides a more uniform system for defining and measuring PD-McI and may improve the validity of future ***-McI is likely to be heterogeneous since it can coexist with Alzheimer’s disease and/or Lewy body pathologies in *** of neuropsychiatric disturbances,such as depression,anxiety and apathy,are associated with PD with or without *** addition,cognitive reserve formed by patients’unique life experiences may influence the outward cognitive performance despite the presence of the aforementioned pathogeneses and hence alter the diagnosis of ***:The overlap of cognitive impairment across different neurodegenerative diseases suggests that PD-McI is likely to result from a mixture of complex pathophysiologies,rather than being a distinct pathologic *** McI from other organic symptoms in PD would facilitate novel therapeutic strategies.

crystalline carbon nitride(ccN)has emerged as a highly promising semiconductor photocatalyst with unique properties,such as enhanced charge migration rate,reduced carrier recombination probability,narrow band gap and improved light-harvesting efficiency,which are suitable for a wide range of applications in solar-to-chemical conversion,energy storage,therapeutic and environmental pollution *** the past few years,there has been an increasing number of reviews on ccN ***,most of these reviews mainly focus on synthesis methods,modification and applications,with less emphasis on the relationship between structures and properties,as well as on indepth exploration of the crystalline *** electronic instability of ccN presents challenges for conventional characterization techniques to directly and thoroughly investigate the relationship between its intrinsic atom structure and photocatalytic *** mini-review not only highlights the progress in ccN-based photocatalysts,with a focus on molten-salt synthesis(including solid-salt-induced crystallization),but also emphasizes the atomic structure characterization by specifically introducing the differential phase contrast(DPc)scanning transmission electron microscopy(sTEM)technique,which is essential for enhancing our understanding of the crystal structure and photocatalytic mechanisms of ***,the review outlines the photocatalytic performance and puts forward potential challenges on ccN *** review will provide a clearer understanding of the relationship in developing precise customization strategies for ccN materials and ultimately explain the regularity and specificity of the enhanced performance in targeted photocatalytic systems.

农田排水工程在防御涝渍灾害、促进农作物正常生长和改善田间耕作管理等方面起着积极的作用，合理的排水系统设计是保证排水系统正常运行、作物正常生长的关键。以水平衡理论为基础建立的DRAINMOD模型，可用于研究排水系统对作物生长和各水文要素的影响，适用于浅地下水位和较湿润地区。该文对模型的基本原理和参数输入要求进行了详细描述，采用加拿大安大略省南部Eugene ***试验站自由排水和控制排水—地下灌溉两种水位管理条件下，1992～1994年6～8月地下水埋深观测值、3年地表径流和地下排水水量观测值对模型进行了模拟验证。图形显示和统计参数指标分析表明，模拟值与观测值拟合较好，表明模犁具有良好的水文模拟性能，可用于预测地下水埋深、地表和地下排水量，是农田排水工程设计和水管理的有效工具。

Nowadays,force sensors play an important role in industrial production,electronic information,medical health,and many other ***-dimensional material-based filed effect transistor(2D-FET)sensors are competitive with nano-level size,lower power consumption,and accurate ***,few of them has the capability of impulse detection which is a path function,expressing the cumulative effect of the force on the particle over a period of *** we fabricated the flexible polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)gate dielectric Mos_(2)-FET for force and impulse sensor *** systematically investigated the responses of the sensor to constant force and varying forces,and achieved the conversion factors of the drain current signals(I_(ds))to the detected impulse(I).The applied force was detected and recorded by I_(ds)with a low power consumption of~30 *** sensitivity of the device can reach~8000%and the 4×1 sensor array is able to detect and locate the normal force applied on ***,there was almost no performance loss for the device as left in the air for two months.

Brain-derived neurotrophic factor is a key factor in stress adaptation and avoidance of a social stress behavioral *** studies have shown that brain-derived neurotrophic factor expression in stressed mice is brain region–specific,particularly involving the corticolimbic system,including the ventral tegmental area,nucleus accumbens,prefrontal cortex,amygdala,and *** how brain-derived neurotrophic factor participates in stress processing in different brain regions will deepen our understanding of social stress *** this review,we discuss the expression and regulation of brain-derived neurotrophic factor in stress-sensitive brain regions closely related to the pathophysiology of *** focused on associated molecular pathways and neural circuits,with special attention to the brain-derived neurotrophic factor–tropomyosin receptor kinase B signaling pathway and the ventral tegmental area–nucleus accumbens dopamine *** determined that stress-induced alterations in brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels are likely related to the nature,severity,and duration of stress,especially in the above-mentioned brain regions of the corticolimbic ***,BDNF might be a biological indicator regulating stress-related processes in various brain regions.

Lead halide perovskite nanocrystals(Ncs)exhibit excellent optoelectronic performance and have drawn great interests in the fields of biological imaging and ***,the poor stability of csPbX_(3)(X=cl,Br,I)in water is still a challenge to hinder their practical *** this work,a facile strategy has been developed for aqueous synthesis of csPbX_(3) nanocrystals,in which L-glutamic acid(LGlu)has been used to replace oleic acid in the synthetic *** from the synergic effects of L-Glu and oleylamine(OAm),csPbBr_(3)nanocrystals(L-Glu/OAm-csPbBr_(3)Ncs)with high water stability have been directly prepared under a mild condition at room temperature in water,facilitated by the process of crystal phase transformation from cs_(4)PbBr_(6) to csPbBr_(3).L-Glu/OAm-csPbBr_(3)Ncs exhibit a high quantum yield of 85%and a narrow full width at half maximum of 16 nm,demonstrating their efficient luminescence in ***,L-Glu on the surface have contributed greatly to an acidic environment and passivation of surface defects,improving the water stability and dispersibility of csPbBr_(3)***,L-Glu/OAm-csPbBr_(3)Ncs exhibit great biocompatibility due to the presence of L-Glu,resulting in their good performance for HeLa cell ***,we propose a facile and effective method to prepare csPbBr_(3)nanocrystals with excellent water stability by using L-Glu and OAm as cooperated ligands and expand their application in cell imaging.

Magnetron sputtered nickel oxide with suppressed interfacial defect states for efficient inverted perovskite solar cells

Widely used spin-coated nickle oxide （NiOx） based perovskite solar cells often suffer from severe interfacial reactions between the NiOxand adjacent perovskite layers due to surface defect states,which inherently impair device performance in a long-term view,even with surface molecule *** this study,we developed high-quality magnetron-sputtered NiOxthin films through detailed process optimization,and compared systematically sputtered and spin-coated NiOxthin film surfaces from materials to *** sputtered NiOxfilms exhibit improved crystallinity,smoother surfaces,and significantly reduced Ni3+or Ni vacancies compared to their spin-coated ***,the interface between the perovskite and sputtered NiOxfilm shows a substantially reduced density of defect *** solar cells （Pscs） fabricated with our optimally sputtered NiOxfilms achieved a high power conversion efficiency （PcE） of up to 19.93%and demonstrated enhanced stability,maintaining 86.2% efficiency during 500 h of maximum power point tracking under one standard sun ***,with the surface modification using (4-(2,7-dibromo-9,9-dimethylacridin-10（9H）-yl)butyl)p hosphonic acid （DMAcPA）,the device PcE was further promoted to 23.07%,which is the highest value reported for sputtered NiOxbased Pscs so far.
