Camelina(Camelina sativa)has emerged as a potential biofuel crop globally with its suitability even as a jet fuel source with 75–80%less greenhouse gas emissions compared to common petroleum *** crop has originated from Mediterranean region and belongs to Brassicaceae ***,dRdO has made initial and pioneer efforts in successful introduction of this crop to India and its agro-technology *** a short duration crop with lesser input requirement,it fits well in the cropping pattern of hilly states of Indian *** areas experience fallow land due to shortage of irrigation water for growing other *** present study revealed that irrigation at flowering stage is more *** at this stage(if only one irrigation is available)exhibited grain yield of 1.004 kg·m^(-2)which was 21 and 80%higher over pod setting and rosette stage irrigation,*** maximum seed yield was observed under treatment where irrigation was provided at all three crop growth stages(2.044 kg·m^(-2)).It was 50%higher over T6 treatment(where two irrigations were given at rosette and flowering stage)and 104%higher over T3(where only one irrigation was given at flowering stage).

This work presents the synthesis of Y_(2)O_(3):Eu^(3+),χCa^(2+)(χ=0 mol%,1 mol%,3 mol%,5 mol%,7 mol%,9 mol%,11 mol%)nanophosphors with enhanced photoluminescence properties through a facile solution combustion method for optoelectronic,display,and lighting *** X-ray diffraction(XRd)patterns of the proposed nanophosphor reveal its structural properties and crystalline *** transmission electron microscope(TEM)results confirm the change in the shape of the particle and aggregation of particles after co-doping with Ca^(2+).Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and Raman vibrations also confirm the presence of Y-O vibration and subsequently explain the crystalline nature,structural properties,and purity of the *** the synthesized nanophosphors samples emit intense red emission at 613 nm(~5d_(0)→~7 F_(2))under excitation with 235,394 and 466 nm wavelengths of Eu^(3+)*** photoluminescence(PL)emission spectra excited with 235 nm illustrate the highest emission peak with two other emission peaks excited with 466 and 394 nm that is 1.4 times higher than 466 nm and 1.9 times enhanced by 394 nm wavelength,*** emission intensity of Y_(2)O_(3):Eu^(3+),χCa^(2+)(5 mol%)is increased 8-fold as compared to Eu:Y_(2)O_(3).doping with Ca^(2+)ions enhances the emission intensity of Eu:Y_(2)O_(3)nanopho sphors due to an increase in energy transfer in Ca^(2+)→Eu^(3+)through asymmetry in the crystal field and by introduction of radiative defect centers through oxygen vacancies in the yttria *** is also observed that the optical band gap and the lifetime of the~5d_(0)level of Eu^(3+)ions in Y_(2)O_(3):Eu^(3+),xCa^(2+)nanophosphor sample gets changed with a doping conce ntration of Ca^(2+)*** also reveals high thermal stability and quantum yield as estimating activation energy of 0.25 eV and 81%,***,CCT,and color purity values(>98%)show an improved red-emitting nanophosphor in the warm region of light,which m

In the present study,the micro-mechanical behavior of Co CrFeMnNi high-entropy alloy was investigated using an in-house micro-tensile setup at room temperature and 550℃ at different strain *** properties are compared with those obtained using a commercial macro-tensile setup to check a potential sample size *** show that mechanical properties such as yield strength,ultimate tensile strength and uniform elongation are independent of the sample ***,the total elongation-to-failure of micro-samples is found to be lower than those of *** from this,the material exhibits serrated plastic flow,which is strain rate dependent in terms of the onset strain and shape of serrations at 550℃.Furthermore,transmission electron microscopy investigations were performed to correlate the occurrence of serrations to the observed distinct dislocation *** results provide direct evidence that dislocations are curved and hence effectively pinned and unpinned at the lowest applied strain rate,which might be responsible for the occurrence of serrated plastic flow.

In this paper, analysis of dC and analog/RF performance on cylindrical gate-all-around tunnel fieldeffect transistor（TFET） has been made using distinct device geometry. Firstly, performance parameters of GAATFET are analyzed in terms of drain current, gate capacitances, transconductance, source-drain conductance at different radii and channel length. Furthermore, we also produce the geometrical analysis towards the optimized investigation of radio frequency parameters like cut-off frequency, maximum oscillation frequency and gain bandwidth product using a 3d technology computer-aided design ATLAS. due to band-to-band tunneling based current mechanism unlike MOSFET, gate-bias dependence values as primary parameters of TFET differ. We also analyze that the maximum current occurs when radii of Si is around 8 nm due to high gate controllability over channel with reduced fringing effects and also there is no change in the current of TFET on varying its length from 100 to 40 *** current starts to increase when channel length is further reduced for 40 to 30 nm. Both of these trades-offs affect the RF performance of the device.

Osteoarthritis(OA)of the knee joint is a degenerative disease initiated by mechanical stress that affects millions of *** disease manifests as joint damage and synovial ***-traumatic osteoarthritis(PTOA)is a specific form of OA caused by mechanical trauma to the *** progression of PTOA is prevented by immediate post-injury therapeutic ***-articular injection of anti-inflammatory therapeutics(***)is a common treatment option for OA before end-stage surgical ***,the efficacy of intra-articular injection is limited due to poor drug retention time in the joint space and the variable efficacy of ***,we endeavored to characterize a four-arm maleimide-functionalized polyethylene glycol(PEG-4MAL)hydrogel system as a‘mechanical pillow’to cushion the load-bearing joint,withstand repetitive loading and improve the efficacy of intra-articular injections of nanoparticles containing dexamethasone,an anti-inflammatory ***-4MAL hydrogels maintained their mechanical properties after physiologically relevant cyclic compression and released therapeutic payload in an on-demand manner under in vitro inflammatory ***,the on-demand hydrogels did not release nanoparticles under repetitive mechanical loading as experienced by daily *** dexamethasone had minimal protective effects on OA-like pathology in our studies,the PEG-4MAL hydrogel functioned as a mechanical pillow to protect the knee joint from cartilage degradation and inhibit osteophyte formation in an in vivo load-induced OA mouse model.

Coronavirus(COVId-19)has impacted nearly every person across the globe either in terms of losses of life or as of *** current coronavirus(COVId-19)pandemic is a rare/special situation where people can express their feelings on Internet-based social *** media is emerging as the biggest platform in recent years where people spend most of their time expressing themselves and their *** research is based on gathering data from Twitter and analyzing the behavior of the people during the COVId-19 *** research is based on the logic expressed by people in this perspective and emotions for the suffering of COVId-19 and *** this research,we have used a Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)network model with Convolutional Neural Network using Keras python deep-learning library to determine whether social media platform users are depressed in terms of positive,negative,or neutral emotional out bust based on their Twitter *** results showed that the model has 88.14%accuracy(representation of the correct prediction over the test dataset)after 10 epochs which most tweets showed had neutral *** evaluation shows interesting results in positive(1),negative(–1),and neutral(0)emotions through different visualization.
