Landslide hazard mapping is essential for regional landslide hazard *** main objective of this study is to construct a rainfall-induced landslide hazard map of Luhe County,China based on an automated machine learning framework(AutoGluon).A total of 2241 landslides were identified from satellite images before and after the rainfall event,and 10 impact factors including elevation,slope,aspect,normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI),topographic wetness index(TWI),lithology,land cover,distance to roads,distance to rivers,and rainfall were selected as *** WeightedEnsemble model,which is an ensemble of 13 basic machine learning models weighted together,was used to output the landslide hazard assessment *** results indicate that landslides mainly occurred in the central part of the study area,especially in Hetian and *** 102.44 s were spent to train all the models,and the ensemble model WeightedEnsemble has an Area Under the Curve(AUC)value of92.36%in the test *** addition,14.95%of the study area was determined to be at very high hazard,with a landslide density of 12.02 per square *** study serves as a significant reference for the prevention and mitigation of geological hazards and land use planning in Luhe County.

Covalent bioactive compounds are successfully used in clinic and attracted intense research efforts in the fundamental study as well as drug *** advantageous effects of covalent compounds compared with non-covalent ones are highly dependent on electrophilic ***,electrophilic warheads with tunable reactivity and selectivity are highly demanded in fields of medicinal chemistry and chemical ***,we report a novel electrophilic warhead,chloromethyl group activated by thiol-substituted 1,2,***,a pair of regioisomers could be simultaneously occurred in the step of alkylation during the synthesis of this unique *** is a rare example that the alkylation could simultaneously generate these two separable regioisomers of 1,2,4-triazole at the nitrogen or sulfur *** covalent-working mechanism of this new warhead is confirmed by various chemoproteomics experiments including target identification and binding site ***,the reactivity and selectivity of this new electrophilic warhead could be efficiently tuned by virtue of stereo ***,one pair of regioisomers(19s and 19X)induced distinct modes of cell *** 19s could induce apoptosis of colon cancer cells while 19X could induce both apoptosis and ***,this study provides pairs of novel electrophilic warheads that could be useful not only in supporting the design of covalent compounds for drug discovery but also in providing chemical probes for the fundamental biological study.

AIM:To explore the brain mechanism of acupuncture for children with anisometropic amblyopia using the voxelmirror homotopic connectivity(VMHC)analysis method of resting functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)technology based on clinical ***:Eighty children with anisometropic monocular amblyopia were randomly divided into two groups:control(40 cases,1 case of shedding)and acupuncture(40 cases,1 case of shedding)*** control group was treated with glasses,red flash,grating,and visual stimulations,with each procedure conducted for 5min per *** on routine treatment,the acupuncture group underwent acupuncture of“regulating qi and unblocking meridians to bright eyes”,Jingming(BL1),Cuanzhu(BL2),Guangming(GB37),Fengchi(GB20)acupoints were taken on both sides,with the needle kept for 30min each *** groups were treated once every other day,three times per week,for a total of *** the treatment,the overall curative effect of the two groups and the latency and amplitude changes of P100 wave of pattern visual-evoked potential were *** the same time,nine children with left eye amblyopia were randomly selected from the two groups and were scanned with rsfMRI before and after *** differences in the brain regions between the two groups were compared and analyzed with ***:Chi-square test showed a notable difference in the total efficiency rate between the acupuncture(94.87%)and control groups(79.49%).Regarding the P100 wave latency and amplitude,the acupuncture group had significantly shorter latency and higher amplitude of P100 wave than the control ***,the VMHC values of the bilateral temporal lobe,superior temporal gyrus,and middle temporal gyrus were notably increased in the acupuncture group after ***:Acupuncture combined with conventional treatment can significantly improve the corrected visual acuity and optic nerve conduction in children with anisometropic ***
