Continuously non-malleable codes from block ciphers in split-state model

Non-malleable code is an encoding scheme that is useful in situations where traditional error correction or detection is impossible to *** ensures with high probability that decoded message is either completely unrelated or the original one,when tampering has no ***,standard version of non-malleable codes provide security against one time tampering *** ciphers are successfully employed in the construction of non-malleable *** construction fails to provide security when an adversary tampers the codeword more than *** non-malleable codes further allow an attacker to tamper the message for polynomial number of *** this work,we propose continuous version of non-malleable codes from block ciphers in split-state *** construction provides security against polynomial number of tampering attacks and it preserves *** the tam-pering experiment triggers self-destruct,the security of continuously non-malleable code reduces to security of the underlying leakage resilient storage.

Hereditary angioedema(HAE)is an uncommon genetic disorder characterized by recurrent episodes of edema involving subcutaneous tissue and *** pathogenesis of HAE reflects an intricate coordinated regulation of components of complement,kinin and hemostatic *** date,mutations in 4 different genes have been identified to cause HAE which includes serine protease inhibitor G1(SERPING1),factor XII(F12),plasminogen(PLG)and angiopoietin 1(ANGPT 1).These mutations lead to increased bradykinin 2 receptor mediated signalling via increased production of bradykinin except mutations in ANGPT1 gene that disturbs the cytoskeletal assembly of vascular endothelial *** this review we aim to summarize the recent advances in the pathogenesis and genetics of *** also provide an overview of possible future prospects in the identification of new genetic defects in HAE.

In the present work,zinc oxide(ZnO)and silver(Ag)doped ZnO nanostructures are synthesized using a hydrothermal *** quality of the products is attested using X-ray diffraction,which confirms the hexagonal wurtzite struc-ture of pure ZnO and Ag-doped ZnO *** further confirms the crystallite orientation along the c-axis,(101)*** field emission scanning electron microscope study reveals the change in shape of the synthesized ZnO particles from hexagonal nanoparticles to needle-shaped nanostructures for 3 wt%Ag-doped *** optical band gaps and lattice strain of nanostructures is increased significantly with the increase of doping concentration of Ag in ZnO *** anti-microbial activity of synthesized nanostructures has been evaluated against the gram-positive human pathogenic bacteria,Staphylococcus aureus via an agarose gel diffusion *** maximum value of zone of inhibition(22 mm)is achieved for 3 wt%Ag-doped ZnO nanostructure and it clearly demonstrates the remarkable antibacterial activity.

本研究旨在分析马克思主义政治经济思想在尼泊尔的发展情况。政治经济学这个术语最初表示研究资本主义制度下经济生产的条件。在马克思主义中,政治经济学研究的是生产资料;特别是资本,以及如何表现为经济活动。本研究试图分析尼泊尔历史上不同制度的发展情况对尼泊尔的影响,并就此问题提出解决方案。这些问题包括:马克思主义的政治经济思想是动力还是历史问题?社会主义与一个经济体中的资本主义能共存吗?尼泊尔如何发展马克思主义者的政治经济思想以及如何在当前社会经济状况的背景下实施马克思主义政治经济思想?在此背景下,本研究的主要目的是为了了解马克思主义经济思想的混合经济制度以及根据马克思主义经济思想,分析混合经济体系的联系。具体目标如下:1.根据马克思主义经济思想,分析混合经济体系的联系。2.分析马克思主义经济思想对尼泊尔不同政党的计划、政策方案的影响。3.找出马克思主义经济思想在政党及其姊妹组织,工会和特殊组织发起的社会经济运动中的作用4.分析马克思主义经济思想在尼泊尔民主共和国制度化背景下的作用。在尼泊尔,缺乏对该国政治经济和社会经济发展问题的研究。大多数关于社会经济发展问题的研究都是以西方市场为导向的资本主义哲学为指导。所以本研究旨在提高人们在对这些方面的了解,并增加尼泊尔政治经济学研究的文献资料。本研究也试图讨论尼泊尔马克思主义政治经济思想的发展及其在当前的重要性。本研究的第二章是文献综述。本章论述了马克思主义哲学和马克思主义的理论方面。还讨论了尼泊尔马克思主义政治经济思想史。第三章是本研究采用的方法部分。第四章是关于马克思经济思想所涵盖的经济数量及其在尼泊尔民主共和国制度化背景下的发展情况。还包括尼泊尔各政党采取的社会主义经济政策。最后部分包括了总结、结论和建议。

WISE USE OF WETLAND FOR SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOOD THROUGH PARTICIPATORY APPROACH:A CASE OF ADAPTING TO CLIMATE CHANGE

The facts showed that the number of unemployment people is increasing and a large part of them live in the low-lying areas to be facing the challenge from impacts of climate change. So adaptive capacity of the poverty level for sustainable livelihood in vulnerable wetlands is related to coping with local climate change. This paper focuses on soil-less agriculture (Hydroponics) as an alternative source of livelihood means for the communities having no lands for cultivation. Approximately half of Bangladesh is covered with wetlands. The prospect of enormous productivity lies in the development of wetland resources. The soil-less agriculture is an indigenous practice in the middle of southwestern part of Bangladesh. The people who lives within the wetland ecosystems uses locally available paddy straws, water hyacinths and various invasively aquatic plants for making the floating mat or organic bed on which crops, vegetables and seedlings are grown. The productivity of this farming system is much higher than that of terrestrials agricultural and the system can support fisheries of open water. The compost generated from organic refuse bed is a kind of enriched nutrient and can act as a soil conditioner. It would be a major source of nutrients in aquaculture as well. The system is capable to ensure more agriculture production by restoring wetlands from aquatic invasive plant. In addition, the technology included of the system is friendly to ecosystem of wetlands.

[背景]饮用水砷暴露与心脏疾病相关联,然而内在的机制尚不明确。[目的]评估饮用水砷暴露史与心率校正的QT(QTc)、PR和QRS间期延长之间的关联。[方法]从砷对健康影响的纵向研究中选择1715名基线入组的参加者进行研究。评估2005—2010年间,井水中的砷暴露和尿液样本与心电图(ECG)参数的关联,自基线开始平均跟踪了5.9年。[结果]QTc延长的定义为男性QTc≥450ms,女性≥460ms。井水中砷每增加1-SD(108.7μg/L),QTc延长的调整比值比(OR)为1.17(95%CI:1.01～1.35)。正相关仅限于女性,基线时井水和尿液中的砷每增加1-SD,女性调整后ORs分别比为1.24(95%CI:1.05～1.47)和1.24(95%CI:1.01～1.53);与之相比,男性调整后ORs分别为0.99(95%CI:0.73～1.33)和0.86(95%CI:0.49～1.51)。基线时井水砷或尿砷与女性或男性的PR或QRS间期延长之间无明显的关联。[结论]长期饮用水砷暴露(平均95μg/L,全距为0.1～790μg/L)与女性之后的QT间期延长相关联。在今后的纵向研究中,ECG的反复测量对于评估暴露变化的影响将具有重要意义。

The identification of jets originating from quarks and gluons,often referred to as quark/gluon tagging,plays an important role in various analyses performed at the Large Hadron Collider,as Standard Model measurements and searches for new particles decaying to quarks often rely on suppressing a large gluon-induced *** paper describes the measurement of the efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers developed within the ATLAS Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton collision data with an integrated luminosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAS *** taggers with high performances in rejecting jets from gluon over jets from quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on the number of inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A method is established to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by using quark/gluon-enriched subsamples defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and simulation are provided for jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multiple tagger working points.
