Financial management for custom hire service of tractor in Bangladesh

The main purpose of the study was to determine the economic parameters and effective schedules for tractor *** data from various sources were used in this *** essential data were collected from primary sources through *** costs were calculated and project financial profitability was determined by four major factors on farm financial measurement techniques,namely,benefit-cost ratio(BCR),net present value(NPV),internal rate of return(IRR),and payback *** the economic use,land topography and cropping pattern was developed to effective scheduling for tractor *** operating cost of tractor with implement was found to be US$9.25 per *** replacement of the existing tractor on expiry of economic life,the entrepreneur has to save an amount of US$219 per year in a bank *** on the operating cost,annual savings for replacement and a profit margin for the entrepreneur,the rent-out charge of the tractor is estimated at US$11.58 per *** 10%interest rate,the NPV of the tractor at existing condition is US$*** NPV of tractor indicates that tractor entrepreneurship is considered financially sound and the project is financially viable,with an average IRR of 36.96%.This is because IRR of the tractor was higher than the bank interest rate and it is highly profitable from the viewpoint of individual *** Payback period of tractor with implement was determined as 2.03 *** minimum tenure for an economic use of a common tractor used in agriculture is about 6310 *** this critical use,the utilization of a tractor is economical for a tractor *** on the cropping pattern two major and one minor turn-around periods are available in between cropping seasons for tilling *** time available for tilling of land is estimated about 140 days at 12 hours a day in a *** strengthen the existing capacity of the tractor customer hire service entrepreneurs an

The stability of the flow under the magnetic force is a special problem in fluid *** investigation of flow of fluids in ducts,diffusers and also other parts of various machines in the existence of the magnetic field is important for many technological *** this thesis,the influence of magnetic force on the flow stability in rectangular duct,diffuser,and an airfoil has been studied and the energy gradient theory is used to provide the theoretical analysis of the stability of the magnetohydrodynamics(MHD)*** the first part of this thesis,the flow in a rectangular duct with different Hartmann(Ha)number is *** SIMPLE algorithm and the finite volume method are used to solve a system of equations and then the energy gradient theory is used to study the(associated)stability of MHD *** to the energy gradient theory,in pressure driven flow,K represents the ratio of energy gradient in the transverse direction and the energy loss due to viscosity in streamline *** with large value of K will lose its stability earlier than that with small value of *** flow stability of MHD flow for different Hartmann(Ha)number,from Ha=1 to 40,at the fixed Reynolds number,Re=190 are *** simulation is validated firstly against the simulation in *** results show that,with the increasing Ha number,the centerline velocity of the rectangular duct with MHD flow decreases and the absolute value of the gradient of total mechanical energy along the streamwise direction *** maximum of K appears near the wall in both the coordinate axis of the *** the energy gradient theory,this position of the maximum of K would initiate flow instability(if any)more than the other *** higher the Hartmann number is,the smaller the K value becomes,which means that the fluid becomes more stable in the presence of higher magnetic *** the Hartmann number increases,the K value in the parallel layer decreases more s

Émile Durkheim’s Le Suicide(1897/2005)paved the way for the development of the sociology of ***,Durkheim’s positivistic approach in studying suicide was trenchantly challenged by,amongst others,Jack Douglas,who,in Social Meanings of Suicide(1968),advocated extricating the social meanings of suicide from the interpretive tradition of social *** on Douglas’approach to the sociology of suicide,this paper reports and reflects on part of a study conducted across several rural areas of Jhenaidah,an area in Bangladesh highly affected by suicide,with 17 males who have attempted *** responses of the participants were interpreted with a view to understanding the social meanings associated with their suicide *** there was a diversity of individual experiences among the participants with regard to suicide attempts,the paper synthesises these and reflects on three themes which most closely represent the commonalities of experience of the 17 men,namely:(i)inability to provide;(ii)intimate relationship stress;and(iii)loss of social *** conclusion,the paper contributes to understanding suicide attempts by men as social meaningfully events,delineating the roles and complexities associated with constructions of masculine identities.

Modification of total and phosphorus mineralizing bacterial communities associated with Zea mays *** plant development and fertilization regimes

Harnessing the rhizospheric microbiome,including phosphorus mineralizing bacteria(PMB),is a promising technique for maintaining sustainability and productivity in intensive agricultural ***,it is unclear as to which beneficial taxonomic group populations in the rhizosphere are potentially associated with the changes in soil microbiomes shifted by fertilization ***,we analyzed the diversity and community structure of total bacteria and PMB in the rhizosphere of maize(Zea mays L.)grown in soils under 25 years of four fertilization regimes(compost,biocompost,chemical,or nonfertilized)via selective culture and Illumina sequencing of the 16S rRNA *** development explained more variations(29 and 13%,respectively)in the composition of total bacteria and PMB in the rhizosphere of maize than the different fertilization *** those genera enriched in the rhizosphere of maize,the relative abundances of Oceanobacillus,Bacillus,Achromobacter,Ensifer,Paracoccus,Ramlibacter,and Luteimonas were positively correlated with those in the bulk *** relative abundance of Paracoccus was significantly higher in soils fertilized by compost or biocompost than the other *** results were also observed for PMB affiliated with Ensifer,Bacillus,and *** plant development was the major factor in shaping the rhizospheric microbiome of maize,fertilization regimes might have modified beneficial rhizospheric microbial taxa such as Bacillus and Ensifer.

Comparative Study of the Magnetic Properties and Glass-Forming Ability of Fe-Based Bulk Metallic Glass with Minor Mn, Co, Ni, and Cu Additions

Fe43MsCra5Mo14C15B6Y2 （M = Mn, Co, Ni, and Cu in at.%） bulk metallic glasses （BMGs） are synthesized using the suction casting technique, and the glass-forming ability （GFA）, microstructure, and thermal and magnetic properties of these glasses are extensively examined using X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimeter, and vibrating sample magnetometer techniques. Among the four BMG alloys, Fe43NisCr15Mo14C15B6Y2 exhibits the lowest coercivity and the highest saturation magnetization, Curie temperature, effective magnetic moment, and GFA. By contrast, Fe43MnsCrlsMo14C15B6Y2 presents the poorest magnetic properties, such as the highest coercivity and the lowest saturation magnetization, Curie temperature, and effective magnetic moment. Fe43Cu5Cr15MolaC15B6Y2 demonstrates the lowest thermal stability and GFA. The observed thermal, structural, and magnetic properties of these BMG alloys are discussed in terms of the kinetics of BMG synthesization and the formation of different ferromagnetic, ferrimagnetic, and antiferromagnetic phases.

Improvement of Rainfall Prediction Model by Using Fuzzy Logic

This paper presents the improvement of the fuzzy inference model for predicting rainfall. Fuzzy rule based system is used in this study to predict rainfall. Fuzzy inference is the actual procedure of mapping with a given set of input and output through a set of fuzzy systems. Two operations were performed on the fuzzy logic model;the fuzzification operation and defuzzification operation. This study is obtaining two input variables and one output variable. The input variables are temperature and wind speed at a particular time and output variable is the amount of predictable rainfall. Temperature, wind speed and rainfall have to construct eight equations for different categories and which are shows the diagram of the graph. Fuzzy levels and membership functions obtained after minimum composition of inference part of the fuzzifications done for temperature and wind speed are considered as they represent the environmental condition enhance a rainfall occurrence which is effect on agricultural production.

Chinese Western Cultural Relations＂ A Critical Analysis

This study, within the theoretical framework of Critical Discourse Analysis, aims to explore how culture represents language, causing cultural differences between the East and the West. With a set of questions, a qualitative method is employed to collect the data in this study. By examining the 189 theoretical studies and investigating cultural and linguistic features, this study will show how culture influences culture and language, while the content analysis is completely excluded due to the limited time and space. The data will be analyzed in light of the critical discourse analysis showing how social subjects are constructed in various discourses with their personal terms. A historical change between the East and the West is the return of the ancient Silk Roads at the early 21st century. Social changes can be seen when studying their cultural relations. Language is easily abstracted from culture. Both claim special reality of what they are. This article clearly explains how the discourse in the Chinese Western cultural relations generally reflects the social practice, the ideology, and power relations in social structures in which various discourses were published at the time of reporting. Finally, English and Chinese belong to two different language families representing linguistic differences. This makes learning English a serious challenge for Chinese native speakers.
