Zero trust architecture(ZTA)is a paradigm shift in how we protect data,stay connected and access *** is non-perimeter-based defence,which has been emerging as a promising revolution in the cyber security *** can be used to continuously maintain security by safeguarding against attacks both from inside and outside of the network ***,ZTA automation and orchestration,towards seamless deployment on real-world networks,has been limited to be reviewed in the existing *** this paper,we first identify the bottlenecks,discuss the background of ZTA and compare it with traditional perimeter-based security *** importantly,we provide an in-depth analysis of state-of-the-art AI techniques that have the potential in the automation and orchestration of ***,in this review paper,we develop a foundational view on the challenges and potential enablers for the automation and orchestration of ZTA.

Background and purpose:The carotid artery plaque is major risk factor for ischemic strokes. The vulnerable carotid artery plaque is defined by its CT density value and plaque surface morphology in CT. The new concept of DE spectral curve introduced by DECT in recent years have also been a tool for defining plaque vulnerability. So, hence in this study, firstly we analyze the vulnerable plaques by using CT density value, plaque surface morphology and DE spectral curve and then secondly we correlate all three parameters including DE-curve for feasible evaluation of the plaque vulnerability in respect to ischemic strokes and establishing its ***:Among total of 159 cases of carotid artery plaques found between year 2012 to 2014 from First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, we only included 50 segments of carotid artery plaque from 50 cases in respect to low density in CT and transverse diameter more than 2mm and with exclusion of calcified plaques. All the patients included for study of plaque underwent DE carotid artery angiogram and respectively CT/MRI of the Head in two *** used DE-DSCT imaging （SOMATOM Definition Flash, Siemens Medical Solutions, Forchheim, Germany）. A dual energy protocol was used with tube A （140 kV,51 mA） and tube B （80 kV,213 mAs） with 128X 0.6-mm collimation, pitch 0.7 and rotation time of 0.28 s.. All those soft and mixed plaques were only analyzed for its morphology, CT density value and DE spectral curve and established the correlation between them. We also included the CT/MRI head of all patients whose plaques were analyzed to find out the correlation with the ischemic ***:1. In total of 159 cases found during our retrospective cases analysis we only included 50 segments of 50 cases of with 17 females and 33 males were found.21 segments of plaque were in trunk of common carotid arteries just below the bifurcation and 22 were in the bifurcation. The Lancang–Mekong River(LMR)is an important transboundary river that originates from the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau,China and flows through six nations before draining into the South China *** about the past and future changes in climate and water for this basin is critical in order to support regio-nal sustainable *** paper presents a comprehensive review of the scientific progress that has been made in understanding the changing climate and water systems,and discusses outstanding challenges and future research *** existing literature suggests that:①The warming rate in the Lancang–Mekong River Basin(LMRB)is higher than the mean global warming rate,and it is higher in its upper portion,the Lancang River Basin(LRB),than in its lower portion,the Mekong River Basin(MRB);②historical precipitation has increased over the LMRB,particularly from 1981 to 2010,as the wet season became wetter in the entire basin,while the dry season became wetter in the LRB but drier in the MRB;③in the past,streamflow increased in the LRB but slightly decreased in the MRB,and increases in streamflow are projected for the future in the LMRB;and④historical streamflow increased in the dry season but decreased in the wet season from 1960 to 2010,while a slight increase is projected during the wet *** research directions are identified as follows:①investigation of the impacts of dams on river flow and local communities;②implementation of a novel water–energy–food–ecology(WEFE)nexus;③integration of groundwater and human health management with water resource assessment and management;and④strengthening of transboundary collaboration in order to address sustainable development goals(SDGs).

New guidelines for fluorophore application in peroxisome targeting analyses in transient plant expression systems

Peroxisome research has been revolutionized by proteome studies combined with in vivo subcellular targeting analyses. Yellow and cyan fluorescent protein(YFP and CFP) are the classical fluorophores of plant peroxisome research. In the new transient expression system of Arabidopsis seedlings co-cultivated with Agrobacterium we detected the YFP fusion of one candidate protein in peroxisomes, but only upon co-transformation with the peroxisome marker, CFP-PTS1. The data suggested that the YFP fusion was directed to peroxisomes due to its weak heterodimerization ability with CFP-PTS1,allowing piggy-back import into peroxisomes. Indeed, if co-expressed with monomeric Cerulean-PTS1(mCer-PTS1),the YFP fusion was no longer matrix localized. We systematically investigated the occurrence and extent of dimerization-based piggy-back import for different fluorophore combinations in five major transient plant expression systems. In Arabidopsis seedlings and tobacco leaves both untagged YFP and monomeric Venus were imported into peroxisomes if co-expressed with CFP-PTS1 but not with mCer-PTS1. By contrast, piggy-back import of cytosolic proteins was not observed in Arabidopsis and tobacco protoplasts or in onion epidermal cells for any fluorophore combination at any time point. Based on these important results we formulate new guidelines for fluorophore usage and experimental design to guarantee reliable identification of novel plant peroxisomal proteins.

Renal anastomotic hemangioma(AH)is a rare,benign vascular tumor with unique histopathological features,a disease that is clinically rare,and existing clinical cases offer different treatment *** reported in the text,this is a very unusual case of renal AH with AH secondary to residual renal tissue after renal clear cell carcinoma,describing a rare renal AH and a history of renal clear cell carcinoma,including ultrasound,computed tomography and magnetic re-sonance ***,the available imaging data and the literature do not provide an effective basis for the diagnosis of the disease,raising the lack of un-derstanding and misdiagnosis,where the patient eventually underwent neph-rectomy,but the author is not the most appropriate surgical *** po-stoperative pathological results of the patient are benign lesions,and it is unde-niable that nephrectomy is suspected to be *** reading the literature,we provide different insights into the treatment of the patient,and we hope that this paper can provide some help for the future clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Hydroxyapatite, a naturally occurring form of calcium phosphate, is the main mineral component of bones and teeth. Natural hydroxyapatite and bone have similar physical and chemical characteristics make it biocompatible. Its porous structure resembles native bone. The biocompatibility, biodegradability and bioactivity make it extensively useful in interdisciplinary fields of sciences like chemistry, biology, and medicine. Calcium phosphate-based ceramics are of great interest as substitutes of synthetic bone graft due to their similarities in composition to bone mineral and bioactivity as well as osteoconductivity. This article gives an overview of hydroxyapatite from its preparation and properties to biomedical applications of its composites.

Efficacy of 25% dextrose versus breast milk on pain and duration of cry during heel prick in neonates: A systematic review and meta-analysis

Neonates,especially admitted to neonatal intensive care unit,frequently need various medical interventions in their early days.A common procedure is the heel prick for blood *** necessary for diagnosis,this procedure can be stressful for neonates,causing pain,extended crying,and *** distress in neonates during such procedures is important for the well‐being of neonates and the satisfaction of caregivers and healthcare ***,this review aims to identify and compare the efficacy of 25%dextrose and breast milk on pain and duration of cry among neonates during *** part of its review process,the article examined widely used databases,including PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane,Academia,and Google *** the meta-analysis,the authors utilized RevMan *** eligible trials were analyzed using the Cochrane Risk of Bias Tool to assess the quality of the included studies and evaluate the risk of *** of 131 studies reviewed,seven studies were included in meta-analysis of pain,and four studies were included in duration of *** results show that 25%dextrose is more effective to reduce pain among neonates during minor invasive procedure like heel prick(P<0.00001),whereas both interventions are effective in the reduction of crying *** review highlights that dextrose is more effective in reducing pain in comparison to breast ***,additional well-designed studies with larger sample sizes and extended follow-up periods are needed to validate and build upon the current ***,this review underscores the importance of utilizing effective pain management strategies,such as 25%dextrose,to enhance neonatal care and improve the overall well-being of newborns during invasive procedures.

Selenium(Se)in paddy rice is one of the significant sources of human Se ***,the effect of arsenic(As)pollution in soil on the translocation of Se species in rice plants is *** this research,a pot experiment was designed to examine the effect of the addition of 50 mg As/kg soil as arsenite or arsenate on the migration of Se species from soil to indica Minghui 63 and *** results showed that the antagonism between inorganic As and Se was closely related to the rice cultivar and Se oxidation state in *** to the standalone selenate treatment,arsenite significantly(p<0.05)decreased the accumulation of selenocystine,selenomethionine and selenate in the roots,stems,sheaths,leaves,brans and kernels of both cultivars by 21.4%-100.0%,40.0%-100.0%,41.0%-100%,5.4%-96.3%,11.3%-100.0% and 26.2%-39.7% respectively,except for selenocystine in the kernels of indica Minghui 63 and selenomethionine in the leaves of indica Minghui 63 and the stems of indica *** also decreased(p<0.05)the accumulation of selenocystine,selenomethionine and selenate in the roots,stems,brans and kernels of both cultivars by 34.9%-100.0%,30.2%-100.0%,11.3%-100.0% and 5.6%-39.6%respectively,except for selenate in the stems of indica Minghui ***,relative to the standalone selenite treatment,arsenite and arsenate decreased(p<0.05)the accumulation of selenocystine,selenomethionine and selenite only in the roots of indica Minghui 63 by 45.5%-100.0%.Our results suggested that arsenite and arsenate had better antagonism toward Se species in selenate-added soil than that in selenite-added soil;moreover,arsenite had a higher inhibiting effect on the accumulation of Se species than arsenate.

This paper attempts to identify major natural hazards and disaster incidents damage and losses in *** participatory and geographical diversity approach and for collecting information,multi-criteria decision making methods and analytical hierarchic process to identify the hazard prone area with type and intensity and location-specific innovative practices and their legitimization for integrating local knowledge and skills into mainstream development policy,science and technology through educational assessment to incorporate local knowledge as live science for disaster management,climate change adaptation and sustainable livelihood *** of the study reveal that their variety of natural hazards,such as landslides,flood/inundation,droughts,soil erosion,earthquakes,thunderstorm/lightening and fire are exacerbated by environmental degradation *** are location specific local practices for resource conservation,utilization and disaster management for the well-being of communities before,during and after *** practices passed on from one generation to the next without being integrated into mainstream development strategies,disaster policy and *** of ecology and local skills and materials for hazard prevention and mitigation have the important role to mitigate the hazards and ensure the sustainability for community life ***,this study proposed an action-oriented model ***-ecological framework of the environmental resource conservation,disaster management and climate change adaptation practices in mostly vulnerable locations of ***,measures are suggested to enhance the community capacity for managing their livelihood resources and are hindrance to policy making and scientific advancement at the community level with proper integration of local knowledge with science and mainstream development policy.
