t.e object.ve of t.e present.work is charact.rizing some paramet.rs in t.e lay phase in t.e lines of heavy broilers breeder Cobb Avian 48, Arbor Acres Plus and Ross 208, reared under t.e same commercial condit.ons in t.e t.opics. Monit.red t.ree bat.hes of approximat.ly 18,000 females each （one for each genet.c t.pe）, from weeks 24 t. 64, according t. t.e condit.ons of handling and power described by t.e generic lines dist.ibut.on companies. Alt.ough no differences were found for feed int.ke, Cobb Avian was present.d a lower rat. of feed conversion, being also t.at.present.d t.e highest.percent.ge of implement.t.on and product.on of incubables eggs, which meant.t.at.it.was in line wit. t.e highest.cumulat.ve product.on of chickens by bird and week for t.opical condit.ons st.died. t. adjust.t.e lay dat. t. a Gorssman model, in order t. predict.t.e paramet.rs t.at.charact.rize t.e lay modeling, est.mat.d t.e best.behavior for Cobb Avian 48 females, because while it.t.kes more t.me t. reach t.e level of put.ing const.nt.（5.30 weeks） and maint.in it.for less t.me （2.4 weeks）, t.ey manage t. put.const.nt.high （79.11%） level, considering t.at.t.e largest.number of eggs per bird （171.19 vs. 164.54 and 160.11 in Arbor Acres and Ross 208, respect.vely）.

t.e presence and dist.ibut.on of Cit.us t.ist.za virus (Ct.) st.ains on plant. of four cit.us species required analysis of plant. showing small fruit., yellowing, and t.ig dieback. t.pical cit.us t.ist.za sympt.ms showed in cit.us plant.t.ons in Veracruz, Mexico, and caused gradual det.riorat.on, low yield, and deat. of t.e plant.. Seven cit.us-growing municipalit.es in Cent.al and Nort.ern Veracruz present.d t.e severe Vt.st.ain: t.e incidence in seven of t.e eight.sampled municipalit.es ranged from 7% in Alamo t. 50% in t.huat.an. As for t.e t.0 st.ain, it. presence and dist.ibut.on ranged from 17% in t.huat.an t. 83% in Cuit.ahuac. Values for t.e t. st.ain went.from 20% in Cast.llo de t.ayo t. 50% in Papant.a. In t.huat.an, t.o samples were posit.ve for t.e t.6 st.ain. Only Cit.us sinensis has hist.rical recording infect.ons by severe st.ains of Ct., unlike ot.er import.nt.cit.us species. t.e incidence of orchards quickly declining increases rapidly in Veracruz, t.e largest.cit.us producer in Mexico. AIM： In t.e present.st.dy, ant.body and peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMC） proliferat.ve responses against.hepat.t.s C virus （HCV） ant.gens were evaluat.d in HCV chronically infect.d pat.ent.. MEt.OdS： Paired serum and PBMC samples were t.ken six mont.s apart.from 34 individuals, eit.er t.eat.d or not. and t.st.d by enzyme-linked immunosorbent.assay （ELISA） and carboxyfluorescein succinimidyl est.r st.ining. RSULt.： Over 70% of t.e pat.ent. showed specific IgG and IgM against.capsid, E1 and NS3, while HVR-1 was recognized by half of t.e pat.ent.. An increase in t.e levels of t.e ant.-capsid IgM （P = 0.027） and IgG （P = 0.0006） was observed in six-mont. samples, compared t. baseline. Similarly, a significant.y higher percent.of pat.ent. had det.ct.ble IgA react.vit. t. capsid （P = 0.017） and NS3 （P = 0.005） aft.r six mont.s, compared t. baseline. Part.cularly, IgA against.st.uct.ral ant.gens posit.vely correlat.d wit. hepat.c damage （P = 0.036）. IgG subclasses evaluat.on against.capsid and NS3 revealed a posit.ve recognit.on mediat.d by IgG1 in more t.an 80% of t.e individuals. On t.e cont.ary, less t.an 30% of t.e pat.ent. showed a posit.ve proliferat.ve response eit.er of Cd4＋ or Cd8＋ t.cells, being t.e capsid poorly recognized. Cont.xt. Facial cellulit.s of dent.l origin is relat.vely frequent.and severe. Object.ve: t.e aim of t.is document.t. describe t.e epidemiological, clinical, t.erapeut.c and evolut.onary aspect. of facial cellulit.s of dent.l origin in Bouaké. Met.odology: t.is was a ret.ospect.ve and descript.ve st.dy carried out.in t.e st.mat.logy and maxillofacial surgery depart.ent.of t.e Universit. of Bouaké Healt. cent.e over a period of 19 mont.s (January 2018 t. Oct.ber 2019). All pat.ent. wit. facial cellulit.s of dent.l origin were included. t.e paramet.rs st.died were epidemiological, clinical, t.erapeut.c and evolut.onary. Result.: 179 pat.ent. were collect.d (hospit.l prevalence of 20.79%). t.e average age was 34 years (min 1-year-old and max 80-year-old). t.e sex rat.o was 1.18. Among t.e pat.ent., some were craft.men (31.28%) and ot.ers were farmers (21.79%). t.e favourable fact.rs included t.e nonst.roidal ant.-inflammat.ry (77.65%) and t.adit.onal t.erapeut.cs (44.13%). t.e average number of days before consult.t.on was 13 days (min 1 day and max 75 days). t.ere were 7 cases of chronic cellulit.s (3.91%) and 172 cases of acut. cellulit.s, including 107 (62.21%) circumscribed cellulit.s, 51 (29.65%) diffused cellulit.s, and 14 (8.14%) necrot.zing fasciit.s. t.e causal lesion was t.ot. decay (96.09%) and dent.l avulsion wit.out.ant.biot.erapy (3.91%). Incision and drainage was made in 145 pat.ent. (81%) necrosect.my surgery in 54 pat.ent. (30.17%). t.e mort.lit. rat. was 13.96%. Conclusion: Facial cellulit.s of dent.l origin are clinically polymorphic wit. significant.mort.lit. prompt.ng increased dent.l decay prevent.on act.ons.

AIM t. invest.gat. t.e role of glut.t.ione S-t.ansferase t. donor-specific t.lymphocyt.s in plasma cell-rich reject.on of liver *** t.e st.dy group included 22 liver t.ansplant.pat.ent.. Among t.em, 18 pat.ent. were mismat.hed for t.e glut.t.ione S-t.ansferase t.(GSt.1) alleles(don+/rec-), and 4 were mat.hed(don+/rec+). Seven of t.e mismat.hed pat.ent. produced ant.-GSt.1 ant.bodies and developed plasma cell-rich reject.on(former de novo immune hepat.t.s). For t.e det.ct.on of specific t.ymphocyt.s, peripheral blood mononuclear cells were collect.d and st.red in liquid nit.ogen. t.e memory t.cell response was st.died by adding t. t.e cell cult.res t. a mix of 39 cust.m-made, 15-mer overlapping pept.des, which covered t.e ent.re GSt.1 amino acid sequence. t.e specific cellular response t. pept.des was analyzed by flow cyt.met.y using t.e markers Cd8, Cd4, IL-4 and IFNγ.RESULt. Act.vat.on of Cd8^+ t.cells wit. different.pept.des was observed exclusively in t.e group of pat.ent. wit. plasma-cell rich reject.on(3 out.of 7), wit. product.on of IL-4 and/or IFNγ at.a rat. of 1%-4.92% depending on t.e pept.des. t.e Cd4^+ response was most.common and not.exclusive for pat.ent. wit. t.e disease, where 5 out.of 7 showed percent.ges of act.vat.d cells from 1.24% t. 31.34%. Addit.onally, t.o pat.ent. wit.out.t.e disease but.wit. t.e mismat.h had cells t.at.became st.mulat.d wit. some pept.des(1.45%-5.18%). Highly unexpect.d was t.e finding of a double posit.ve Cd4^+Cd8^(low) t.cell populat.on t.at.showed t.e highest.degree of act.vat.on wit. some of t.e pept.des in 7 pat.ent. wit. t.e mismat.h, in 4 pat.ent. wit. plasma cell-rich reject.on and in 3 pat.ent. wit.out.t.e disease. Unfort.nat.ly, Cd4^+Cd8^(low) cells represent.1% of t.e t.t.l number of lymphocyt.s, and st.mulat.on could not.be analyzed in 9 pat.ent. due t. t.e low number of gat.d cells. Cells from t.e 4 pat.ent. included as cont.ols did not.show act.vat.on wit. any of t.e pept.des. CONCLUSION Pat.ent.

Background:Andean mont.ne forest.(AMF)are biodiversit. hot.pot. t.at.provide fundament.l hydrological services as well as carbon st.rage and *** recent.decades,sout.ern Ecuador AMFs have been seriously t.reat.ned by increased logging and conversion t. forest.plant.t.ons wit. exot.c *** t.is cont.xt.our main object.ve was t. evaluat. t.e effect. of AMF conversion t. forest.plant.t.ons on soil physicochemical propert.es in t.e buffer zone(Bz)of t.e Podocarpus Nat.onal Park(PNP),in sout.ern *** t.is purpose,random samples were t.ken at.a dept. of 0-10 cm in four plot. in each cont.ast.zone and analyzed for bulk densit.,porosit.,t.xt.ral class,leaf lit.er dept.,soil pH,as well as t.e cont.nt. of organic mat.er(SOM),soil organic carbon(SOC),t.t.l nit.ogen,and available phosphorus and ***:t.e result. indicat. t.at.t.e conversion of AMFs produces an increase in bulk densit. and a decrease in SOM,SOC,and t.t.l nit.ogen cont.nt.,t.us modifying soil propert.es,which could result.in a decrease in wat.r regulat.on capacit. and produce an increased risk of soil *** accelerat.s degradat.on processes,as well as t.reat.ns short.ges of t.e drinking wat.r ***:t.is st.dy can help decision-makers t. implement.soil management.plans in t.e Bz of t.e PNP,based on t.e implement.t.on of new regulat.ons,where t.e conservat.on of AMF is *** addit.on,it.is recommended t. apply environment.l rest.rat.on st.at.gies in t.e ant.ropized areas of t.e AMF,as well as in t.e areas wit. exot.c eucalypt.s and pine plant.t.ons.
