Origin and evolution of a new tetraploid mangrove species in an intertidal zone

Polyploidy is a major factor in the evolution of plants,yet we know little about the origin and evolution of polyploidy in intertidal *** study aimed to identify the evolutionary transitions in three truemangrove species of the genus Acanthus distributed in the Indo-West Pacific *** this purpose,we took an integrative approach that combined data on morphology,cytology,climatic niche,phylogeny,and biogeography of 493 samples from 42 geographic *** results show that the Acanthus ilicifolius lineage distributed east of the Thai-Malay Peninsula possesses a tetraploid karyotype,which is morphologically distinct from that of the lineage on the west *** haplotype networks and phylogenetic trees for the chloroplast genome and eight nuclear genes reveal that the tetraploid species has two sub-genomes,one each from *** and ***,the paternal and maternal parents,*** structure analysis also supports the hybrid speciation history of the new tetraploid *** two sub-genomes of the tetraploid species diverged from their diploid progenitors during the *** niche models revealed that the tetraploid species not only occupied the near-entire niche space of the diploids,but also expanded into novel *** findings suggest that *** species distributed on the east side of the Thai-Malay Peninsula should be regarded as a new species,***,which originated from hybridization between *** and ***,followed by chromosome *** is the first report of a true-mangrove allopolyploid species that can reproduce sexually and clonally reproduction,which explains the long-term adaptive potential of the species.

A comparative study of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation gymnastics on postoperative anal function of lower rectal cancer

在抖音等短视频平台中,沉寂已久的非物质文化遗产内容获得了大量年轻人的关注。基于媒介丰富度理论、社会认同理论,采用问卷调查法(N=517)、访谈法探索了非遗短视频媒介丰富度、中华民族认同感、文化智力和父母学历水平对青少年文化自信的影响机制。研究发现:(1)非遗短视频表达方式丰富度、信息质量丰富度均正向影响青少年文化自信。信息内容丰富度能够通过中华民族认同感这一中介变量正向影响青少年文化自信。(2)中华民族认同感是非遗短视频媒介丰富度对青少年文化自信产生影响的重要中介。(3)文化智力水平正向调节非遗短视频媒介丰富度对中华民族认同感的影响。(4)父母学历水平正向调节青少年中华民族认同感对文化自信的影响。研究从平台、内容和社会教育角度提出了建议,为研究非遗短视频传播效果、青少年文化自信的影响因素和机制提供了可借鉴的视角和思路。

Overexpression of PbrGA2ox1 enhances pear drought tolerance through the regulation of GA3-inhibited reactive oxygen species detoxification and abscisic acid signaling

Drought stress is a devastating natural disaster driven by the continuing intensification of global warming, which seriously threatens the productivity and quality of several horticultural crops, including pear. Gibberellins(GAs)play crucial roles in plant growth, development, and responses to drought stress. Previous studies have shown significant reductions of GA levels in plants under drought stress; however, our understanding of the intrinsic regulation mechanisms of GA-mediated drought stress in pear remains very limited. Here, we show that drought stress can impair the accumulation of bioactive GAs(BGAs), and subsequently identified PbrGA2ox1 as a chloroplast-localized GA deactivation gene. This gene was significantly induced by drought stress and abscisic acid(ABA) treatment, but was suppressed by GA3 treatment. PbrGA2ox1-overexpressing transgenic tobacco plants(Nicotiana benthamiana) exhibited enhanced tolerance to dehydration and drought stresses, whereas knockdown of PbrGA2ox1 in pear(Pyrus betulaefolia) by virus-induced gene silencing led to elevated drought *** plants were hypersensitive to ABA, and had a lower BGAs content, enhanced reactive oxygen species(ROS) scavenging ability, and augmented ABA accumulation and signaling under drought stress compared to wildtype plants. However, the opposite effects were observed with PbrGA2ox1 silencing in pear. Moreover, exogenous GA3 treatment aggravated the ROS toxic effect and restrained ABA synthesis and signaling, resulting in the compromised drought tolerance of pear. In summary, our results shed light on the mechanism by which BGAs are eliminated in pear leaves under drought stress, providing further insights into the mechanism regulating the effects of GA on the drought tolerance of plants.

Evaluating the clinical application and effect of acupuncture therapy in anal function rehabilitation after low-tension rectal cancer surgery

BACKGROUND According to the indexes of serum and anal function,acupuncture therapy was applied to patients with low rectal cancer in order to avoid the occurrence of anal incontinence and reduce *** To explore the clinical application and evaluate the effect of acupuncture therapy for anal function rehabilitation after low-tension rectal cancer *** From the anorectal surgery cases,we selected 120 patients who underwent colorectal cancer surgery between January 2020 and December 2022 and randomly divided them into a control group(n=60),observation group(n=60),and control group after surgery for lifestyle intervention(including smoking cessation and exercise),dietary factor adjustment,anal movement,and oral loperamide *** serum levels of motilin,5-hydroxytryptamine,and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),Wexner score for anal incontinence,and incidence of complications were compared between *** After treatment,the VIP and 5-hydroxytryptamine levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The motilin level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Postoperative anal incontinence was better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(21.67%;P<0.05).CONCLUSION Acupuncture therapy has a positive effect on the rehabilitation of anal function after low-tension rectal cancer surgery;it can effectively help to improve the serum indices of patients,avoid the occurrence of anal incontinence,and reduce the incidence of *** and applying it will be valuable.

劝导技术作为可持续人机交互的重要组成部分,逐渐在生态建设与可持续发展中得到了较为广泛的使用。劝导性可持续发展技术系统的模式体现了新技术发展条件下技术中介作用的强化,有助于促成可持续行为。但劝导技术应用于生态建设也面临一些现实挑战,如不对称模式导致的主观化与不公平、缺乏对人的现实能力与丰富需求的尊重、对可持续性的狭隘理解与对人群差异性的忽视,以及可能走向违背个人自主性的技术家长制等。只有在技术设计与应用时遵循教育与自主性的原则,兼顾生态与伦理,才能较好地应对这些问题,充分发挥劝导技术在生态建设中的重要作用。

淋巴细胞胞质蛋白2(lymphocyte cytosolic protein 2,LCP2)是一种衔接蛋白质,在T细胞受体信号通路中扮演重要角色,激活下游信号因子以完成机体的免疫应答过程。LCP2也在恶性肿瘤的发生发展与转移中发挥重要作用,其高表达会导致不良的预后效果,降低患者生存率,其具体作用机制涉及多条信号通路。本文不仅对LCP2的分子结构以及基本功能进行了介绍,而且重点综合评述了LCP2通过参与NF-κB、MAPK、JAK/STAT以及PD-1/PD-L1信号通路调控恶性肿瘤发生与发展的分子机制。总结了LCP2作为肿瘤治疗靶点的潜在作用,为将来用于相关疾病的诊断、治疗和标志物筛选等提供理论基础和参考依据。

Bouc-Wen-Baber-Noori(BWBN)模型是改进的Bouc-Wen模型。BWBN模型可以较好地描述钢筋混凝土结构在强震作用下的捏缩效应,但由于BWBN模型中“捏缩效应”函数复杂且参数较多,其计算效率较低。针对该问题,该文基于近似狄拉克δ函数构建更简单、高效的“捏缩效应”函数,进而提出了新的改进Bouc-Wen(MBW)模型,它可以用更少的参数来实现捏缩效应。基于预制RC桥墩的拟静力试验数据来验证MBW模型的有效性,利用MATLAB遗传算法工具箱对BWBN模型和MBW模型进行参数识别,结果表明,该文提出的MBW模型具有更高的计算精度。
