The field of magnonics,which aims at using spin waves as carriers in data-processing devices,has attracted increasing interest in recent *** present and study micromagnetically a nonlinear nanoscale magnonic ring resonator device for enabling implementations of magnonic logic gates and neuromorphic magnonic *** the linear regime,this device efficiently suppresses spin-wave transmission using the phenomenon of critical resonant coupling,thus exhibiting the behavior of a notch *** increasing the spin-wave input power,the resonance frequency is shifted,leading to transmission curves,depending on the frequency,reminiscent of the activation functions of neurons,or showing the characteristics of a power *** analytical theory is developed to describe the transmission curve of magnonic ring resonators in the linear and nonlinear regimes,and is validated by a comprehensive micromagnetic *** proposed magnonic ring resonator provides a multi-functional nonlinear building block for unconventional magnonic circuits.

We present a study of the relationship between integral area and corresponding total magnetic flux for solar active regions. It is shown that some of these relationships are satisfied to simple power laws. Fractal examination showed that some of these power laws can not be justified inside the simple models of stationary magnetic flux tube aggregation. All magnetic fluxes and corresponding areas were calculated using the data measured with the Solar Magnetic Field Telescope of the Huairou Solar Observing Station in Beijing.

We propose a new approach for a secure,decentralized,and censorless upgrade of existing cryptocurrencies to newly created tokens without interaction with any external information sources(oracles).The proposed scheme is based on the burning of existing cryptocurrency tokens and implemented via the multi-currency *** auction is carried out on the blockchain of the new token and implemented using a smart contract that processes participants’bids of burnt tokens of other cryptocurrencies and supports a new token price discovery algorithm for each cryptocurrency with no oracles or any other trusted source of *** to traditional ways of getting the new asset,like centralized and decentralized exchanges,our method requires no user registration(as well as no KYC-“know your customer”procedure that requires obligatory client identification)and provides a predicted supply level of the new asset for an adequate price within a model with economically rational *** provide the results of decentralized auction simulations implemented for several strategies of user behavior(based on bid prices with normal and log-normal distribution laws),both under the normal operation and in the presence of an adversary who follows specific strategies.

This paper carried out a comparative analysis of different types of electrophoretic systems which were used for the analysis of casein complex from cow milk (polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis: for the neutral and acidic native conditions, in gradient variant, the presence of sodium dodecyl sulphate or with including urea). Taking into attention the separation efficiency, complexity of electrophoretic system, the impact of system components, we have selected the anode system of the homogeneous gel in the presence of urea as the basis for the preparation of casein fractions. It also changed the composition and the structure of the electrophoretic apparatus. The changes allow purification of casein fractions up to several grams during one stage of treatment (for 5 hours). The purified casein fractions were tested for the homogeneity and have been recommended for using in the biomedical researches, including the processes of the formation of the bioactive peptides.

The messenger RNA 3'-untranslated region(3'UTR)plays an important role in regulation of gene expres-sion on the posttranscriptional level. The 3'UTR con-trols gene expression via orchestrated interactionbetween the structural components of mRNAs(cis-ele-ment) and the specific trans-acting factors(RNA bind-ing proteins and non-coding RNAs). The crosstalk ofthese factors is based on the binding sequences and/or direct protein-protein interaction, or just functionalinteraction. Much new evidence that has accumulatedsupports the idea that several RNA binding factors canbind to common mRNA targets: to the non-overlappingbinding sites or to common sites in a competitive fash-ion. various factors capable of binding to the sameRNA can cooperate or be antagonistic in their *** outcome of the collective function of all factorsbound to the same mRNA 3'UTR depends on manycircumstances, such as their expression levels, affinity to the binding sites, and localization in the cell, which can be controlled by various physiological conditions. Moreover, the functional and/or physical interactions of the factors binding to 3'UTR can change the character of their actions. These interactions vary during the cell cycle and in response to changing physiological condi-tions. Abnormal functioning of the factors can lead to disease. In this review we will discuss how alterations of these factors or their interaction can affect cancer development and promote or enhance the malignant phenotype of cancer cells. Understanding these altera-tions and their impact on 3'UTR-directed posttran-scriptional gene regulation will uncover promising new targets for therapeutic intervention and diagnostics. We will also discuss emerging new tools in cancer di-agnostics and therapy based on 3'UTR binding factors and approaches to improve them.

比较了若干用于从高斯干扰中提取相干信号自适应处理算法的收敛速度。主要关注增加这些算法收敛的技术,即干扰协方差矩阵(CM)估算的正则化,考虑了有关CM结构特征的可能先验信息。文章验证了CM估算结合各方优点的混合带状对角正则化的优势。将有关托普利兹CM的可能先验信息考虑在内的各种算法进行了比较。在此基础上,验证了在规则空时自适应信号处理系统(STAP)中使用PAR-COR系数BURG估算以及CM估算带状对角线正则化的适合性。验证了这项技术基于自适应格型过滤器的有效实现方法。
