The peculiarities of calculating isolated structures with spherical bearings are analyzed in this paper. Some of peculiarities are caused by the lack of data at the moment when engineering solutions had to be made, Other peculiarities are connected with physical peculiarities of the device behaviour. To provide the analysis of structure hehaviour under the condition of the lack of input information, two types of design models of seismic protection devices were considered. They are the dampers linearization and the modelling of real dampers by dry friction ones. The dampers linearization makes it possible to use the existing software for calculating linear strongly-damped systems. To calculate structures with dry friction dampers, a new software was worked out. In this case, the structure is described as a piecewise-linear system of a relay-type. The investigations of the structure oscillations take into account both horizontal and vertical components of earthquake input. Under this condition, horizontal oscillation equations of structures are the maRie-Hill ones. The input and structure parameters which caused the structure instability are estimated. To exclude the structure instability, high damping devices should be used. These methods were used for seismic resistant analysis of bridges with spherical bearings and hydraulic dampers applied in Sochi.

EPD （electrophoretic deposition） of barium titanate from organic medium ethanol-PVB （polyvinyl butyral） was performed on Ni, Ti, steel substrate. Stable BaTiO3 suspensions with concentration of 2 wt.% have been prepared for the deposition. A uniform and dense layer was obtained for films deposited from ethanol with PVB of 0.1%. The surface topology of deposited films can be controlled via the applied voltage. This method allows to obtain crack-free and smooth layers BaTiO3 from organic medium with thickness of 4-20 μm.

Photocatalytic activity of doped polyaniline nanopowders with different molar ratio of An/O （aniline^oxidizer） has been studied in the process of photocatalytic decolorization of aqueous solutions of methylene blue. By means of scanning electron microscopy and low-temperature N2 adsorption method, it was found that doped PANI （polyaniline） nanopowders have the particles size of 30-50 nm with the specific surface area of 20-35 m2.g＂~. It was found that PANI photocatalytic activity essentially depends on molar ratio of An/O and adsorption interactions between the dye molecules and catalytic active centers on PANI surface and these interactions are greatly affected by pH of the solution 9.2. An optimum of the synergetic effect is found for an initial molar ratio of aniline to oxidizer equal to 0.8.

Septic arthritis of the hand: From etiopathogenesis to surgical treatment

The fossil locality on the Solza River is one of the rich in the region;the fossil concentration reaches here a few tens of specimens per the square meter. The fossiliferous deposits belong to UstPinega Formation of the upper Ediacaran (Vendian. In addition to the new fossils and rare cyclic forms the same bedding planes contain some characteristic Ediacara species: Dickinsonia costata, Kimberella quadrata, Tribrachidium heraldicum Armilifera parva, Cyanorus singularis, Vendia rachiata, Solza margarita .Kimberella- fusiform trace fossils that are the most abundant fossils cover all the surface of the bed. New organisms are preserved as negative imprints on the slightly pyritized sole of fine-grained cross-bedded sandstone layer. Bioassay based on the luminescent bacteria was used as a new method for the determination of the kinetic constants of ligand binding to the complexion agent. miramistin as the cationic surface-active antiseptic and serum blood albumin was taken as a model of interacting agent’s. It was concluded that this approach might have a wide range for applications, namely, in all cases where the ligand is an inhibitor of bacterial luminescence and its complex dose not effect the intensity of this process.

Despite emerging contemporary biotechnological methods such as gene-and stem cell-based therapy,there are no clinically established therapeutic strategies for neural regeneration after spinal cord *** previous studies have demonstrated that transplantation of genetically engineered human umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells producing three recombinant therapeutic molecules,including vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),glial cell-line derived neurotrophic factor(GDNF),and neural cell adhesion molecule(NCAm)can improve morpho-functional recovery of injured spinal cord in rats and *** investigate the efficacy of human umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells-mediated triple-gene therapy combined with epidural electrical stimulation in the treatment of spinal cord injury,in this study,rats with moderate spinal cord contusion injury were intrathecally infused with human umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells expressing recombinant genes VEGF165,GDNF,NCAm1 at 4 hours after spinal cord *** days after injury,epidural stimulations were given simultaneously above the lesion site at C5(to stimulate the cervical network related to forelimb functions)and below the lesion site at L2(to activate the central pattern generators)every other day for 4 *** subjected to the combined treatment showed a limited functional improvement of the knee joint,high preservation of muscle fiber area in tibialis anterior muscle and increased H/m ratio in gastrocnemius muscle 30 days after spinal cord ***,beneficial cellular outcomes such as reduced apoptosis and increased sparing of the gray and white matters,and enhanced expression of heat shock and synaptic proteins were found in rats with spinal cord injury subjected to the combined epidural electrical stimulation with gene *** study presents the first proof of principle study of combination of the multisite epidural electrical stimulation with ex vivo triple gene therapy(VEGF,GDNF and NCAm
