s.nce World Health Organization(WHO)has.declared the Coronavirus.dis.as.(COVID-19)a global pandemic,the world has.*** life’s.fields.and daily habits.have moved to adapt to this.new *** to WHO,the probability of s.ch virus.pandemics.in the future is.high,and recommends.preparing for wors. *** this.end,this.work provides.a framework for monitoring,tracking,and fighting COVID-19 and future *** propos.d framework deploys.unmanned aerial vehicles.UAVs.,e.g.;quadcopter and drone,integrated with artificial intelligence(AI)and Internet of Things.IoT)to monitor and fight *** cons.s.s.of two main s.s.ems.AI/IoT for COVID-19 monitoring and drone-bas.d IoT s.s.em for *** two s.s.ems.are integrated with the IoT paradigm and the developed algorithms.are implemented on dis.ributed fog units.connected to the IoT network and controlled by s.ftware-defined networking(s.N).The propos.d work is.built bas.d on a thermal camera mounted in a face-s.ield,or on a helmet that can be us.d by people during *** detected images.thermal images.are proces.ed by the developed AI algorithm that is.built bas.d on the convolutional neural network(CNN).The drone s.s.em can be called,by the IoT s.s.em connected to the helmet,once infected cas.s.are *** drone is.us.d for s.erilizing the area that contains.multiple infected *** propos.d framework employs.a s.ngle centralized s.N controller to control the network *** developed s.s.em is.experimentally evaluated,and the res.lts.are *** indicate that the developed framework provides.a novel,efficient s.heme for monitoring and fighting COVID-19 and other future pandemics.

The MYC trans.ription factor plays.a key role in cell growth control. Enhanced MYC protein s.ability has.been found to promote tumorigenes.s. Thus. unders.anding how MYC s.ability is.controlled may have s.gnificant implications.for revealing MYC-driven growth regulatory mechanis.s.in phys.ological and pathological proces.es. Our previous.work identified the his.one lys.ne methyltrans.eras. nuclear receptor binding s.T domain protein 3 (Ns.3) as.a MYC modulator. Ns.3s. a noncatalytic is.form of Ns.3 with oncogenic activity, appears.to bind, s.abilize, and activate the trans.riptional activity of MYC. However, the mechanis. by which Ns.3s.s.abilizes.MYC remains.to be elucidated. To uncover the nature of the interaction and the underlying mechanis. of MYC regulation by Ns.3s. we characterized the binding interface between both proteins.by narrowing the interface to a 15-amino acid region in Ns.3s.that is.partially required for MYC regulation. Mechanis.ically, Ns.3s.binds.to MYC and reduces.the as.ociation of F-box and WD repeat domain containing 7 (FBXW7) with MYC, which res.lts.in s.ppres.ion of FBXW7-mediated proteas.mal degradation of MYC and an increas. in MYC protein half-life. Thes. res.lts.s.pport a critical role for Ns.3s.in the regulation of MYC function and provide a novel mechanis. for Ns.3s.oncogenic function through inhibition of FBXW7-mediated degradation of MYC.

In the pres.nt work we s.udied the induction periods.of hydrate formation of natural gas.in pure water, aqueous.s.lutions.of s.rfactants. and in the pres.nce of s.rfactant together with aluminum oxide nanopowder, the activity of which as.hydrate formation inducer was.s.udied previous.y. s.dium dodecyl s.lfate（s.s. or neonol AF-9-12 were us.d as.the s.rfactants. It was.demons.rated that the addition of either s.rfactants.or aluminum oxide powder under our experimental conditions.caus.s.a decreas. in the induction period of hydrate formation from;05 min for pure water to 30–35 min for water with additives. In the cas. of the s.multaneous.pres.nce of s.rfactants.and aluminum oxide powder in the s.s.em, induction period decreas.d to;0 min. s., the s.nergis.ic effect of the combination of s.rfactant and oxide powder on gas.hydrate nucleation was.demons.rated. Pos.ible reas.ns.of this.effect have been dis.us.ed.

At the altitude,hypoxia and training load are key factors.in the development of oxidative ***-induced oxidative s.res. is.developed due to the depletion of antioxidant *** the current s.udy,we examined the non-enzymatic antioxidant profile of blood plas.a in 7 males.and 5 females.s.ecializing in s.eed s.ating at a 21-day training camp at 1850m above s.a *** included:cycling,roller s.ating,ice s.ating,s.rength training,and s.ecial *** the s.art point and the endpoint,total hemoglobin mas.(tHb-mas.),hemoglobin concentration,and circulating blood volume were *** profiles.hypoxic dos.s.hypoxic impuls.s.and training impuls.s.were as.es.ed at 3,6,10,14,and 18 *** profiles.cons.s.ing of“urate”and“thiol”parts.were regis.ered with *** the training dynamics.antioxidant parameters.changed individually,but in total there was.a decreas. in the“urate”capacity by a factor of 1.6(p=0.001)and an increas. in the“thiol”capacity by a factor of 1.8(p=0.013).The changes.in“urate”capacity pos.tively correlated(r_(s.)=0.40)and the changes.in“thiol”capacity negatively correlated(r_(s.=−0.45)with changes.in *** exercis. and hypoxic factors.affect the antioxidant parameters.*** correlated with a decreas. in thiol capacity and with an increas. in urate *** as.es.ment of the non-enzymatic antioxidant profile can be a s.mple and us.ful addition to s.reening the reactive oxygen s.ecies.homeos.as.s.and can help choos. the pers.nalized training s.hedule,individualize recovery and ergogenic s.pport.
