This radiation spe.trum was inve.tigate. with two spe.trographs: the.mica crystal spe.trograph (working range.8.2 ? - 9.6 ?) and the.grazing incide.ce.VUV spe.trograph (working rage.30 ? - 130 ?). A se. of be.yllium ste.wise.atte.uators appe.de. the.diagnostic comple. and allowe. us to ge. an approximate. picture.of a continuous spe.trum within the.range.of 2.2 ? - 6.2 ?. Ti:sapphire.lase. pumping at 802 nm, the.maximum output powe. re.che. 171.1 mW at 1847.4 nm,corre.ponding to a slope.e.ficie.cy η of 37.8% for the.60 μm diame.e. WG. The.WG propagation loss was0.7 0.3 d B∕cm. The.top surface.of the.WGs was spin-coate. by a polyme.hyl me.hacrylate.film containing randomly orie.te.(spaghe.ti-like. arc-discharge.single.walle. carbon nanotube. se.ving as a saturable.absorbe. base. on e.ane.ce.t fie.d coupling. Stable.passive.y Q-switche.(PQS) ope.ation was achie.e.. The.PQS60 μm diame.e. WG lase. ge.e.ate. a re.ord output powe. of 150 m W at 1846.8 nm with η = 34.6%.
