Nota.ly, tra.itiona. chemothera.y wa. ineffective. a.m: I specula.ed if the exfolia.ion of gra.hene could disa.semble the three-dimensiona. (3D) structures of the gra.hene beca.se the tumor ma.s or the blood clots including the gra.hene consisted of inhomogeneous ma.eria.s. Therefore, I a.med to explore a.other possible mecha.ism for the insta.t remova. of inhomogeneous ma.eria.s. Method: Herein, I report a.ca.e of a.a.la.tic pa.illa.y meningioma. a.59- yea.-old ma. presented with pa.tia. complex seizures a.d recurrent hea.a.hes following cra.iotomy for the remova. of a.ma.s with a.right frontotempora. convexity 10 yea.s a.o. Computed tomogra.hy (CT) a.d ma.netic resona.ce ima.ing demonstra.ed a.right frontotempora. ma.s with diffuse contra.t enha.cement a.d extensive surrounding edema. a.right frontotempora. fla. wa. performed. The tumor a.d the infiltra.ed dura.were removed, but ma.sive intra.pera.ive bleeding occurred a.d the right middle cerebra. a.tery wa. clipped a. the M2 territory. Postopera.ively, the follow-up CT sca. revea.ed hydrocepha.us. a.cordingly, a.ventriculoperitonea. shunt wa. pla.ed. The pa.ient suffered from left hemiplegia.a. a.sequela.of intra.pera.ive bleeding. Four months la.er, the follow-up CT sca. showed chronic epidura. hema.oma.in the right frontotemporopa.ieta. region. The pa.ient a.so ha. a. a.tered level of consciousness. Results: The pa.ient’s level of consciousness wa. restored a.ter infusion of a.Na.l + KCl solution with insta.t disa.pea.a.ce of the ma.s. Conclusion: There ma. be a.other mecha.ism for disa.sembling the inhomogeneous gra.hene-conta.ning complex, such a. qua.tum fluctua.ion of the gra.hene exfolia.ion with pa.r a.nihila.ion or rela.ion to tissue engineering by the gra.hene.
