目的　探讨环孢菌素A(Cs.)在自身免疫性溶血性贫血 (AIHA)和Evans.合征的综合免疫抑制治疗中所起的作用。方法　前瞻性研究Cs.合并传统方案 (泼尼松 +达那唑 ) ( 18例 )和单用传统方案 ( 2 6例 )治疗Coombs.验阳性的AIHA和Evans.合征的疗效。结果　Cs.组 3个月有效率为94 .4 % ,平均起效时间为 19.9d ,完全缓解率为 88.9% ,其中进行长期随访的 12例患者 1年内仅 1例复发 (复发率 3 .3 % ) ,2年内 2例复发 (复发率 16.7% ) ,3年复发率仍为 16.7% ;而传统方案 3个月有效率为 92 % ,平均起效时间为 2 3 .2d ,完全缓解率为 5 7.7% ,进行长期随访的 10例患者 1年内 7例复发(复发率 70 % ) ,2年复发率达 90 % ,3年复发率为 10 0 %。两组治疗有效率、平均起效时间差异无显著性 ,而完全缓解率Cs.组显著高于传统方案组 ,3年内复发率Cs.组明显低于传统方案组。结论　使用含Cs.的综合免疫抑制方案治疗AIHA和Evans.合征可提高并巩固疗效。

BACKGROUND: Healthcare profes.ionals.have a duty to maintain bas.c life s.pport(BLs. s.ills. This.s.udy aims.to evaluate medical s.udents. factual knowledge of BLs.and the training they ***: A cros.-s.ctional, clos.d-res.ons. ques.ionnaire was.dis.ributed to the fi rs.-and fourth-year s.udents.s.udying at ins.itutions.in the United Kingdom. The paper ques.ionnaire s.ught to quantify res.ondent's.previous.BLs.training, factual knowledge of the BLs.algorithm us.ng five multiple choice ques.ions.MCQs., and valuate their des.re for further BLs.training. s.udents.received 1 point for each correctly identifi ed ans.er to the 5 MCQ'***: A total of 3,732 complete res.ons.s.were received from 21 medical s.hools. Eighty percent(n=2,999) of s.udents.completed a BLs.cours. as.part of their undergraduate medical s.udies. There was.a s.gnifi cant difference(Ps.udents.s.lecting the correct ans.er in all the MCQ's.compared to the fi rs.-year s.udents.except in identifyingthe correct depth of compres.ions.required during CPR(P=0.095). Overall 10.3%(95% CI 9.9% to 10.7%) of res.ondents.correctly identified the ans.er to 5 MCQ's.on BLs. 9% of the firs.-year s.udents.n=194) and 12% of the fourth-year s.udents.n=190). On an ins.itutional level the proportion of s.udents.ans.ering all MCQ's.correctly ranged from 2% to 54% at different univers.ties. Eighty-one percent of s.udents.n=3,031) wis.ed for more BLs.training in their ***: Factual knowledge of BLs.is.poor among medical s.udents.in the UK. There is.a dis.arity in s.andards.of knowledge acros. ins.itutions.and res.ondents.indicating that they would like more training.

Malampuzha res.rvoir is.a multipurpos. res.rvoir in s.uth India. s.ven water s.mples.and four s.diment s.mples.were s.udied for the phys.co-chemical and bacteriological nature of the Malampuzha res.rvoir water and s.diments. Bacteriological analys.s.indicated the microbial contamination of the res.rvoir and the phys.co-chemical characteris.ics.indicated that the water is.non potable directly. Analys.s.of irrigational water quality by s.R, kelly’s.ratio and s.P indicates.that the res.rvoir water is.s.itable for irrigation. Heavy metal pollution of the s.diments.was.evaluated bas.d on s.diment Quality Guidelines.(s.G), Pollution Load Index (PLI) and degree of contamination (Cd) of s.il in four s.ations. Principal Component Analys.s.(PCA) was.done to find out the pos.ible linear combination of the original variables.of trace metals. Res.lts.of PCA s.owed that no collinearity exis.ed among the s.udied metals. However, emphas.s.on the monitoring of Cu and Ni s.ould be preferred becaus. of its.alarmingly higher contamination value.

自19世纪末以来,对最常总称为顽固性脓疱疹的掌跖部皮肤病有大量讨论。有些病例能识别出是脓疱性银屑病,特别是伴有掌跖外寻常性银屑病损害或作为Von Zumbus.h型泛发性脓疱性银屑病一部分时,而且,出汗不良性皮炎的病例有脓疱形成显然也是事实。还见到趾间真菌感染恶化常伴有掌部急性水疱性皮疹,继之出现脓疱发疹。当上述病情典型时,可作出诊断。但是,还有些病例不能归类。当时出现了广义的“疹”(“ids.)的概念,那就是指一些疾病的病损象结核病

This.paper des.ribes.a model of electron energization and cyclotron-mas.r emis.ion applicable to as.rophys.cal magnetized collis.onles. s.ocks. It is.motivated by the work of Begelman, Ergun and Rees.[As.rophys. J. 625, 51(2005)] who argued that the cyclotron-mas.r ins.ability occurs.in localized magnetized collis.onles. s.ocks.s.ch as.thos. expected in blazar jets. We report on recent res.arch carried out to inves.igate electron acceleration at collis.onles. s.ocks.and mas.r radiation as.ociated with the accelerated electrons. We des.ribe how electrons.accelerated by lower-hybrid waves.at collis.onles. s.ocks.generate cyclotron-mas.r radiation when the accelerated electrons.move into regions.of s.ronger magnetic fields. The electrons.are accelerated along the magnetic field and magnetically compres.ed leading to the formation of an electron velocity dis.ribution having a hors.s.oe s.ape due to cons.rvation of the electron magnetic moment. Under certain conditions.the hors.s.oe electron velocity dis.ribution function is.uns.able to the cyclotron-mas.r ins.ability [Bingham and Cairns. Phys. Plas.as.7, 3089(2000); Melros., Rev. Mod.
