The Mishrif Formation(Cenomanian-E Turonian)is one of the most important geological formations in the Middle East and Iraq because it contains enormous petroleum *** is considered to be the first reservoir in the region,and is still being studied because of its economic *** carbonate of the Mishrif Formation derives from a variety of depositional settings,including mid-ramp,shoal,lagoon,and *** five main microfacies discussed in this paper are wackestone,packstone,grainstone,floatstone,and *** most frequent fossilised components found in the Mishrif Formation are rudists,benthic foraminifera,echinoderms,burrows molluscs,and *** to the microfacies and analysed wireline log data,the sequence stratigraphy of the studied formation is composed of two regression *** parasequences of transgressive-regressive cycles make up the depositional sequence of the Mishrif *** standard depositional environments seem to demonstrate a gradual regression,beginning with a short period of the outer ramp,then a steady period of the mid-ramp,and ending in the intertidal ***,the study recorded two regional maximum flooding surfaces:K-135 and *** former is present in the lowermost part of the formation,while the other lies in the *** study shows a close relationship between facies(environments)and hydrocarbon *** increased accumulation focuses on the lower part of the studied formation,and seems to be lower in the upper part of the formation as a result of changes in the environment of deposition.

Cardiac amyloidosis is a progressive disease characterized by the buildup of amyloid fibrils in the extracellular space of the *** is divided in 2 main types,immunoglobulin light chain amyloidosis and transthyretin amyloidosis(ATTR),and ATTR amyloidosis is further divided in 2 subtypes,non-hereditary wild type ATTR and hereditary mutant variant *** and prevalence of ATTR cardiac amyloidosis is increasing over the last years due to the improvements in diagnostic *** rates are improving due to the development of novel therapeutic *** is the only disease-modifying approved therapy in ATTR amyloidosis so ***,the most recent advances in medical therapies have added more options with the potential to become part of the therapeutic armamentarium of the *** including acoramidis,eplontersen,vutrisiran,patisiran and anti-monoclonal antibody NI006 are being investigated on cardiac function in large,multicenter controlled trials which are expected to be completed within the next 2-3 years,providing promising results in patients with ATTR cardiac ***,further and ongoing research is required in order to improve diagnostic methods that could provide an early diagnosis,as well as survival and quality of life of these patients.

Optical tweezers have proved to be a powerful tool with a wide range of *** gradient force plays a vital role in the stable optical trapping of *** scalar method is convenient and effective for analyzing the gradient force in traditional optical ***,when the third-order nonlinear effect of the nano-object is stimulated,the scalar method cannot adequately present the optical response of the metal nanoparticle to the external optical ***,we propose a theoretical model to interpret the nonlinear gradient force using the vector *** combining the optical Kerr effect,the polarizability vector of the metallic nanoparticle is derived.A quantitative analysis is obtained for the gradient force as well as for the optical potential *** vector method yields better agreement with reported experimental *** suggest that this method could lead to a deeper understanding of the physics relevant to nonlinear optical trapping and binding phenomena.

Dialysis plays a crucial role in the purification of nanomaterials but its impact on the structural properties of carbon nanomaterials was never ***,a carbon-based nanomaterial generated electrochemically in potassium phosphate buffer,was characterized before and after dialysis against pure *** is shown that dialysis affects the size of the carbon domains,structural organization,surface functionalization,oxidation degree of carbon,and grade of ***,dialysis drives the nanomaterial organization from discrete roundish carbon domains,with sizes ranging from 70 to 160 nm,towards linear stacking structures of small nanoparticles （<15 nm）.In parallel,alcohol and ether （epoxide） surface groups evolve into more oxidized carbon groups （e.g.,ketone and ester groups）.Investigation of the as-prepared nanomaterial by electron paramagnetic resonance （EPR） revealed a resonance signal consistent with carbon-oxygen centred ***,this study brings to light the selective affinity of the carbon nanomaterial under study to capture Na+ions,a property greatly enhanced by the dialysis process,and its high ability to trap oxygen,particularly before *** findings open new perspectives for the application of carbon-based nanomaterials and raise awareness of the importance of structural changes that can occur during the purification of carbon-based nanomaterials.

Objectives Women diagnosed with a history of lower genital tract cancer(LGTC)and precancer are at increased risk of anal *** for anal cancer in a manner analogous to cervical cancer may detect precursor anal high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions(HSILs)and prevent progression to *** In a pilot study of anal cancer screening,women with previous LGTC and aged≥18 years in Sydney,Australia underwent a digital anorectal examination,anal swab for human papillomavirus(HPV)and p16/Ki67 testing and completeda *** with positive HPV and/or p16/Ki67 results were referred for a high-resolution anoscopy(HRA)and evaluation of their *** Of 52 participants,46 agreed to screening and 6 provided demographic information *** age was 46.5 years(IQR:36.059.0).Anal high-risk HPV(HRHPV)was detected in only seven(15.2%)participants(three HPV16).Eight(17.4%)had positive p16/Ki67 dual staining,with invalid results for 25(54.4%).0f 10 women referred for HRA,9 attended and 3 had HSILs,representing 6.5%of the screened *** were completed by 41 participants(89.1%).The majority reported that being screenedwas reassuring(97.5%)and was positive for their health(95.1%).Conclusion This pilot study demonstrated a lower-than-expected prevalence of anal *** with HRHPV and p16/Ki67 staining identified anal HSILs in 6.5%of ***,screeningwas viewed as beneficial by almost all *** utility of p16/Ki67dual staining was low,suggesting it may not be a suitable anal cancer screening methodology.

非正规就业在扩大就业容量、缓解就业矛盾等方面发挥着关键作用。本研究基于2008—2021年我国31个省份的面板数据集,构建空间杜宾模型、空间衰减模型和门槛回归模型,分析了研究生人力资本集聚对非正规就业的空间溢出效应和门槛特征。空间溢出效应上,研究生人力资本集聚通过直接效应和间接效应对非正规就业存在正向影响;空间衰减特征上,研究生人力资本集聚对非正规就业的溢出效应存在空间衰减趋势,500 km是辐射范围突变点,1000 km是最大衰减边界。门槛特征上,研究生人力资本集聚对非正规就业的影响受研究生人力资本集聚和技术创新的干预,前者提升使研究生人力资本集聚对非正规就业的影响由负转正,后者提升使研究生人力资本集聚对非正规就业的正向作用加强。据此,我国要优化研究生人才培养结构,健全非正规就业的制度保障,破除研究生流动壁垒,完善全国统一大市场。

Teleseismic waves reveal anisotropic poroelastic response of wastewater disposal reservoir

Connecting earthquake nucleation in basement rock to fluid injection in basal,sedimentary reservoirs,depends heavily on choices related to the poroelastic properties of the fluid-rock system,thermo-chemical effects *** constraints on these parameters outside of laboratory settings are rare,and it is commonly assumed that the rock layers are *** the Arbuckle wastewater disposal reservoir in Osage County,Oklahoma,high-frequency formation pressure changes and collocated broadband ground velocities measured during the passing of large teleseismic waves show a poroelastic response of the reservoir that is both azimuthally variable and anisotropic;this includes evidence of static shifts in pressure that presumably relate to changes in local *** azimuthal dependence in both the static response and shear coupling appears related to tectonic stress and strain indicators such as the orientations of the maximum horizontal stress and faults and *** dynamic strains from a nearby borehole strainmeter,we show that the ratio of shear to volumetric strain coupling is~0.41 which implies a mean Skempton's coefficient of A=0.24 over the plausible range of the undrained Poisson's *** these observations are made at relatively low confining pressure and differential stress,we suggest that the hydraulically conductive fracture network is a primary control on the coupling between pore pressure diffusion and elastic stresses in response to natural or anthropogenic sources.

Geomyoid rodents provide a great study system for the analysis of sexual *** are polygynic and many inhabit harsh arid environments thought to promote sexual *** fact,there has been extensive work published on the sexual size dimorphism of individual populations and species within this rodent ***,little work has been undertaken to assess the evolutionary patterns and processes associated with this sexual *** use multivariate analyses of cranial measurements in a phylogenetic framework to determine the distribution of size and shape dimorphism among geomyoids and test for Rensch’s *** results suggest that sexual dimorphism is more common in geomyids than heteromyids,but it is not in fact *** is evidence for variation in sexual dimorphism across ***,in many taxa,geographic variation appears to overwhelm existing sexual *** find support for the repeated independent evolution of shape and size dimorphism across geomyoid taxa,but we do not find support for an association between size and shape *** is no evidence for Rensch’s rule in geomyoids,whether at the superfamily or family ***,our findings suggest that there is no single explanation for the evolution of sexual dimorphism in geomyoids and that,instead,it is the product of numerous evolutionary *** studies incorporating phylogenetic relationships will be necessary to paint a more complete picture of the evolution of sexual dimorphism in geomyoids.

The homogeneity of the microstructure and composition are critical in determining the properties of rare earthbarium‐cuprate,single grain bulk superconductors[(RE)BCO].The magnitude of the trapped magnetic field achieveable in these technologically important materials,in particular,is influenced heavily by the size and distribution of(RE)_(2)BaCuO_(x)(RE‐211)flux pinning inclusions in the bulk microstructure,whereas the size and distribution of silver agglomerates present within the bulk superconducting matrix correlate directly with improved mechanical *** careful engineering,these materials have significant potential for application in range of devices related to energy storage,medicine,electro‐magnetic machinery and microelectronic *** of(RE)BCO bulk superconductors typically involves heating a powder compact above its peritectic decomposition temperature followed by slow cooling to facilitate the growth of a single ***(RE)BCO composition has a different peritectic temperature and growth rate,which,therefore,necessitates different requirements in the heating *** fabrication temperature and growth rate,for example,may have an effect on the RE‐211 and silver distribution,which may,in turn,affect the superconducting properties of the resulting single *** this work we compare the distributions of silver and RE‐211 in the single grain microstructures of YBCOAg,GdBCO‐Ag,EuBCO‐Ag and SmBCO‐Ag bulk superconductors using optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X‐ray *** observe that the distributions are very similar along both the a/b‐axis and c‐axis of these *** suggests that factors other than the maximum temperature used to achieve peritectic decomposition and the rate of single grain growth are particularly influential in determining the properties of the as‐processed samples in the top seeded melt growth *** observation demonstrates there is freedom to us

As the most common internal modification of mRNA,Ne-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)and its regulators modulate gene expression and play critical roles in various biological and patholog-ical processes including *** was reported previously that m^(6)A methyltransferase(writer),methyltransferase-like 3(METTL3)adds m^(6)A in primary microRNAs(pri-miRNAs)and fa-cilitates its processing into precursor miRNAs(pre-miRNAs).However,it is unknown whether m^(6)A modification also plays a role in the maturation process of pre-miRNAs and(if so)whether such a function contributes to ***,we found that YTHDF2 is aberrantly overexpressed in acute myeloid leukemia(AML)patients,especially in relapsed patients,and plays an onco-genic role in ***,YTHDF2 promotes expression of miR-126-3p(also known as miR-126,as it is the main product of precursor miR-126(pre-miR-126)),a miRNA that was reported as an oncomiRNA in AML,through facilitating the processing of pre-miR-126 into mature ***,YTHDF2 recognizes m^(6)A modification in pre-miR-126 and recruits AGO2,a regulator of pre-miRNA processing,to promote the maturation of ***2 posi-tively and negatively correlates with miR-126 and miR-126's downstream target genes,respec-tively,in AML patients,and forced expression of miR-126 could largely rescue YTHDF2/Ythdf2 depletion-mediated suppression on AML cell growth/proliferation and leukemogenesis,indi-cating that miR-126 is a functionally important target of YTHDF2 in ***,our studies not only reveal a previously unappreciated YTHDF2/miR-126 axis in AML and highlight the ther-apeutic potential of targeting this axis for AML treatment,but also suggest that m^(6)A plays a role in pre-miRNA processing that contributes to tumorigenesis.
