BACKGROUND Cheilectomy of the 1^(st)metatarsophalangeal joint(MTPJ)is one of the most common procedures for the management of hallux ***,there is no consensus regarding outcomes following minimally invasive dorsal cheilectomy(MIDC)for the management of hallux *** To evaluate outcomes following MIDC for the management of hallux *** During November 2023,the PubMed,EMBASE and Cochrane Library databases were systematically reviewed to identify clinical studies examining outcomes following MIDC for the management of hallux *** Six studies were *** total,348 patients(370 feet)underwent MIDC for hallux rigidus at a weighted mean follow-up of 37.9±16.5 *** distribution of patients by Coughlin and Shurna's classification was recorded in 4 studies as follows:Ⅰ(58 patients,27.1%),Ⅱ(112 patients,52.3%),Ⅲ(44 patients,20.6%).Three studies performed an additional 1^(st)MTPJ arthroscopy and debridement following *** intra-articular bone debris was observed in 100%of patients in 1 *** weighted mean American orthopedic foot and ankle society score improved from a preoperative score of 68.9±3.2 to a postoperative score of *** complication rate was 8.4%,the most common of which was persistent joint pain and ***-two failures(8.7%)were ***-three secondary procedures(8.9%)were performed at a weighted mean time of 8.6±3.2 months following the index *** This systematic review demonstrated improvements in subjective clinical outcomes together with a moderate complication rate following MIDC for the management of hallux rigidus at short-term follow-up.A moderate reoperation rate at short-term follow-up was *** marked heterogeneity between included studies and paucity of high quality comparative studies limits the generation of any robust conclusions.

In connection with the current prospect of decarbonization of coal energy through the use of small nuclear power plants (SNPPs) at existing TPPs as heat sources for heat supply to municipal heating networks, there is a technological need to improve heat supply schemes to increase their environmental friendliness and efficiency. The paper proves the feasibility of using the heat-feeding mode of ASHPs for urban heat supply by heating the network water with steam taken from the turbine. The ratio of electric and thermal power of a “nuclear” combined heat and power plant is given. The advantage of using a heat pump, which provides twice as much electrical power with the same heat output, is established. Taking into account that heat in these modes is supplied with different potential, the energy efficiency was used to compare these options. To increase the heat supply capacity, a scheme with the use of a high-pressure heater in the backpressure mode and with the heating of network water with hot steam was proposed. Heat supply from ASHPs is efficient and environmentally friendly even in the case of significant remoteness of heat consumers.

Stutzerimonas have been extensively studied due to their remarkable metabolic and physiological ***,research on its phages is currently *** this study,we isolated a novel double-stranded DNA(dsDNA)phage,vB_SstM-PG1,from the marine environment that infects Stutzerimonas stutzeri *** dsDNA genome is 37204 bp long with a G/C content of 64.14%and encodes 54 open reading *** phage possesses a tail packaging structure that is different from known Stutzerimonas stutzeri phages and exhibits structural protein characteristics similar to those of temperate *** addition,two genes of toxin-antitoxin system,including YdaS_antitoxin and HEPN_SAV_6107,were found in the vB_SstM-PG1 genome and play important roles in regulating host growth and *** phylogenetic tree and comparative genomic analysis,it has been determined that vB_SstM-PG1 is not closely related to any phages previously identified in the GenBank ***,it has a connection with enigmatic,uncultured ***,the vB_SstM-PG1 virus exhibits an average nucleotide identity of over 70%with six uncultivated viruses identified in the IMG/VR v4 *** significant finding has resulted in the identification of a novel viral genus known as Metabovirus.

The boundary between the cratonic and orogenic lithospheres is one of the most significant seismogenic zones characterized by strong lithospheric deformation. As the essential tectonic block bounding the eastern Tibetan Plateau， the Sichuan Craton (SCC) resists the eastward escape of Plateau’s crustal materials， resulting in the uplift of the Songpan-Ganzi Block (SGB) and the crustal deformation of the Longmenshan tectonic belt (LMTB). To uncover the compressional structures and deformational mode of the LMTB and SCC， it is crucial to determine the precise location and geometry of the western boundary of the SCC. To address this issue， the lithospheric properties of the obduction SGB， the underthrusting SCC， and the LMTB were analyzed using a series of geophysical data， including seismic reflection profiles， magnetotellurics， aeromagnetics， gravity， and seismic tomography. The crust of the SGB is characterized by low magnetism， low seismic velocity， low resistivity and low Bouguer gravity， while that of the SCC features non-uniform high magnetism， high seismic velocity， high resistivity and high Bouguer gravity. The LMTB， as the boundary between the SGB and SCC， shows the geophysical characteristics similar to the SCC along the southern and central segments. The integration of all these geophysical observations suggests that the SCC’s western boundary follows the Yingxiu-Beichuan fault along the northern segment， without obvious underthrust. However， this boundary is located west of the wenchuan-Maoxian fault zone along the southern and central segments， with distinct westward wedging/underthrusting. The irregular geometry of the SCC’s western boundary can further explain the variation in structural deformation along the LMTB. By comparing the differences in crustal thickness and lithospheric strength between the SGB and SCC， this study suggests that the varying crustal strength between tectonic blocks may be the controlling factor for the irregular geometry of the
