高分子材料由于其良好的生理稳定性、优异的生物相容性、非免疫原性以及易于功能化等优势,近年来已被广泛应用于药物递送、基因治疗、蛋白免疫治疗、生物成像以及组织工程等领域[1,2]。尽管合成高分子材料能够在一定程度上提高生物制剂及化疗药物的生物利用度,然而传统高分子药物载体几乎都是多分散、序列不可控的合成高分子体系,因此难以在分子水平上对其进行精准的结构改性与性能优化。这些合成高分子所固有的多分散性和不可控序列极大限制了人们对高分子材料与各种生物体相互作用机制的理解,最终妨碍了高分子材料分子结构的进一步优化及其诊疗效果的进一步提高。研究表明,高分子生物材料的基本结构参数显著影响了其多维纳米结构、物化性质、生物活性及生物效应等。序列可控高分子材料[3,4]具有类似生物大分子的均一链长和可控序列,其展现出了独特的结构与性能,因此受到了研究者的广泛关注。因此,设计开发具有均一分子量分布、序列精准可控、功能高效可调的精准有序高分子生物材料,以满足不同生物医药领域的特定需求,这是当前合成化学、高分子科学、材料科学以及生物医药等领域面临的关键挑战。基于此,我们开发了一类全新的液相迭代合成法[5],每个合成循环过程中,加入特定功能单体,通过偶联反应实现链增长,再通过膜分离提纯分离产物,如此循环,最终生成特定序列结构的精准高分子。整个合成过程中都采用液相反应,因此可以实现对反应过程的实时监控。这种新的合成策略结合了液相反应、实时监控以及尺寸依赖的膜分离技术[6],能够高效生产高纯度、序列精准可控的合成高分子（图1）。同时,位点选择修饰策略提供了一种精确控制侧链结构和功能性的通用途径,从而进一步调控合成高分子材料的分子结构、单体序列、物化性质以及生物功能,最终解锁了其在生物医药、纳米科技以及信息存储等领域的应用潜力。

Melt processing throughout the assistance of torque rheometer is proposed as an alternative route for melt processable thermoplastic fluoropolymer Hyflon? perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) to be compounded with nano-sized Aerosil?. Fusion behaviour and adhesion between smooth hydrophobic semi crystalline polymer and hydrophobic pyrogenic silica spheres < 14 nm was monitored in form of on-line diagrams during the measurement in measuring mixer. Agglomerate size distribution of silica spheres integrated in polymer matrix was evaluated from scanning electron micrographs taken across depth layers of fabricated composite membrane. Powder X-ray diffraction provided gradual genesis of non-crystallographic morphologies coupled with an increasing ratio of Aerosil incorporated in PFA/Aerosil composite membranes. The hydrophobic interactions at the surface interface between non-sticky polymer and porous silica have led to formation of spaces around the silica agglomerates and thus formation of pathways enabling the mass transport of fluid through the composite membranes. The separation performance of PFA/Aerosil composite membranes prepared by melt processing has been studied in organic solvent nanofiltration (OSN) experiments.

Dothideomycetes comprise a highly diverse range of fungi characterized mainly by asci with two wall layers(bitunicate asci)and often with fissitunicate *** species are saprobes,with many asexual states comprising important plant *** are also endophytes,epiphytes,fungicolous,lichenized,or lichenicolous *** occur in terrestrial,freshwater and marine habitats in almost every part of the *** accept 105 families in Dothideomycetes with the new families Anteagloniaceae,Bambusicolaceae,Biatriosporaceae,Lichenoconiaceae,Muyocopronaceae,Paranectriellaceae,Roussoellaceae,Salsugineaceae,Seynesiopeltidaceae and Thyridariaceae introduced in this *** family is provided with a description and notes,including asexual and asexual states,and if more than one genus is included,the type genus is also *** family is provided with at least one figure-plate,usually illustrating the type genus,a list of accepted genera,including asexual genera,and a key to these genera.A phylogenetic tree based on four gene combined analysis add support for 64 of the families and 22 orders,including the novel orders,Dyfrolomycetales,Lichenoconiales,Lichenotheliales,Monoblastiales,Natipusillales,Phaeotrichales and *** paper is expected to provide a working document on Dothideomycetes which can be modified as new data comes to *** is hoped that by illustrating types we provide stimulation and interest so that more work is carried out in this remarkable group of fungi.
