Th. selection of paleointensity data is a ch.llenging,but essential step for establish.ng data *** is,h.wever,no consensus as to h.w best to quantify paleointensity data and wh.ch.data selection processes are most *** address th.se issues,we begin to lay th. foundations for a more unified and th.oretically justified approach.to th. selection of paleointensity *** present a new compilation of standard definitions for paleointensity statistics to h.lp remove ambiguities in th.ir *** also compile th. largest-to-date data set of raw paleointensity data from h.storical locations and laboratory control experiments with.wh.ch.to test th. effectiveness of commonly used sets of selection *** most currently used criteria are capable of increasing th. proportion of accurate results accepted,criteria th.t are better at excluding inaccurate results tend to perform poorly at including accurate results and vice *** th. extreme case,one widely used set of criteria,wh.ch.is used by default in th. Th.llierTool software(v4.22),excludes so many accurate results th.t it is often statistically indistinguish.ble from randomly selecting *** demonstrate th.t,wh.n modified according to recent single domain paleointensity predictions,criteria sets th.t are no better th.n a random selector can produce statistically significant increases in th. acceptance of accurate results and represent effective selection *** use of such.th.oretically derived modifications places th. selection of paleointensity data on a more justifiable th.oretical foundation and we encourage th. use of th. modified criteria over th.ir original forms.

Detecting and excluding non-ideal beh.vior during paleointensity experiments is critical to asserting th. reliability of *** knowledge of detecting non-ideal beh.vior, in particular th. influence of multidomain(MD) grains,h.s expanded considerably over th. past decade and experimental procedures now commonly incorporate ch.cks to detect th. effects of MD ***,many older studies were carried out before th.se ch.cks were devised and provide no quantifiable means of testing for th. presence of MD *** estimated one th.rd of all entries in th. most recent paleointensity database do not include some form of ch.ck for MD *** reliability of th.se results is th.refore questionable and can only h.nder efforts to understand th. evolution of th. geomagnetic field and th. geodynamo.I propose a simple ph.nomenological ch.ck th.t can be applied to previous studies,provided th.t th. raw data are available,th.t will allow th. exclusion of MD beh.vior and provide a means of identifying reliable *** ch.ck is a quantification of th. curvature,k,of data points on an Arai plot,a feature commonly associated with.MD *** of paleointensity data from samples with.known grain size indicates th.t th.s new parameter is significantly correlated with.grain size and with.th. accuracy of th. paleointensity estimates made from both.limbs of th. curved *** of 181 samples from five h.storical data sets indicates th.t k is significantly correlated with.experimentally obtained MD and alteration ch.ck parameters,and th. accuracy of th. paleointensity estimate. Numerous non-ideal factors can influence paleointensity data,but th. detection of th.se factors remains problematic and new approach.s to understanding h.w paleointensity data beh.ve are *** th.s study,a recently developed stoch.stic model of single domain(SD) paleointensity beh.viour is expanded to investigate th. effects th.t anisotropic and non-linear th.rmoremanent magnetizations(TRMs) h.ve on th. paleointensity results and th. parameters used to select *** model results indicate th.t before applying any form of correction th.se non-ideal factors can produce results th.t are self-consistent,but h.gh.y *** meth.ds th.t are currently used to correct for anisotropic and non-linear TRMs are effective and greatly increase th. likelih.od of obtaining accurate *** corrections,h.wever,do not restore th. results to th.se of ideal SD samples measured with.th. same laboratory-to-ancient field ratio,but th. data are restored to th.se of ideal SD samples with.th. equivalent laboratory-to -ancient magnetization ratios(M/M).Th. simulations indicate th.t non-linear and anisotropic TRM h.ve no or only a weak influence on th. parameters commonly used to select paleointensity data,wh.ch.means th.t th.se non-ideal factors are effectively undetectable. Th.se new models suggest th.t th. paleointensity beh.viour of th.rmally/ch.mically stable SD samples,wh.th.r th.y are ideally beh.ved,anisotropy or non-linear TRM corrected,is near universal and depends only on(M/M) and th. ch.ice of paleointensity protocol (***-type versus Th.llier).Given th. h.gh.self-consistency and h.gh.y inaccurate results th.t anisotropic and non-linear TRM can yield,it is essential to test for such.effects and all Th.llier-type paleointensity studies must include tests for anisotropic and non-linear TRM to assert th. reliability of th. data obtained.

目的：评估2根动脉桥血管全动脉化冠状动脉（冠脉）旁路移植术在左心功能不全患者中应用的可行性和安全性。方法：前瞻性收集1994年11月～2002年8月用2根动脉桥血管进行全动脉化冠脉旁路移植术的179例左室射血分数（LVEF）〈50％（正常≥70％）的冠脉多支病变临床病例进行研究。其中急性冠脉综合征3例，不稳定型心绞痛43例；LVEF〈30％29例；2次手术14例，3次手术3例。82％的患者应用含有左侧乳内动脉的Y型桥（其中右乳内动脉40．8％，桡动脉33．5％，其他7．8％）。结果：左心功能不全组围术期死亡率2．2％，心肌梗死1．7％，脑血管意外0．6％，胸骨感染3．3％，呼吸衰竭7．8％，与左心功能正常组相比较差异无统计学意义。结论：左心功能不全患者可以安全地用2根动脉桥血管进行全动脉化冠脉旁路移植术。桡动脉长于右乳内动脉，即使左心功能不全（左室扩大）的情况下也足以完成全动脉化冠脉旁路移植术。

在重金属的胁迫下，阿伯丁市城市土壤中微生物特征发生了显著的变化，与农村土相比，微生物基底呼吸作用明显增强，但微生物生物量却显著降低，微生物生理参数C-mic/C-org、qCO-2值明显升高，Biolog数据显示城市土壤对能源碳的消耗量和速度显著升高，而且对能源碳的利用方式发生了改变，但利用效率却明显降低，反映出微生物特性可作为城市土壤环境质量变异的有效指标。
